I sort of doubt it.Something really tells me that She will end up with Sasuke.In lots of the earlier manga (Like Vol. 6) It says her goal is to win Sasuke's heart,so I don't exactly think she could end up with Sai.

Sakura fall for Sai? Doubt it. I think Sakura may wind up with Naruto if anyone, even though I don't like the idea. Still, Saikura would be a more original way to go than Sasukura or Sakuruto

In fact, I have a feeling Sai will die towards the end of the manga.
(I hate teammate pairings.)
that's not morbid. I don't see why you should dislike teammate pairings, in teams it's where people get to know one another and such. Oddly enough, the reason I became to hate teammate pairing was because of the only one I like, ChoIno, and how it is many times less popular than ShikaIno even though its much more hinted at.
Anyway, I dislike them because a romantic relationship would exclude a member, and that's kind of off-balancing.
I like the both of those teammate pairings, but in that one, if Ino is with Chouji, then Shikamaru will be with Temari, so no one's left out really, which is nice with that team mate pairing.

sakura will probably end up with sasuke because my friend at school told me her sisters boyfriends friend lives in japan and says naruto ends up with someone else but i really dont thats wat she told me

No Sakura isn't that kinda girl...shes way to true and faithful upon or towrads her heart...she's loved sasuke this long and tried to protect him and gone through so much for love...she just wouldn't give up...Ino sai? that'd would be cute! either that or Ino Choji And don't kill me for that! lol but I like choji hes a good kid...and I don't hate ino either used to...but I've warmed up to her...since she got nicer to sakura...yeah...mmmhhmmm

No way!! Sai is evil!! stressed stressed He works for Orochimaru!! She has gotten this to win Sasuke's heart! She won't stop just because some guy came into thier team! If not sasuxsaku then naruxsaku!!!!!

She still punched Sai out and he called her a hag so I doubt it. I'm with SasuSaku.I hate Sai anyway!

I kind of want it like that, but I think Naruto have a better chance ending up with her which is still fine. But I really wanted Sakura to end up with Sasuke!
