*laughs so hard she had has tears in her eyes* That's it Phaedra, I have got to get to know you better. That was too funny. I can only imagine and you're first wedding >.< yeah... that's why mine is being planned a year before. I must agree if a port-o-potty is a symbol of your first wedding... yikes >.<

Yeah, I'd like to get to know you better too, you seem really cool biggrin

Planning is good... planning is your friend! Of course, Saew and I planned our wedding for over a year... and then had to change everything 4 months from the date! But it all turned out great anyway... and I am happy to report there was not a single port-a-potty in sight 3nodding ... nor could you see my undies through my dress surprised

Of course, Saew's brother (our best man) did show up at the reception in a pair of faded overalls (no shirt) and proceed to give a toast in the most hick-fied, Hillbilly Redneck accent you've ever heard! (getting in a jab at me and my Georgia-ness) That made for some lovely pics! rolleyes

*laughs* Me and Jim (my fiance) are getting married in Clarksville, just outside of Nashville. I've lived in various parts of the south my whole life. His family is from California and mine are from Pennsylvania. However, there are quite a few country folk in PA... and I know this because it classifies half my family. My grandfather had 15 brothers and sisters. They like to drink. They get unrully >.< hopefully my great uncle will keep his shirt buttoned sweatdrop

Ouch >.< that does sound painful. Though, I must say that gave me a giggle. As for the being in the closet about being bisexual I halfway am myself. Let me explain.
My parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles have no clue. However my friends and my sisters know. When I was in middle school I hugged one of my friends, whom I did everything with. I got the name calling as well sad at least you've realized who you are, as for fighting it... just let it come. It'll all come out sooner or later (I think) lol. If you ever need to talk about it I'm here ^_^

On a side note: You have beautiful eyes. smile
Yeah. Now that I'm out of high school, I understand everything better. People are just at stupid out of manditory school, but they learn when to open their mouths, I find. smile

And thanks! whee

my most embarrassing moment?

probably the time when i was about 6 and i got scared in a grocery store because i couldnt find my mum. so.. i used my natural instinct when someone came up to me and asked me if i was lost

me: *whimpers in the cereal aisle*
some old lady: dear? are you lost? do you know where your mum is?
me: *shreiks as loud as i can and pees myself while im at it*
old lady: eek

^^;; my mom -still- makes fun of me for that one

nother time, i was wearing really light PJ pants one day in 7th grade. and i got pantsed. i didnt notice i got pantsed till about 3 or 4 steps later when i was getting laughed at for my (awesome) teenage mutant ninja turtle boy panties.

my friends havent let me forget that one sweatdrop

Ok... forget everything else I have ever said... my most embarassing moment happened not 15 minutes ago!

Saew & I went to the local gay club for the Drag Show, we go most Thursday nights and are friends with most of the Queens/Kings.

After the Drag Show, they do karaoke. Well, one of the Queens (he didn't perform tonight, but was there) who is my sweetie... I just adore him... starts trying to talk me into going up there and singing with him. I tell him "no way, sweetie" several times... then he pulls out one of the best puppy faces I have ever seen. And, as if that wasn't enough, Saew joins him. They double-team the puppy face on me and wear me down, so I finally cave and say yes.

OK, now, I used to be the singer for a local band back in my college days, but my voice has been damaged since then and I have not sang in front of anyone but Saew in over 10 years!!

Anyway, he gets me up there and we sing.... Paradise By The Dashboard Light!!!

And my mic kept cutting out because I was so nervous I kept practically crawling up Jeremy's (my friend) shirt... and if the mics are too close, the secondary one (mine) cuts out!

But, I did make a $1 tip! biggrin Another friend of his decided to give me a lil hell.... I shan't go into how, but let's just say I was a little flustered after that too.

OMG, I sang in front of a whole group of people! redface redface redface

(Jeremy & Saew both swear I did great, btw.... when my mic was working) (Or, as Jeremy put it "Fab-u-lous!!")

Exactly like the Monkee's song, a war protest song. Ft. Campbell Ky with the 101st Airborne division is right next door and there used to be a train that ran through here when the troops would get on and get shipped off.

I agree, it's a great song... too bad I butchered it! gonk
I kept forgetting the words, and I was so nervous I just stood there staring to Jeremy and forgetting to read the screen... then the screen went out a few times (when I DID remember to look at it...).
As Saew & I were leaving the club (roughly 5 minutes after my Massacre d'Meatloaf) and saying bye to Jeremy, he's like "OK, so you know you have to do that with me again next week right?" and when I said NO! he's like "Oh, don't worry honey, a few weeks and you'll be a pro at it... just need practice" Flashed me that grins of his that says "And I WILL get my way, Tee hee" and then start talking to Saew, and then we left.

He's gonna make me do it again!!! gonk crying gonk crying

Ah yes, so you can all share in my horror and embarassment at being on stage with my favorite Out-of-Drag Queen singing Meatloaf songs... badly (on my part)... while attempting to crawl up said Out-of-Drag Queen's shirt. biggrin

Tis NOT a pretty sight, I'm sure 3nodding
