Nyx shakes her head then sighs "You really thought I was going to let you stop all the fun I have? I live and hunger for the torture these stupid petty mortals go though. The women more then anything. If they can't stop their husband they deserve the mess they go through. Its not my problem. What my problem is you thinking it needs to be changed." with a casual shrug she looks away from her.
Pushing her hair from her face she turns looking at Medusa once more "Your a fool Medusa. You should have just left it be and enjoyed life like the rest of us. Instead you have to grow a heart. That was your mistake and now you have to live with these inferior being for the rest of your days." crossing her arms under her chest she flaps her wings a few times.

"How you could have sat there and let your own sex be treated that way is beyond me," Medusa says, hissing through clenched teeth. Her eyes still don't turn down their glow.
She then sneers, and shakes her head. "And, there they left you, with your backwards thinking. Women rose up, as I predicted they would, and they took what they wanted, and took their rights. It isn't perfect, but they have a voice, now. Isn't that a slap in the face? Knowing that my way of thinking finally caught on, while you were left in the old world."
Medusa shakes her head, and turns her back on Nyx. "You were an idiot. The biggest one I know. You had me cast out, one of your only allies, your closest ally, one that would have never turned her back on you." She waves a lazy hand, and adds. "Shall I continue?"
She doens't wait for a reply. Through eyes that have, once more, turned into windows for the both of them, and snatches of Medusa's Amazonian history flash through them. Medusa struggling through the first months of being mortal, rising to the occassion, excelling, and being crowned. The fair Adena comes into the picture, and they see Medusa falling in love for the first, and last, time in her life.
The 'windows' go blank, as Medusa waits for Nyx to fill in the blanks of her treachery. . . .

Aylana watched as the windows lit up one at a time. The first was Nyx talking to some of the gods. She was using her body to get her way with them, those who didn't agree she would strike fear into them by revealing their worse nightmares. Each window was worse then the next, the last being Nyx sitting in the lap of Medusa's father running her finger under his chin " She'll destroy us all. I think we should get rid of her by starting with that mortal lover she is with. By getting rid of her she'll be weak and we can have one of the other gods kill her." leaning in she runs kisses along his neck as she runs her fingers down his chest. The window once again when black as Aylana shook her head. How could Nyx do that to someone she cared about. It just didn't make sense to her. To betray your best friend then try to get her killed. It make even Aylana pissed that her past did this. A evil laugh breaks the air " Your telling me dear Aylana that someone you don't envy your sister for her beauty as well as popularity with the men?" Aylana tries to block out Nyx voice " Yes I do, but not enough where I would want to destory her. I love my sister and I could never see myself doing that!!" The voice fades as another window lights up, only this time it was Nyx watching under a diguise as the war rages on. The Amazons it seem were losing this battle as the gods were wiping them out. Nyx was looking for one being but she couldn't find her on the battle field. When she spots her though with her lover she quickly moves to the side of two gods pointing out Medusa to them. They quickly chase after her. END HERE FOR THE SECOND POST!

Medusa grows quiet, as she watches as Persues and the one Nyoka knows was Lucius, in his past life, come to her and Adena.
Adena is first to fall, and the argument they had the night before runs through her mind. She had begged her to go with their small daughter, but she refused to leave her side.
So, she doesn't even have time to be there for her lover as she dies. . . . She is too busy trying to stay alive.
Nyoka has heard what her sister said, and shakes her head. She doesn't know if she believes her right now. . . . With Nyx being who she was, and Medusa being who she was. . . . She knows that there is a lot of Medusa in her, she can't help but wonder if the same can be said of Aylana. . . .
Medusa smiles, wickedly, and shoots hard, glowing eyes to Nyx.
"We know how this ends. You didn't get your way, yet. Perseus did not slay me, even though he had your favor, and the favor of the gods. I got away," she says, in a bitter voice. "Now, both of them know your horrible nature, and just what color your twisted heart it. . . ."
She pauses, her hands fisting at her sides, and the glow in her eyes becoming even more intense, if possible. "I might have forgiven you for what you did to Adena. Might even have understood. But, I can never forgive what you did next. . . ."
Everything goes black again, as memories switch on them. . . .

Nyx shakes her head as she relaxes her wings folding around her body "You can show how black my heart is all you want. But in the end I still lived on the mountain while you lost everything around you." her smile once again turn twisted.
Aylana was fearing now, more so as she could feel her sister doubt in her. Trembling she wanted to reach out to her but Nyx wouldn't allow it. Growling she glares at her other form "You say I'm like you but I'm not. Everytime you tried to take control I stopped you I even killed myself just to make sure you never got control again. I'm willing to die for my family including Nyoka. She knows deep down inside her heart I would never betray her." she pauses looking down at her sister bracelet.
"Nyoka the only one that knows me and understand me more then anyone else. I rather die a thousand time then ever hurt my sister." she looks up her eyes glowing a dark blue unlike the normal black they should be.

