"I'm Kuro... Kuro Tenshi." He told her with a kind smile. "You're welcome to sit here if you want, my acquaintance left for something important, I guess..." He said quietly. He was still thinking deeply in his mind about what was so strange about her aura. Can she see spirits? What makes her so much more different than everyone else? He thought curiously.

Rin's pale arms folded across her chest as she watched him, head tilted slightly to one side. A bit of her bright purple hair fell into her almost turquoise eyes as she stared for a moment in silence and then shrugged her shoulders absently. "I've already eaten." Her eyes darted to the door and then back to him again, as she wondered to herself if the guy she'd passed on her way in was who he was talking about. Though, she guessed it didn't really matter. One of her hands shifted slightly, fingers grasping the silver and black necklace she wore very lightly.

Miaya had followed her map, all the way to the cafeteria. She entered the doors silently as to not draw attention to herself, the last thing she needed was someone incesently asking her questions, or talking to her or much less being around her. She looked around for an empty table in a corner somewhere in the room, she wasn't very hungry, she just needed a place to sit down and relax, and possibly take a quick nap to restore her energy.

After a quick scan over the room, and the people in it, she found a table in the corner, that was empty, she quickly and silently walked toward it.

Upon reaching the table she sat down and pulled out a book, to make it look like she was busy, so that no one would bother her, if they felt so inclined to do so.

(( Of course I saw nothing... xDD ))

Keila looked to the neko-boy who had suddenly appeared next to her, and she jumped to the side, not having noticed him walk up to her. Placing a hand over her heart and raising it to the pink ribbon tied around her neck, she sighed.
"I'm sorry.. you scared me, that's all!" she smiled and then politely nodded in return. Keila looked to a not empty table with two other occuptants. One was a man with wings, another was a pale girl who had just started fiddling with her necklace. "It's all right if you sit with me." And without caring what she was doing, sitting next to these strangers who were obviously having a conversations, she sat her melting ice cream cup down not more than a foot away from the man and gestured for the strange guy who'd asked to sit next to her to sit across from her. "My name's Keila Rehturrie.. And you are?" she asked politely. Her eyes had certainly brightened since Tam had asked to sit next to her. Her mind was sensitive to the minds around her, but she closed herself up in her own mind, resisting the urge to listen to all the whispers around her. Her telepathy had become very sensitive after... the incident. She shook that thought from her mind, discarding it roughly as she smiled at him, not realizing she'd accidentally slipped and probed lightly into her lunchmate's mind.
"So, Tam.. um.." she searched her mind for a question. "What made you want to sit next to me?"

Rin shifted slightly in place and then frowned, glancing down at her wrist. She stared at it for a moment, and then closed her eyes, exhaling softly in frustration. "I seem to have misplaced something," she mumbled irritably. "I have to go." With that she turned, tucking another strand of purple hair behind her ear as she briskly made her way to the door, all the while curing herself mentally. How had she managed to lose her bracelet? It didn't usually fall off this easily! Her hand moved to the necklce she wore and gripped it tightly. "If only this would simply fall off..." she muttered to herself as she reached the doors, tugged it open, and started through.

Smiling childishly at his accpetance he sat down immediatly taking the tray of ice cream sandwhiches off his head and laying it on the table quickly. Picking one up with his hand he carefully unwrapped the delicate rapping and began to munch on it happily with the thought "Mmmm ice cream"

Noticing that she became happier he smiled once more and when he heard her question he cocked his head to one side ice cream sandwhich still in mouth. Pondering the question he glanced at her than placed a thoughtful hand on his chin. Finishing the sandwhich he looked to face her and smiled.

"Ano.....because you looked lonely", he said before he began to munch on another ice cream sandwhich.

As more and more people came into the cafeteria, Miaya became unable to concentrate on her meditation, as with every person that came in the noise level increased ten-fold. She became very irratated, and quickly packed up her things and left hoping to find somewhere quiet and moderatly secluded so she could sleep, meditate and restore her energy.

Kuro coninued shovelling stirfry into his mouth, unaware of Rin's departure, until he was addressed by the new girl, Keila as she had introduced herself. "I'm Kuro Tenshi..." He said simply and returned to his stirfry. He soon stopped to breathe. "So... I can already tell you two are new..." He said looking at Tam and Keila. "The same goes for me... I think this place just opened or something..." He said simply.

