Mmm, critique. ^_^
Somebody with African/Australian backgroud is interesting... unusual, but not unfeasible. But there are some glaring holes I really must point out here.
Your character lives in a Beach hut in the state of Queensland, Australia? This is highly strange to me, because most of the beachfronts in that state are fairly industrialized/urban. I'm not sure if you realize this, but pretty much all of the beaches in QLD on the Sunshine and Gold Coast have high rise multimillion dollar buildings built around them and it's been that way for many, many years, longer than your character has been alive. The Sunshine and Gold Coast Area is a very high traffic tourist/resort holiday area. There's also three theme parks around that area that are very frequently visited. So if she's lived on the beach area around there, her family would need to be really rich, it would not suit the semi-rural lifestyle you are describing at all.
A wombat for a pet? Going to say Not at all here, owning endangered wildlife is very illegal (you need a permit to domesically care for some native critters). All varieties of wombats mostly live in dry dense bushland areas. Queensland is much drier and open country in parts - its environment (for the mostpart) doesn't suit the animal, nor does it support the bushland in which it lives. Here's their distribution areas:

The rest of your quest character seems alright, the backstory isn't that bad. But if you're going to choose something to put into your character's elements, perhaps doing some serious research into it first would be best.
One last thing... it's not really possible for a character to be "perfect" but unloved. If she's intelligent, then at least somebody somewhere would like her. Obviously people like her, if they're randomly flagging her down to call her cute. How can they call her cute if she's unloved? Makes not much sense.
If you're really wanting her to have an Aussie native animal for a pet, a female (easten grey?) kangaroo is probably a better idea. Although highly stereotypical to say that an Australian resident has a kangaroo for a pet, they are much more rugged, common, easier to feed, and very docile.
Good luck with this quest. A Wooly Rhino is a wonderful animal choice. =D If you're wanting to keep the Australia/Kenya stuff and have her be an Australian resident pre-island background, feel more than free to poke me for help. =3

I like Duckies, and I know you do too! For all of you that don't agree, duckies taste like toothpaste.>3 Thank you so much for that. I'll get working on it. n___n Now I'm jus going to sort of change the story and the character design so I'll just delete the old avatar so it may not be up for a littlee while so in a few weeks a lot of stuff should be changed... So help me get one! If 100 people donated 250g I'd have a ducky! 0k/25k

I must warn you of one thing: two blue haired, purple eyed girls already arrived on the Island: Awen and Anthony. It feels weird that there is yet ANOTHER blue-haired girl, who happens to be purple-eyed. That is not a common eye color at all. While the character is unique, I feel like it might be better to change both colors. People with the same natural colors happen a lot, but alas, that doesn't happen with unnatural colors. Friendly advice; it's still easy to change it since these colors aren't especially tied to a life experience. 3nodding
EDIT: yep! That's it. Good luck, now. 3nodding
