THIS IS IMPORTANT! You may have heard of the banning of a certain member recently... and because of strange disputes that I have not been able to look into, I'm going to set up a justice system. So listen up.
First of all, I am VERY lenient with the rules. As long as the ToS is followed, I do not quite care what happens unless if negative feelings are derived from certain incidences. In cases of those, follow these guidelines.
If you are a CREW MEMBER:
1. PM me and ONE other crew member with the following details if you wish to ban a member.
Name:
Reason why he/she should be banned:
The amount of time suggested for exile:
Links to pages that hold evidence to the crime:
2. The other crew member assesses the situation and comes to me with their views through PM. Between the three of us, it is a majority rules system. If two people go one way and one person goes the other way, then the latter is out of luck.
3. The time sentence will be passed by me. The vice captain is allowed to override it only to shorten the sentence. Crew members can override it if either ONE other crew member or TWO other members wish for similar length.

If you are a MEMBER and thinks that you are WRONGFULLY banned:
1. PM no more two crew members/vice-captains... and me, then turn in this form. [I MUST BE ONE OF THE PEOPLE YOU PM SO PLEASE GIVE ME A COPY.]
Reason why you are banned: (if you don't know, ask someone first. If the answer seems suspicious, come to me.)
How long you are to be exiled:
Your supporting arguement: (Basically why you should not be banned, or why you should have your sentence waived/shortened)

Notes:
Emo-ness is not a cause for banning unless if it is excessive. The three-person council thingy will decide that in the first phase thing.
If any of the ToS is broken, there is no reason to not be banned for an amount of time.
If you b***h at me or any of the members because you are banned and cannot shorten your exile time, I will promply report you for flaming and ignore you.
Respect PERSONALITY! If someone gets seriously annoying, tell them that in a polite manner. (I feel like I'm talking to kindergarteners here...
crying ) If you are told that you are annoying, assess your behavior and try to take it nicely... I know it's hard, but... so is life.
