I want to become a criminal pychiatrist. But if that doesn't work out then I'll probably become a hurricane Hunter or Tornado Chaser. There's quite a difference, but I like storms a lot. And I like trying to figure out how the "insane" think. 3nodding

Samurai Champloo is another one of those shows that if you can't take blood and gore and violent language then you wouldn't like it. But thanks to Adult Swim, one of the three has been eliminated and maybe the other two have been toned down (not sure yet but I'm working on it). In my opinion, it is a series worth seeing. The storyline is very easy to catch on to (classic two guys who hate eachother and the one girl that binds them all together by the red string of fate... okay maybe not the red string but you get the picture) and the animation is very smooth in a sophisticated yet upbeat and cool flavor. The music selection of hip hope and turntable transitions fit perfectly into the fast paced fighting and even some of the walking down the street scenes. The character design suits more of a realistic aspect but at the same time, the emotions and facial expressions make them still seem animated. Also the quirky chracters in each episode add a comedic blend into the serious action. I mean, who can exactly forget a police officer who jumps out of a barrel in a sumo apron or a homosexual European from Holand who loves Japan so much he almost gets it on with a kabuki dancer (he is actually one of my favorite anime characters now). All in all, I'd say Samurai Champloo is about a 8 out of 10 (Adult Swim version: 7 out of 10 for sensoring only a few words which really wouldn't make a difference. They leave bitches but they literally take out mofo. Its not even the full word!)

I like the gay Holand guy. He my favorite. Him and the fruity assassin guy who did the speech on how two male fireflies attractr eachother while trying to find a female mate. Oh what funny people there are in Samurai Champloo. We can't forget the police guy and his sex-ay sumo gi and funky bendy sword that looks a little too dirty for his image. Heheh. But hey. I think the main characters are fine too.
