Sere chuckled lightly as she was addressed, "No madam, Lady Serefina De Mournay" Her blue eyes twinkling with merriment. It was nice to see someone who was still obviously well enough that her brother wouldn't complain of the association yet also didn't instantly know her either. At the same time, if she had not given her full name and titlement, she would never hear the end of it, like it was some great shame not to want to be known every once in a while.
She was after all dressed in the clothing of her station, a finely appointed riding habit and the black stallion was of the finest qualities as was her bow and longsword which hung with seemingly careless disregard against the leather saddle. Her skin appeared as softest of silk and it would appear as if she had hardly ever lifted anything heavier than a handkerchief. Tho she could easily handle both of the weapons at her side. The glint of intelligence was there as she assessed the other woman. "May I enquire where you are headed Ma'am?"

I just want to know, what do I have to do to get noticed by other characters? I thought a chicken show would be enough to at least get a glance from anyone in the city...but I suppose I should give it more time.
Edit: And yes, I know that Sere and Rose are on horseback someplace outside the city, and so cannot be accused of not noticing.))

((Yes, but you didn't say they noticed. You didn't even say they were gathering around something. You didn't hear Clethia shouting in ridiculous voices.
There are many ways you could have at least acknowledged that some crazy lady with roosters was drawing a crowd without actually noticing the lady or the roosters. If you don't say something, then Clethia isn't there.))

"Well then Lady Serefina, My name is Rosemary Nocturia. Its an honor and pleasure to meet you." Rose let in an inward sigh she would have to stick with formalities after all. She didn't want to be seen as rude espicially ro somone of her standings. The peace of the day forgotten she reverted to her usual self of politics. "And I am heading to Labrumn though i shall be making a stop for the night along the way. I've just finished some business I had to attend to in this country side."
She was about to leave it at that but her curiosity pushed through. "What about you my Lady? What brings you out here without a bodygaurd?" It seemed like a reasonably question, someone as important as her wouldn't normaly be alone.

Serefina blushed slightly as her head ducked, "to be honest, I ditched them, they are probably headed back to my brother as we speak" Not mentioning her brother, if the woman knew the nobles she would know that she was Anastazi De Mournay's little sister. "I know it's against protocol, but could you please just call me Serefina, I would rather not deal with anything till I have to, tomorrow night in Laburnum myself"
"Pbtt.." blowing a bit of stray hair from her face as she spoke to the woman, she had been to Laburnum many times, but travelers in general interested her. The woman had spoken of business, she wondered if her brother would know of it. what was she thinking of course he would, he tried and usually succeeded in knowing everything that happened that might even remotely interest him. If that buisness had been important he would know and she could probably find a way to find out herself.