Through this all, Nyoka stays silent, lost in her own thoughts. She doesn't know it, but Medusa's icy, black grip is tightening around her heart; through her soul, Medusa's own black one is starting to mix with Nyoka's.
Medusa, for her part, is smirking over at Nyx. "Are you that blind?" she asks. "I could have cared less about living on that mountain. I had found my place. You were just jealous, I suppose. Jealous that I had proved to you that I did not have to be immortal, that I did not need my powers, to survive, to find peace, to find happiness. You are never happy unless you have someone to toy with. . . ." she glares now, frowning, and looking truly pissed once more.
"That's why you spoke to my father, wasn't it? You wanted me to be down there, so that you could toy with me? You knew you couldn't get to me while I was up there. . . ."

Nyx gives a lazy shrug seeming to not care at all "Jealous of you? Why would I be? Just because you got everything you wanted while I had to earn it? I hate that about you, you could honestly not care about anything and yet still have everything." her wings flap behind her as she shook her head.
Aylana remain quiet as she thought about the few times she wish so much to be like Nyoka. Life seem to come easy to her, yet she had to work for it. was this there fate? Were they to end up hating eachother after a friendship that last though everything.
Nyx laughs at her other half then looks back to Medusa "But in the end you still feel didn't you?" the darkness consume them once again as the window lights up showing a god that even made Aylana cringe inwards.

Medusa really would have said something, but both she and Nyoka grow motionless, they grow pale and clammy, and their eyes widen to the size of planets, almost taking up the whole of their faces.
Medusa is the first to recover, and boy, does she recover. Pulling her memory of the event to the front, she makes herself relive the nightmare, feel the nightmare, shielding Nyoka this time, but not Nyx and Aylana.
A small thing to do, a horrible thing to do, but she does it anyway. Nyx took everything she knew, time and again, just so that she could try and make her life hell. So, she'll let her feel what it was like, that one, horrible moment in her life. The night her life, as she knew it, ended. . . .

The whole thing didn't seem to bother Nyx, not even the emotions. She watches as the scene unfolds. The god pinning Medusa ripping away her clothes even after she scream trying to push him away.
He wouldn't stop though, he held her there taking pleasure in her scream and fight. Eventually Medusa just gave up fighting and lay there silently whimpering to herself every once in awhile.
Poseiden pulled away from her with a smug look on his face. He knew that in the end he would get his way. Without a word he just turns leaving her there in the darkness.
Aylana was trembling beyond all control, Nyx didn't care to protect Aylana from the emotion so she felt it all. Near tears she shook her head "How could you let that happen Nyx? You destroy her life just so you could be happy." the tears run down her face as she lookds towards Medusa and Nyoka.
She could feel Nyoka losing trust in her, and now she knew why. Even she wouldn't want to be friends with her after that. Coughing she looks at Medusa "You have to understand. I wouldn't do that to Nyoka, I wouldn't harm her. I'd rather have my wings ripped from my back, become mortal before I ever hurt her the way Nyx hurt you." she looks toward Nyoka hoping she would believe her even with everything saying she shouldn't.

Medusa might have been shaken, but she is not changed by Aylana's words. She turns her hard, bitter, cold, glowing eyes to her, and sneers once more. "You are Nyx. Just as Nyoka is more me than she cares to admit. She is learning that, and I think it is time you learned it, too. You are capable of this, and I will not allow Nyoka to be put through this again. I lived it once, she doesn't need to live it. . . ."
Nyoka still remains quiet. She doesn't know what to think. She knows Aylana, yes, but Medusa is making a crazy kind of sense that she just can't ignore.
Medusa keeps her satisfied expression under lock and key. This, all of this, is working to he advantage. She might be getting what she wants, after all. . . .
"Just as you have it in you to kill her, Aylana. Though," she pauses here, her eyes running over Nyx in disgust, "I fear that you might have more guts in this life than you did in the last. Hiding behind Athena and Perseus. If you wanted me dead, you should have come and done it yourself, coward. Or, am I giving you too much credit? Or, you could be taking credit for that, and never have had your hand in it. . . ."

