Ive seen both YYH movies and i must say that the 30min one was kinda a waste of time but Poltergeist Report was fantastic especially since it was un-edited and Kuwabara did that awesome Kamehameha kinda attack on that one copy cat dude and hiei's DotDF's kiked a**. I love that movie its awesome. But i still have one question: When does it take place in relation to the t.v. series?

One of the things about a lot of anime movies is that sometimes they don't fit anywhere, more like an OVA than a movie that actually takes place in teh timeline. Interestingly enough my friend watched the movie with me today and asked the same question. We can safely assume though that it it after the dark tournament since Genkai is alive and Hiei has the Korkuyuuha under full control.

Anime_Sherbet Shadow_Orexia Anime_Sherbet Anime_Sherbet I've watched Poltrigiest Report so many times. It's saved on my computer Nyaa~! The other one was creepy, only because I had a dreem in that setting BEFORE I WATCHED IT. O_O I wish it was longer! biggrin It was the scene when they are runnign down a conyon with tons of obstacles tring to slow them down. I was there. xd When was that? I don't remember that. You don't? It was in the 30 minute movie when they were tring to save Koenma. They had a time limit, or Koenma would become very friendly with the lava.

I also have that movie... that is if you want to call it that.... I'd say it's more like a rejected episode that has nothing to do with the series... and not to mention the english voices scare the living hell out of me and the sound quality of the japanese voices is quite poor which upsets me... but if you're a true yyH fan then you should get all you can of the series and movies even if the voices are screwed up.

Demon Seishi tycarou i wanted to know if the yuyu hakusho the movie was good. i have one of the yuyu hakusho movies,poltergiest report but what about the other one? Though there are technically two YYH 'movies', one is only 30 minutes long and plays just like an episode. It was actually aired in theaters before one of the Dragonball movies though I forget which one. As for Poltergeist Report, it's VERY good. I love it. well guys... i love the movie... Poltergeist report isn't the real name of it though... Poltergeist Report is another name for Yu Yu Hakusho... then both mean ghost files..... the name of the movie is something to do with the bonds of fire or something like that... if you have the dvd, put the subtitles on and you'll see what i mean... it says the title in the beginning... i love the movie itself... great storyline and everything... but the voice actors take some getting used to.... Yukina sounds Helium High... she has the same voice actor as Boton so they had to do SOMETHING to make her sound different.... as for the others... Kurama is the closest to sounding like the real Kurama and he even sounds closer as youko... and Genkai... the Japanese Genkai sounds more like the american one then THAT voice actor does.... other than the voices it's great... and you get used to the voices... and YES kurama is naked but like the otehr person said... he is in shaddows... he's in a hot srping and he's bandaged up a bit... it's kool... lol Hiei goes Demon too ^_^ i could prolly quote the whole movie but i won't....

The movie was good. 3nodding I didn't know it existed until I saw it in the library, though.
And then my DVD player acted up when I tried to watch it at home.

I absolutely heart the movie. I love the part where Kurama is standing by the Hot Springs. He's like one of those guys that looks good in any clothing or background. heart heart heart I LOVE YOU KURAMA! blaugh heart sweatdrop
