The match continued for 2 minutes of Brian with the upper hand, ramming Jed into the cgae and locking in submissions. he attempted to climb out but jed grabbed him and a side effect off the top rope. Jed had the lead then, wacking Brian with lighttube, hitting different extreme moves. This went on for about another 2 minutes until brian made a small comeback. He hit some fists and then jed hit some back and the upper hand kept switching as they hitting moves on eachother. Jed then hit a tornado DDT and crawled to the door. He attempted to escape when Scott Steiner rammed the cage into his face by running down and shutting the door. Jed fell backwards as a ref tried getting rid of Scott.
Brian put lighttubes on the table and hit a DDT to Jed onto the mat. Jed came back though after a bit, hitting Keyes with two lighttubes at once. He took down Brian for a bit longer and went to climb out. Scott climbed up to meet Jed at the topof the cage on the opposite side. They traded fists by Steiner, fresh and huge, got the upper hand. Brian climbed up the cage as Scott held jed down, hitting him with fists. Brian stood on top, steiner let Jed go, and Brian yelled to him, "I'm gonna make sure you stay out of my face...For good!"
He then hit the Cyclone(F5)off the top onto the light tubes and table. They went crashing through as a "Holy shi*t!" started. Brian and Jed laid there for a little bit, but brian moved to lock in the Keyes Lock(Front facelock with body scissors) and Jed didn't move so the ref called knockout. The Crowd boo'd as once again, Brian won by cheating.
Brian was helped out and Steiner helped him walk out, Brian holding up the title.
The refs and EMT's helped out Jed. Once midway up the ramp, Jed pushed away the refs, got off his stretcher, and walked out but fell to his knees after 3 steps. The crowd gave a standing ovation for Jed who still tried to walk out on his own. Jed lost to Brian and wouldn't be able to get the title for a while but he moved up with the fans and showed a new toughness which could lead to a new title.