Aylana shook her head "I wouldn't do that. What I did found out about Nyx I hated about her. It why I went mortal. I don't want to become her and let her destroy peoples lives again. Nyoka knows I care to much for my own good. She had to slap me around a few times just to grow a backbone. Why would I hurt the person I look up to?" her voice was trembling as she knew she was loosing this battle.
Nyx keeps the smug look on her face "Face it Aylana, you and Nyoka as friend will only in the end be chaos. You'll grow to hate her just like I hate Medusa." she glares at Medusa her eyes flashing alittle.
Aylana shakes her head "Its not true I can't hate Nyoka, we've been angry at eachother. But I can never hate her. She my blood sister and always will be. You hear that Nyoka. Look inside yourself!! Please!!! Why would I hurt you now when you have helped me so much?" she was begging trying to make her sister understand for once in her life.
Nyx laughs pushing her hand through her hair "This is a lost battle and you shall see why in in the end you'll never get to her." the voice fade onces more as another window appears.
It was Nyx once again talking to one of her children Athena....

At last, Nyoka speaks. In a voice barely a whisper, she utters three words, "It could happen. . . ."
Medusa can't quite contain all of her smugness, and allows a small smile to touch her lips.
Suddenly, she is transformed into a gorgon: draconic legs, large, leathery, draconic wings, snakes writhing in place of her hair, bronze talons on her hands, and hard, almost armor-like scales over her breasts. Her wings flap behind her, stretching and lifting her a little, before they fold against her back. Her face is still beautiful, unlike her cursed 'sisters'. Part of her punishment from Athena.
She watches as Nyx tries to talk to the goddess that Medusa hates most of all. . . .

Nyx grabs ahold of Athena arm trying to get the goddess to turn "You will listen to what I have to say. I'm your mother and I have that right." when Athena fully turns to face her mother the goddess sighs seeing the anger on the child face "You have no reason to be mad at Medusa, she wasn't the one who defiled your temple it was Poseiden. Why won't you believe me on this?"
Athena pushes her mother's arm away from her shaking her head in anger "Because I can't understand how after all the torture you put her though you stand up for her all of a sudden. And why would I believe a god would defile my temple? Your turning your back on us for someone who betrayed you. Have you truely grown soft mother?" with those last words Athena sprints away from her mother leaving Nyx standing there in search of Perseus.
Nyx turns away shaking her head "Now you know why she wouldn't believe you Aylana. Because even Medusa didn't know what happen. I was curse myself afterwards as I had to live the life knowing that throughout the time although people feared Medusa because she could turn them to stone. They never forgot who she was. While I after all the torture faded into the darkness. To be forgotten..."
She falls quiet as the scene switches to Athena meeting up with Perseus....

Nyoka watches as Athena lays out her plans for Medusa.
Perseus is told exactly where to find Medusa, given exactly what he needs to complete the job, and is promised her protection. Nyoka bites her lips when she hears Athena ask Perseus if he was really going to stand back and let a woman that escaped him once live on, threatening the gods in the way she is doing.
As further punishment, she adds that he is to leave Medusa's 'sisters' alone. Let them live out their lives in agony and dispair. They will be no threat without the leadership of Medusa.
Nyoka shudders, and turns away. She knows all of this, she's seen it before, and read about it. She has things she needs to think about. . . .
Persues makes his journey. It is blurry, as Medusa doesn't know all that went on while he was on it. She just remembers the fight. How Perseus hid behind his sheild, keeping Medusa's gaze off of him, and how he lunged forward, effectively decapitating her with one swipe. Her body falls, twitching. After Medusa's 'sisters' chase after Perseus, Pegasus emerges from Nyoka's body, and her other son is born from her spilt, fatal blood.
"You've seen it all, unless Nyx has something to add. . . ." Medusa says, casting a look over at Nyx. With that, things go black once more.END HERE FOR THE THIRD POST!

Nyx didn't speak she didn't watch the scene either. She couldn't cause sadly as much as she hated Medusa deep down she didn't wish that death upon her at all. With Medusa words she didn't say anything either, she remains quiet;
Aylana couldn't breathe even though she tried so hard to. How could a friendship strong as there be destroy over one person greed. Was this the fate of all the god and goddess? Greed consumes them to make foolish choices?
Looking over Aylana shakes her head "Nyoka remember how we always said we had eachother back since before we were kids? Do you really think I would do something like that to you? When I hate the thought of killing?" her voice was filled with the tears she couldn't show. "What about always being there for eachother. Your my blood sister, remember we have always fought side by side. Yes we get mad at eachother, but that what sister do.."
Shaking her head she laughs alittle "Are you really going to let this end like this? Even after everything we have overcome when people around us said we couldn't?" she looks towards Nyoka fear in her eyes. She couldn't handle this, the thought that because of there past she lose her best friend for something she didn't do.
