The professor considers this for a moment, biting back a retort, and instead placing a smile on his face, although it was strained.
"Well that's part of the fun, you train your partner to be the strongest. Everyone starts out the same, but only the elite rise above the norm to triumph. all Chimchar start out basically the same strength as that one."
