Some of the students looked a bit shocked. Yuuchou didn't blame them. This school had it's traditions and values. Yogiru-kun was breaking every single one of them. And the teachers weren't your avarage teachers. They aren't called Sensei's for nothing. They are pretty damn strong. Yuuchou sighed. Yogiru-kun messed up big time.

The teacher strode slowly over to Yogiru and bent down.
"I would prefer if you would put your feet on the floor."
Yogiru glaced up with a totally uninterested look on his face.
"And I would perfer not to be here listening to your stupid a**. Doesn't seem like we'll get what we want eh?" he replied after flicking his findings out the window.
Without so much as a blink, the teacher grabbed Yogiru's head and slammed it into the desk.
"Would you like to give another answer to that question?" the teacher asked a now bloodied Yogiru.

The class groaned along with Yogiru. They felt kinda sorry for him. Everybody who pissed of the teacher had that coming. It would be best for Yogiru to shut his mouth when he's in this classroom. But Yuuchou wasn't so sure about that. He sighed.

Yogiru spat out a little blood and smiled broadly at the teacher. "No, I'll stick with my first answer." then he shrugged. "Besides, what you said wasn't a question anyway, it was a statement."
The teacher chuckled. "So it was. Looks like Gogima-san here has volunteered to clean the classroom by himself today." he lean down so he was level with Yogiru. "Make sure you scrub that blood off your desk carefully. I hear it stains." He then returned to the front of the classroom and proceeded with the lesson.

Class was back to normal. Well as normal a class like this could get. Yuuchou looked at the clock. It was nearly time for Lunch. He sighed with relief. Just because he was damn hungry.

The bell for lucnch rang and Hiro Yochiru walked over to Yuuchou and sat down. The class president was looking as stuffy and stiff as ever, her small wire glasses sitting on her petite nose. Her long straight black hair seemed lifeless as normal too.
"So Yuu-san. What do you think of our new student?"

"Well, he has a loud mouth, likes to provoke, has no respect for anyone or anything and acts like he is better then anyone. " Yuuchou paused for a minute."I'm not sure what to think of him. I think he can actually fight to back up his loud mouth. Unlike some other kids we had here." Yuchou said as he looked to the ceiling wondering.
He grabbed a sandwhich and ate hit.
"Maybe I should challange him after school."

Hiro nodded. "Perhaps you should. If he's any good I'll bring him before the counsel." She stood and began to walk away. Turning her head she flashed a dangerous look at Yuuchou. "And I warn you to stay out of trouble." She walked to the door and exited. A heavy mood hang in the air after that.

"Yeah...still the same look." He said to himself. She could be scary at times.
Yuuchou finished his lunch and went to look for Yogiru to challange him. Yuuchou felt excited. Maybe this kid could give him a good fight.

Class resumed once again after lunch. From the looks of it Yogiru had his face buried deep in his book. Though only the few people near him could hear the soft snoring coming from behind the pages.

"Hmmm now to get his attention."he whispered to himself.
Yuuchou quickly wrote a note. "After school rooftop. Meet me there if you still want to find out who is stronger" He smirked
Yuuchou "accidentaly"dropped his pen on the floor. And as he reached out to get it he put the note on Yogiru's bag and tapped his leg as he got up.

Yogiru sat up with a start. A small puddle of drool pooled on his desk. Spying the note, he read it quickly and gave a strange stare to Yuuhcou. Then he went back to his nap.

The bell rang for the last class. Students hustled out of the school quickly, eagar to the "real" start of their day.

Ten minutes pass and still Yogiru fails to appear.
Yogiru walk toward the school gates and sighed. School was so boring. "I wonder what I should get for my snack before I head home... Maybe some Takoyaki?"

Yuuchou was hoping that Yogiru atleast had the decenty to decline or accept the challange. Not just ignoring it. This was something that did get on his nerves. A challange should always be responded to. He ran over to the edge and searched the school grounds. And there he was. Just walking like nothing happened.
Yuuchou picked up a pebble, aimed and threw it at Yogiru's head.
