DarkToLight Well, in a way. They are both pretty depressed/confused about themselves. Gaara remembers everythign of his past painfully while Shadow remembers barely any at all. They both are pretty powerful and well liked characters, but I would have to say that Gaara is far more tormented then Shadow the Hedgehog. yeh but Shadow eventually finds out about his past...they both have past issues >.<

Well they both have revenge issues, bad pasts, and they both die, but personality wise they aren't really alike.
