gonk If she's saying she has less children than she has, I think you can sue her a** for more for Fraud. 'Cause paying for 1 child is different than 4. I'm sure there are birth records somewhere. Don't give up, Zae! heart

Like Hirun said, you can sue her for fraud, after all, she has more than an 'only child' and using that to get money is stupid and most likely illegal.

Remember, if she's lying, all of this will be proven in court and you can countersue.
Good deeds are not punishable. Don't give up, things are going to be okay. I wish there was more I could say or do to help. ._.

That sucks gonk That woman is such a greedy.... well, I hope she loses her money to you in court, cause like the others said, you can counter-sue her for lying... I hope things get better sad if you ever need a break, you are much more imporant than the game.

However, a little bit of advice, whatever you do, do NOT talk to him or his mother until the whole thing is cleared up, because she can just lie to get you in more trouble. Also, since she's lying about this, you can go to the police and say 'hey, this lady's making me pay for her son's injuries, saying he's her only kid, when she's lying and she has more kids, so she's threatening to sue me over it when he said he wouldn't.'
And you can sue her for fraud, and extortion (I think).
Seriously. Don't let her take your money away. =/ Refuse to pay the MRI bills or whatever, since he already AGREED not to sue, and therefore his mother can't sue. If she was suing anybody, she should sue his ex-girlfriend since she'd promised to give him a ride home anyways. =/

Oh Zae, I wish I could say more than how sorry I am, I wish I could get a job and send joo a bagillion dollars, (I wish that number wasn't fake), I wish I knew joo well enough to help out, and I REALLY wish I was as funny as half the people here to be able to make joo laugh. (Lol, I wish.) I really, REALLY REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAALLLLY hope things get better for joo soon, because you're way to nice and smart for all this crap. I'm an evil person, but since she's milking her situation, I'd milk mine even more than her, and make a total and complete sob story...
..and point out that she has about 4 more children. o.O
How can you lie and say you only have 1 child? That's pretty much disowning your flesh and blood.. how can she live with that?
