I personally like Sasuke better, but when it comes down to it... I'd have to go with Itachi... stare but then of course.. a tie is a great possibility...

I really don't know lol the answer to this, but I really hope that Sasuke will win. Because of how powerful Itachi is I don't think it would take Sasuke only 3 years to overpower him. The last time I saw beat the craps out of Sasuke is... talk2hand like seeing Sasuke having no chance at all at Itachi. But I shall believe in Sasuke, as long as he doesn't completely go in to the dark side...*coughs* what am I saying? lol XD *coughs* just kidding.... I think Sasuke will beat Itachi 10x harder eventually... X)

-Sighs- No matter how much I like Sasuke. He couldnt win. Itachi's normal eyesite is horrible, but his Mangekyo isnt. Thats why he stays in that one most of the time. But no matter how much training that he has gotten, I still dont see him as much of a threat. He would give him a little run for his money. But Itachi's has much more expierence with his Sharingan, and he isnt held back by fighting for someone. He fights for hate, for himself. He fights for his own will. And thats all. Sasuke fights didnt Kill Naruto there for he has a weakpoint. Itachi fights for no one but himeself, he killed everyone that he ever cared for, just so he didnt have to fight.
But this just crossed my mind. Has anyone thought that Itachi kept Sasuke alive so Orochimaru would have a vessel. When someone translated the manga Itachi said when he killed his parents was to test the vessel. Do you think he kept him alive because he knew Orochimaru wouldnt be able to take his vessel. Sorry, I get random thoughts. ADD. XD

O.O Itachi, you are so evil! More evil than Orochimaru X.x . But no that thought hasn't crossed my mind, but ninja I wonder if Kishi would Oro succeed with the body transfering TT No way! ....right?
Because he didn't kill Naruto made me love him even more. Even if it's a weakpoint, it show that Sasuke isn't completely heartless, that the person that most of be success, like Naruto for a big example. If he and Naruto and maybe possibly Kakashi team up to defeat Itachi, it might become a possiblity, though I highly doubt Sasuke would agree to that. But yeah..I sorta agree with you on Sasuke Vs. Itachi.
Unless Sasuke has a new best/close friend while staying with Orochimaru... ninja pirate

I actually think that the battle between the Uchiha's would be pretty intense. Depending on when this all is happening would really probably be something that would need to be set as a guideline for it all. Itachi, no matter how strong he may be, has something happen to him. It is a spoiler type thing so I won't put it here unless you people want to know. And Sasuke may not have been able to kill Naruto, but, that means nothing. Having people care about you and you care about them can be a strength as well. Knowing that the ones you love are there for you or need you is a reason to fight for them. To protect the ones who are precious to you, unless you haven't been listening to Lee. Being cold-hearted can be good when you are killing people, I do agree, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you are the stronger opponent. I think feeling something is much more difficult and forming then blocking it all off. Sasuke does get stronger and I must admit that Itachi does continue to grow in strength as well, but, (SPOILER) he goes blind.His power is in his eyes.
Sasuke needs to not let his desire to kill his brother fog his vision when he is fighting the guy, though. When he goes into that rage, it leaves him too open. Asking me which Uchiha out of Sasuke and Itachi would win a battle is kind of difficult to answer. I would honestly have to say Itachi, though. Unless Sasuke cleans up his act. If Itachi can beat Orochimaru, then, I'm pretty sure he could beat Sasuke.

I do believe, as does my sister, that Itachi couldn't kill Sasuke because he cared too deeply for his little brother. Everyone, even cold-blooded killers, have a weak spot and I would say that Sasuke might be Itachi's. If the battle between the two of them ends like that, you can be sure that I won't be the only person crying while I read or watch it. The emotion there is kind of like when Haku sacrificed himself for Zabuza except that Sasuke is sacrificing nothing in the battle. Except for maybe some blood and a limb or two...unwillingly of course. When I think about it, I imagine Itachi saying something sentimental right before he dies and Sasuke regretting what he had done. But then again, that is just me. I'm a drama queen sometimes.

I cried when I saw Haku and Zabuza die, too. I continue to cry every time I read it or see it. If Itachi died that way, hell, if Itachi died, I would probably be a wreck, too. Especially if it ended that way. When characters I like die, I get emotionally distraught. When characters I like die in a way so sad and influential, I get even more depressed. I know it's kind of stupid to get so emotionally attached to fictional characters, but, when you build them up so nicely like Kishimoto does and then you kill them, you are bound to find some people who are freaking out. Like when Hayate died, I spazzed. I still dislike Baki for that. But still, I really hope that it doesn't end like that for Itachi. And that is true. Sasuke was always counting on his brother even if he was a little upset to be forever in his shadow. But when Itachi annihilated all of the Uchiha clan left Sasuke alone , I wouldn't expect Sasuke to still be loving to him. There is still a part deep within him that still loves his older brother, I'm sure.I know what a sibling relationship is like. I have an older brother and an older sister. When you get so close to these people, even if they do something to you that is unforgivable, there is always something somewhere inside you that still cares about them. I'm just worried that Sasuke won't realize that until it is too late.
