let's see. I just looked over my site's forum to see what is popular there and maybe you could add in an alternative entertainment section for people to post about books, movies and TV showes, including anime and the like.
Another thing that might be useful for this place might be a section for sexuality questions and another for gender questions. I've found some people feel more open about discussing their gender issues if there is a place for them to chat about it. Since there seemed to be a varying array of gender issues it might work out. The sexuality thread would just keep the main area cleaner and allow people to post their questions and concerns about their sexuality and the like.
*shrugs* Just throwing out things that have worked well for my forum that might help you out here.

lol how about a sticky forum that envolves finding other mates for uto see that way were al lfriends and can get to know each other through dating or jsut be friends through this we can become closer as a guild...just a thought

Why not make guild special events,
and planning committees.
Make a sub forum for special events(I'll donate more gold if needed),
Guild Parties for our next aniversary,
Holiday Celebrations
bridal/baby showers
Dances
and the ever so infamous, GUILD PROM! Dun Dun Dunnnnnn!

CassiOrchid Report! Or Membership has gone up alot. Which is a wonderful thing. Yay more members! I will also be drawing a guild comic which will from time to time have guild stories or just stuff with guild members Cassi makes up. It should be alot of fun. I'll try to update it weekly, I make no promises. As a request I have been asked to start The Guild Slut Scouts. I have to write the manifesto and figure out how to take members. Okay all these promised thigs that Cassi Promised she than had life hit her with like a brick in the face.. (( maybe like a load of bricks thrown at her face by like Nolan Ryan. )) So I promise to work on these things A.S.A.P. Also please veryone understand that Cassi has many, many real life obligations, as well as other internet ones. (( Guild Wars, DeviantArt, Newgrounds, Hard Core Pornography. :: blinks :: Okay maybe that last one is more personal. I also teach childrens, you know the worlds future but as it is summer at the moment not much of that gets done. So I will work on the things I prommised here shortly.
