On Halloween in my school, we can wear our costumes and stuff, and we basically then have some sort of parade, and people bring snacks n' stuff, it's really kiddy, but I wanna bring some decorations so it isn't lame.

We can't wear costumes for Halloween at school. We basically have to act like it doesn't exist.

Unfortunately it's not ANYTHING like Christmas and it's supposedly 'the devil's holiday' to some people, so I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon. Heck the White House doesn't even celebrate Halloween!
