Ben noticed the girl painting glance to his tail, and seized the furry thing before attracting anymore attention to it. He wrapped it around his waist like a belt and managed to keep it there, though the tip of the tail still moved every now and then. He walked over the painting that seemed fresh and smiled a little wider.
"Wow, that looks like a masterpiece. I haven't seen art like that for quite awhile." Ben looked back at the brown-haired girl and gave her another smile before turning back to the rest of the girls in the room.
"I truly am sorry if I intruded on anything, I'm just trying to get a sense of where everything is while I have a chance. If you girls could, can you point me in the direction of the library? I forgot my map in my dorm room and backtracking will only take up my exploring time." He scratched the hair just below one ear and folded both arms behind his back, the smile fading from his lips.

Watching Orah, Tenza wondered what she really thought of her. She didn't think of this much, but it was always in the back of her mind, the idea that she'd never be truly accepeted anywhere, not at home, not in the human world, not here. She sighed. These sorts of thoughts always got her down. Maybe she should ask, "Orah..." but then she stopped. The girl, Orah, would probably think her conceited, worrying about herslef, and what other people think of her. Either that or extremely depressed.

Eva saw what he did with his tail. She assumed it must be annoying at times. When he came over, she blushed at the complement on her painting.
"I think it was to the left once you leave this building. You just need to keep walking past a few buildings." Eva told the boy and smiled.
She put the paint and paintbrush down, picked up a towel and started to wipe off her hands. "If you want I can take you there." she said quietly.

"That would be very nice of you, if you showed me. I might have just gotten myself lost again." Ben gave a bit of a laugh and placed a hand on his hip, his yellow wolf eyes wandering around the art studio again.
"So, how long have you been here? At Mirandal, I mean." Ben watched as the girl wiped her hands on the towel and waited until she was done, his patient side showing through for the first time in a few months.

Before Orah could hear Tenza's answer, anothr person joined them. Surprisingly enough, this person was male.
The boy smiled apologeticly, then his eyes quickly flicked throughout the room. The girl that had drawn the village painting was the first to answer, saying it was alright. She then offered to show the boy where the school's library was, beacuse he was lost.
It took Orah a few mintues to relieze what was different about him, but when she finally did, she scowled.
She should have noticed as soon as he walked in that he was an animal demon like herself. After all, how many people have tails and ears like they did? Unlike Orah, though, hwo was fox demon, this boy seemed to be wolf.
She was brought out of mentally smaking herself when she heard Tnza say her name, starting a sentence. But then she cut herself off, as if thinking it best not to say something.
"Is anything wrong?" She asked her. _________________

Eva put the towel down and picked up her bow and arrows.
"I've been here for about a day." she answered. She fixed the quiver on her back and slung the bow over her shoulder. "Ok, let's go."
She looked at the other tow girls in the room. "Would you two like to come?" she asked quietly. It looked as if they were about to start another converation.

"Much longer than I have." Ben mumbled to himself as he scratched his head again. He finally noticed the fox demoness and let himself smile a bit, it was nice to know he wasn't the only animal demon around Mirandal. He folded his hands behind his back again and waited for Eva, his eyes going back to wandering around the art studio once again.

Watching the tailed boy and the girl who can painted the canvas of a village, Tenza was mildly suprised. She was rarely in a room with this many people of whom none were trying to kill her, in anyway at all, "It can't last..." she whispered, mostly to herself.
Hearing that the painter girl had only been here for about a day, Tenza said herself, "I'm also new here. Not sure exactly how long I have been thinking about going to a school lke this, but I have been actually at this school for about a day, maybe a little more, but not much," She really wasn't quite sure how long she ahd been at this school. So much had happened that her sense of time was completely messed up (not that it was very good to begin with.) Thinking about the offer to go once again to the library, Tenza offered outloud, "I could also help show you around. I have been there once before. If it's alright with Orah, of course," She turned to the demoness.
((Yes of course Orah can. I'll add Orah as one of Tenza's friends too.)

"Oh, um, thank you for the offer. But I don't want to take you from whatever you were doing just to help out the new kid." Ben gave another apologetic smile and held his hands up. He liked the fact that this woman was offering to show him around also, but he didn't want to be a burden.
"I'd rather not be seen as a burden my first day, unless you happen to be one of the teachers."

"I'm new here too. I've been here for a day too." Orah added, standing up finally. "And you're not being a burden. I've been wanting to go to the library anyways, all of the books I've read all of the books in my room already."
Orah smiled and walked over to Tenza's side, giving the all another cheerful smile. ____________

"Well," Tenza said when Orah declared that the tailed boy was not a burden, "I guess that we are now a group of people solely dedicated to going to the library. And as we are in such as group, I really should now everybody's names," While the painter and the tail had been talking, Tenza hadn't been evesdropping, so she didn't catch any names, if they were said, "What are your names?" Tenza tilted her head to one side to emphasize the question.

"Yes, you do deserve to know our names. Mine is Benjamin, but everyone calls me Ben. Might I inquire for your names?" Ben gave a slight inclination of his head in a sort of gretting and let his smile drop completely. His eyes went around the women's faces as he silently questioned them with the yellow orbs.

"My name is Eva. It is nice to meet you all." She told the group.
This had to be one of the biggest groups she had been in for quite a while. She was more surprised at herself for talking to them. Eva wasn't really used to this much interactment.
She looked at the faces of the others in the room while they introduced themselves. It was polite after-all.

Tenza looked at Ben, as he dropped his smile, and observed them with yellow eyes, "My name's Tenza Teu-" At the last moment Tenza Teuful decided against giving her second name and half-managed to half-turn it into a cough. She wasn't quite sure what these people would think of her family, and Orah, and these others, being some of the first people she had known at Mirandal, Tenza did not want to break their tentative friendship.

"Tenza and Eva, both lovely names." Ben smiled at both of the women and turned his yellow eyes to the last woman, waiting for her to say her name. He had caught the half-cough Tenza gave, but decided against asking what she had really meant to say, he was supposed to be a gentleman after all.
