Well "Ouran High School Host Club" has at least one scene per episode between two males (especially the earlier ones) but I wouldn't qualify it as pure yaoi. It also has some yari-ish scenes but, like I said, wouldn't qualify it as pure yuri either.
Hm...I've heard "Gravitation" is good for yaoi. Off the top of my head I don't know any yuri titles.

UPDATE:
"Papa to Kiss in the Dark" is amazing!
And I have actually watched "Gravitation," not as sexuall satisfying as Papa to Kiss in the Dark (it takes a while to get steamy. A long, long while. Grr.) but at least it doesn't only have two freaking episodes stressed

He's my master had a bit of Yuri in it. And Zombie loan did too but that was more like fan service and not serious,also michi tells her to stop in the end so it was one sided.
