Well, Id say I get my inspiration from my music. Thus the grungy look to all my work. Or from other things that are happening.

My inspiration tends to just -appear- in my head magically really. I guess though that I get my inspiration from my past experiences. Like say, last night when I was playing with my rubics cube it broke in my hands. I tend promptly did a drawing of that. I tend to always draw things that happen in my text base roleplays too.

I don't really get inspiration when it comes to web-design. I just make a new file and slap some random brushes that are related to each other, along with stock photos from gettyimages.com. But I think what really inspires me is music. 8DD
But with drawings, I normally get inspiration from deviantart.com from all those art gods there (actaully, I normally feel hopeless when I look at the 'art gods'' work D': ) along with music (normally sad music, since it makes me work better).

When I have a creative block Music usually solves it I just start to see images in my head. However I also look at the world around me. I have a lot in my head but try going for a nice walk with your camera and your mp3. In some ways there is nothing that feels more calming than just that out by yourself.

miksago Chisa Biggest inspiration for me is definitely looking at work that I admire and wish I could do myself 3nodding There's a pretty cool DA thing that showcases interesting design work for inspiration http://designersblock.deviantart.com/CSS ZenGarden is always an awesome source for web design inspiration. ' designersBlock is cool, same with designersCOUCHAwsome~ That has already given me some fantastic ideas~

i'd say other people's art, en part, just considering music & books though. for some reason it comes kinda weird to inspire from un drawing to make un drawing. also from the world, since constructive critique es what really weighs en the mind of people, atleast for me it does
so yeah.. that'd be my vote biggrin lol

I got another thing I was wondering about...
-Why- do you draw?
What do you get from doing it? What are you looking for, just what does it do? Nowadays I had not so much of an art block, but more of an art questioning. "Why?"

I always get inspired when I'm out on a trip somewhere different. Like when I go traveling, I'll always have my camera and I'll be snapping away like a madwoman but I'll have soooo many amazing photos when I come back that its worthwhile that everyone calls me a camera-freak haha.
I wish I could draw, actually I want to take up drawing. I doodle but thats limited. If I knew how to draw and sketch, that would be so much more fulfilling than just taking photos. To me anyway, not dissing you guys haha..but I want to do things by my own hands you know heart xp

I guess my main inspiration is my boyfriend. He just inspires me sooo much. But also ama very opinionated girl so that drives me to what i create as well. blaugh

Sometimes inspiration will burst forth from my mind. At other times it happens while I'm viewing art online, or even while playing games, watching anime, etc.