Keila looked up, hearing the brilliant thought about ice cream that practically radiated from the strange boy she was sitting across from. She was kind of surprised by his answer, so much that her funny smile at hearing Tam's thought disappeared quickly and she blushed.
I looked lonely? Oh, no.. I hope I didn't look THAT pathetic... she frowned inwardly and again was startled when the person on her right addressed her, introducing himself as well. She blushed even deeper; she hadn't realized that the lady sitting across from him had seemingly disappeared, and also for the fact that he thought she was talking to him. Oh, she wasn't very good with words today, was she? Or the fact that she was making odd facial expressions among other wierd looking bodily postures that obviously displayed that she was confused, happy, nervous, and jumpy around new people. So she took a deep breath, closing her eyes and then looked back over to Kuro with a small smile.
"Yeah.. I'm new here. I just graduated from Ria High. Where'd you come from? Also, I'm not sure as to whether or not that Mirandal recently opened; there looks to be too many people to be here just from that short of notice... but that's just me." she cast a sudden glance around the half-filled cafeteria. She assumed that this might also be the place that an announcement would be made if there were ever one needed to be made, like in the case of an emergency. She tilted her head slightly, obviously zoning out and took a bite of her ice cream, leaving the spoon curve side down against her tongue and she let her hand wander to her neck, toying with her pink ribbon tied there even more absentmindedly and looked down to the table, and then back up.
All of this took no less than three seconds.
Letting her hand rest back on the table as she turned back between the two, not a clue of what to say or do- she spat out the first thing that came to her mind.

"Kuro, why do you have wings?"

Sighing he began to munch on it more delighted with the sensation that played on his tonuge as he began to unwrap another as he listened to the conversation at hand glancing at the participants every now and then. As he listened he began to wonder about it as well. Looking around he noticed a girl leaving. Deciding to take part in the conversation he turned to face them.

"Tam, came from Ria high too :3", he said pleasently as he dropped some remaining crumbs into his mouth and pondered the other question of the recent opening of the school.

"I was rejected from Ria..." Kuro said simply, letting them know where he'd come from as well. He watched Keila's obviously nervous, or confused habits and smiled inwardly. She had to be shy or something of that nature, he could just tell. "My wings?" He cocked his head quizzically as the question was asked. "Welll... I'm an angel... Tainted by filth though..." He said quietly and pulled the neck of his shirt down slightly to reveal two puncture scars. "And I'm guessing you're human?" He asked as he read Keila's aura. He didn't need to check the boy since his looks and tail gave away what he was.

She tilted her head. Tam had gone to her high school.. that was awesome! But showed her how little of people she knew... and then Kuro...
Rejected from Ria? ... She'd never heard of anyone who'd been rejected. And then she had to blush. Of course she'd never heard; she'd never been anywhere but in the world other than here! She felt like smacking herself in the head but bit her lip, feeling a sudden feeling of warmth somewhere. She couldn't tell from where or who, but it was close. She looked at Kuro, and as he cocked his head, she did it in return, not out of copycatting, but her own pondering. And then she smiled and looked at him, eyes sparkling.
"You're an angel? Like.. a real angel?! That's so cool! I've never actually really known anyone who was an angel before," -Minus someone who calls themself 'An "Angel of Darkness"- her mind cut in while she said this, "... but it doesn't matter what happened to you that made you tainted, that still makes you an angel!" she smiled brilliantly, avoiding the question about herself. Lately, she didn't even know herself.. why bring light of her doubt of herself to other people? "And that's really cool! Besides, anyway," she paused to take a scoop of ice cream. "Were you born an angel? Or .. did something happen that made you one or something?" she tilted her head, leaving her spoon in her mouth again, but it didn't alter her speech, which was suddenly a lot smoother. "But I just wanted to give you a little heads-up..." her smile changed to a sheepish one as she lowered her head towards her shoulders slightly, "I can read peoples thoughts.. and I think I'm starting to hear desires, or something like that as well.." she said, trailing off. Keila quickly came back, however, "But so if I say something you haven't told me, please don't be angry! It's just.. I'm not very good... at keeping it under control, still. I've only been practicing for a few years." she nodded slowly, biting her lip, and then smiled between the two. The young girl had practically forgotten what they'd been talking about in the first place.

"I've got nothing to hide..." Kuro said quietly, finishing off what was left of his stirfry. "I was born an angel... That's that... And I wasn't really accepted... End of story..." He mumbled through a mouthful of bellpeppers, rice, onions, garlic, and beef. "So... You're a telepath then..." He asked as he swallowed. So then... A neko and a human is the company I keep... I spend too much time with cat people though... He thought.

Picking up another he proceeded to finish it off as he had done the others. Silently imagining himself as monster finishing off his sacrifices made to him by peasents in feat, in a childish way of course. Looking at his other compatriots he noticed t he angel look at him a bit odd, as if he had seen too many of his kind. Oddily enough Tam stared back with childish curiousty.

"Nyo, if she's a telepath that means she knows what you're thinking", he said blankly as he looked around the mostly empty cafeteria.

