She met his eyes and nodded. "Of course, I did. You think I could easily break it off with you the way I did, and not think about it, or feel guilty." She said, shortly, looking at the table, avoiding his eyes.

She stood up, and walked over to him, placing a passionate kiss on his lips and then breaking it after a good amount of time. "Does that answer your question?" She asked, standing in front of him, now meeting his eyes.

"If you're asking me out, my answer would have to be yes." She said, with a small smile. Coming to San Francisco, the first time was a learning curve for her, but now it was different. She was older. When she was there for her mom's funeral, she had to accept powers, her mom's death and demons. It was just too much, now she accepted all that, she thinks she can make this work, if he wanted to date her.

he smiled and got up. when he got up he kissed her passionately. when he broke away after a good amount of time he asked "does that answer you're question?" he said with a smile

She rolled her eyes and smiled. "I'm afraid it does." She said, with another small smile. "I'm sorry for breaking it off the way I did, I couldn't handle facing my past with present issues still involved." She said, meeting his eyes.

"it's ok." he said with a smile. "I'm gonna have to go back to UMASS on Monday and tell them i'm transfering here." he said hugging her.

"Yea, I'll take you to his office." She said, shortly. "He's from New York. He's new this year, so you should have a fair shot to make the team. Not to mention he's only 30, but he had knee surgery and can't play, so they re-inlisted him to coach." She smiled, not telling him anything else about her cousin.
