Not all diclonius get along, so even if there was a community of only diclonius, there would still be plenty of blood panting the streets. although thats very well said. With the horns and their abilitys though people wouldnt give a thought on if they have feelings or not, they'd want it put down like some stray animal that could snap any second, granted yeah there are very few people like kouta and that one little girl from the OVA episode, but the majority wouldnt see the diclonius as a person, just a mutated monster that needs to be killed, so even if the facility was found out, it wouldnt matter, they would wind up back in the same spot they started, which in their point of views, killing all the humans does make a lot more sense in a way. This dosnt just apply to the diclonius, but also lost and troubled youths who long to be accepted, instead of abused and mistreated for what they are, race, color, weight ect. I myself have been in a life of hell and maybe thats why I clung to this anime so much. everyone wants to be accepted no matter who or what they are, In real life or in a series of adorable psycho girls with horns, its what everyone strives for, admit it or not. It's just really sad the life we're forced to live in today neutral

ok last thing i can think of at the moment is that as you and i have been long discussing is that why is it as human's can we not accept changes. I agree that all diclonious are not friendly but if we look at them on a whole they are pretty much the same. Picking and choosing a few is no good. the whole story abotu elfen lied is how we cannot accept others for who they are, and that all our actions have a price to pay

Well, at my fanfic, she's Melissa, my char but if we think in anime, I think it's Nyuu, not Lucy. Maybe Lucy's lost somewhere in Nyuu's heart, to never come for a long time. Maybe that's why Nana didn't sense her.

Well, Apparently, In the Manga, It is Nyu. Lucy's personality disappeared when the second horn was blown off, BUT this isnt the end of Lucy, From what I hear, the horns start to grow back, and Lucy wont be back for the 3 years it takes for them to grow back. But does the manga carry over those 3 years? because Lucy infact does come back and she does infact die in the end from what I see here after a fight with Mariko, Lucy is nothing more then a blob of human flesh, and she hands kouta a gun with her vectors and asks him to end her suffering.  (So I hear, I'm going on a japanese translation) But the way I see it is, The anime left out so much they had no choice but to end it the way they did.

I think it was lucy, just as Nyu. Thou her memory might have been wiped again and she might not remember and for got she onced lived there that is why the clock started towork again.

I think its a more powerfull Diclonius than lucy looking for her. In the show they said humanity would end in about five years. There for the diclonius is there to kill them.

I looked at the image again and again, it looks a lot like Nyuu. But with long hair... And a second reason that I think the girl is Nyuu, because every time she leaves the house, she comes back sooner or later.

I dont know which to follow anymore, The only thing I know is that it cant be Lucy behind the door. (Well, It could be, the animators could have forgtton about the diclonius being able to sense others, but i doubt it)
