“He…-“
*Ausi started… but before she could answer the asked... They made it- and she was happy to see her cubs... Ausi smiled blankly and sat herself down, away from the commotion. Something about family gatherings made her feel small, so for now she would wait, and observe.
Denge looked so happy to be able see her daughter; this made Ausi smile. With a soft sigh she gazed around the new lands slowly, before moving up to her paws. She would give them some time alone. Slowly Ausi walked away, moving herself to sit alone… she did worry about what was going to happen and where Fedha was… but she couldn’t do a thing about it. The cards were already dealt and her hand was empty.*

[Yet again... so terribly, terribly sorry, guys. Hope you can forgive me. x.x]Just her mother? Well, as much as she'd love to see the rest, just her mother would do. She'd missed her like crazy since leaving. Denge was a creature full of love for Ny, and she was adored by her daughter for it, that and too many other reasons for the petite white and salmon lioness to count. If Denge would be here, it would make up for Fedha arriving to disturb the peace. But she dismissed what Fedha said; he wouldn't tell her until Denge was here, he'd made that clear without actually saying it, and what was the point in lowering herself to get into a petty argument with him, demanding to know his reason for coming? No, she wouldn't do that, not now.
Too bad for Fedha she actually liked having her name shortened, as much as she liked having it said in full. She didn't care how people used her name, and never had. Only Fedha had the stick up... somewhere... about it. "No, Fedha. It's really not." She smiled sweetly, irritatingly. "Don't get confused, now."
She sighed at that. Why couldn't Fedha just... go away, until Denge got here? He had nothing nice to say, and she rather liked this land... and a certain inhabitant. Hearing him bash it, however lamely, wasn't doing anything for her mood. "If you don't like it here, Fedha, leave. Wait until mother gets here, and then come back, if you have to talk to us both so badly." She'd not answer his question if he wouldn't ask it nicely... and even if he did, he wouldn't get the whole truth.
Sadly for poor Ny, Denge was downwind of her, and her back was turned to her mother's direction. She caught no teasing scent to inform her Denge was indeed here now. Nothing to lighten her mood and make her forget, for a few seconds, that Fedha was here and spoiling everything.