"So what shall we do now", he asked aloud as he began to suck on a finger that had mysterioiusly gotten ice cream on it.

She lowered her head quietly, eating some more of her ice cream in the same manner. And... yet I have secrets. she closed her eyes briefly and then looked to him with a small smile as he asked his half-question.
"Yeah, I do believe I'm a telepath. At least.. last time I checked, which was about two seconds ago, I was." she touched his mind softly with a link to hers, an invisible thread that forever would link her mind to his. It wasn't a bad thing.. it just meant that once she had touched someone's mind, she could find it any time because of the threads between their thoughts, even if there was nothing currently passing through them.
But.. I don't have any neko friends! At least, not until right now. So you can bear as long as I'm around, though, right? she giggled under her breath, mouthing the words as she spoke them into his mind and then she turned to Tam, leaving the link between her and Kuro open.
"Well.. I don't know... I've --" and she stopped dead short, staring straight ahead with a slightly pale face.
No... and Kuro could hear her thoughts. It can't be.. It's impossible... she finally forced herself to take a small breath. De Atrum Angelus Exura..

When Amber Elise opened her eyes, she was almost sure they had to have been shut. Shut so tight she was dreaming. Because there was a child, aged three years, sitting across from her at a table. So she folded her hands, staring at the awestruck girl with her half eaten ice cream, until a presence interrupted her silent reunion.

She looked towards him, and at that moment, immediately hated him. His eyes were of two different shades, and his aura radiated of an angelic manner, and yet also… something else. Something, much, much, darker. She resented that to a great extent. How could someone like him have that trait and not her? Her eyes kept fierce contact with his with scorn, even as Keila said something softly to her.

Stop staring to harshly at him. she finally said to into her mind. Even inside her thoughts, the girl sounded speechless.

As Amber softly turned her head with an even softer smile, her eyes took in Keila’s newfound maturity found inside the girl’s eyes.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be rude.”

Yeah. And you might want to apologize to Tam. Nearly poofed in right on top of his head.

Her face hardened. “Keila… you have no clue what power names hold. Don’t go willfully sharing yours or other peoples. And besides, the more information I get ahold of and keep inside my mind, the more likely he’ll figure out I’ve been here. The more chance that the pact will be broken.”

Keila lowered her face to her food. “So you risk your life to pointlessly see a human? A puppet, even…” she looked up, her eyes harsh and scornful. “I was unwillingly a puppet… and not only my life was thrown in disarray but several other people’s also were; yours included, respectfully, considering I’m the reason you made that stupid pact, and apparently, I’m the reason your going to die! That haunts me to this day!... That… That I’m just a puppet for other peoples’ pain!” she was snapping, letting all of this spill out and not caring who heard. “Thrown out by my parents and stuffed into an orphanage where only a janitor working there was even and there and look at me like I wasn’t a freak or a piece of livestock! He cared for me, and then yet was torn away like all the other good things that have happened to me. Rias is dead, Kurai forgets who I even am, and there are points where I even doubt my own existence; yet I bend down and pick up the pieces every time everything goes to s**t because that’s all I know how to do; that’s the only way I know how to live! And the only friend I have left was torn away from me by a psychotic freak that would kill everyone you know just so he would be able to get to you, Amber! He would’ve slain everyone know knew if you hadn’t given in, and used the empty shell of my body to taunt you until either you shot me through or finally gave into him.

“And I don’t want to be a part of it! I’ve tried to move on. I don’t want to be a puppet anymore! And after I move away from all the bad memories, you come back just as I’ve started over! I’ve got more problems than Spiderman would ever hope to have, and I’m only twelve!” At this point, she finally paused. Lots of people had turned towards her now. The clothes on her back felt gaudy, and like they weren’t her own, while her hair was too short; it should have been to her mid-back and a much darker tone. Her neck should have been covered by a turtleneck.

Keila wished she were three, and in her Papa’s arms.

At that point, her aura began fluctuating madly as emotionally she began to crumble, and Amber Elise immediately sensed that.

“Keila,-”

“No! No, I’m not getting dragged in once more.” She shook her head and took a step back, having stood at some point during her life story. She looked for a moment and then mouthed the word ‘no’ and bolted from the cafeteria before anyone could stop her.

Amber Elise blinked, trying to take in what had just happened. It didn’t . “Before if either of you.. have any questions… or would like to talk about what she just said..” she spoke slowly, as if each syllable pained her. Her eyes were nearly lifeless. “I should introduce myself.” She sighed. “My name… Is Amber Elise. It’s… unfortunate to have become acquaintances under these circumstances.” Her hands were clenched into fists as she tried to not cry and broke to a soft and black smile towards the angel across from her, her eyes unable to tear away from the cafeteria door. “Do you two.. have any questions, now?”
