Mine's still working great, even after a few months. It's still working because I don't always play, and take breaks for a few days.

the wires are coming out of mine and its in half the strum bar is out of the guitar wammy bars "F"ed up so i got a enw wireless one!!@

i accidentally broke the whammy bar when i was really gettting into beast and the harlot, but i believe im amazing, because i FIGURED OUT HOW TO FIX IT. i found out a way to put the spring to the whammy bar back on without doing anything to the broken spring and it works great

I've had my guitar for over a year now. And since we only got the guitar hero 2 game without the controller, it has been with me through both GH's and I use the whammy bar constantly. mrgreen

My whammy bar is currently busted, but all I did was wrap a hair band on the whammy bar, and then wrap the other end on the wire, so the hair band pulls the whammy bar in the direction of the wire. =3 It doesn't work as well, but it still works better than it used to.

after three days i beat the whole game except for expert and guess what when i was playing freebird on expert the whammy bar flew out of the guitar and it hit the power button that turns off my dvd,video,ps2,and tv it sucked

baek7 after three days i beat the whole game except for expert and guess what when i was playing freebird on expert the whammy bar flew out of the guitar and it hit the power button that turns off my dvd,video,ps2,and tv it sucked That's the most bulls**t thing I've ever heard in my life
