Jonah was in an internal dillemma because of what had happened with his opponent; the explosion had nearly completely crippled her ability to fight on with her full potential. Kicking her while she was down just didn't feel right, but it was also the path to victory. It was a one or the other situation, and Jonah was trying to figure out a reasonable way to take both; leave her in good health, and come out on top.
"I don't want to hurt you any worse than you are now, but I won't throw in the towel because you are hurt; I've thought of something: You can surrender and leave yourself with the injuries you have now, or you will suffere from worse injuries if you continue to fight. The choice of yours."
Jonah stood in a relaxed position, ready to bend if necessary.

Tsuzuki took a deep breath and thought for a moment, not on if she would continue or not, but how long she would last. She had done this before and lasted all night facing a few benders as she went. It was hard to stand up and dodge a lot but she could still win if she wanted to.
Tsuzuki braced herself as she slowly pulled herself up and fell into her Tiger stance. She grinned and said, "I'm not done yet."
She couldn't do any kicks but her arms were very much alive in this contest. She waved them slowly back and forth, a teqnique that she had learned by watching water benders, pushing the fire in the pits back and forth until it was strong enough to push the stones off. Then she sent it spilling slowly onto the ground. It would stay there like it was hooked into the ground permanently. She closed it in around Jonah, knowing that she didn't have much time, and yelled, "Try to bend when everthing you can touch is engulfed in flames!"

"So be it. It's still earth, even when it's burning..."
Jonah twisted his arms around in a forcefull motion, creating a barrier of stone to keep the fire at bay. it was low enough to where he could still see his opponent, giving him a key sight as to where he should send his attacks.
Using his arms in an extended motion, Jonah concentrated his bending towards the backside of his opponent. He first raised a series of stalagmites around his target, creating a makeshift stone prison to the specifications of a claustrophobic's(sp?) nightmare. To top it off, he covered the top of the stalagmites with the stone coin he had previously used, putting a lid on the cage with the spiked side down.

Tsuzuki's flames around the field immediately retreated and were used in forcfully blowing the stone coin off of the top and back onto the ground into pieces. She then used the flames to blow apart the stalagmites around her. She grinned as she thought, 'I may look defeated but I've only gotten started.' It was true that she couldn't use her feet but that meant that she had one less thing to concentrate on. And that made her be able to pull off more complex bending styles.
She breathed out calmly and took the fire from the field and made a swirling vortex around herself and her opponent much like water benders would do. She continued to close it, forcing her opponent to walk towards her or become severely burned.

Jonah refused to move, putting himself close to the flames.
"No matter how hard you try, you can't imprison someone with a non-substance element."
Jonah bent the earth around him, closing off the flames in a forcefull maneuver with a solid wall of stone. And now he was to close off his opponent's movement.
Jonah focused his hands and his stance in a complex square movement around the ground Tsuzuki was standing on, liquifying it into a quick sand pit. As long as he kept ample concentration, the ground would continue to give way under her feet. He only needed one hand to control the ground, leaving him with a fail-safe bending arm.

Tsuzuki calmly sent another jet into the ground, propelling herself out of the quick sand. She landed softly on the ground in front of her and concentrated. She created a small ball of fire. It didn't change size or shape but she continued to pump more and more fire into it. She then set it right in front of Jonah.
Tsuzuki then stopped concentrating and ran. The ball unleased a massive explosion behind her that would, without a doubt, tare(sp?) through the earth. She felt the heat behind her and dove into the closest pool of water. Her legs hurt from running after being so badly burned but it was well worth it; a wave of fire passed overhead.

"She just doesn't get it..."
Jonah flashed his bending movements around himself, raising a tornado of sand around himself that kept the newly formed flames at bay. The result was a cylinder of glass with Jonah inside it. It didn't last long, as Jonah gave it a hard punch that shattered the entire structure. The glass formed into fragments of which didn't touch Jonah, leaving him alright to bend.
Seeing his opponent dive into the water, Jonah thought up a few ideas. He then decided one one course of action: rocking the earth around the tank to try and cause some motion problems in the water. Jonah shifted back and forth through his movements, rocking the earth around the tank to shake it up in a violent manner. Using flames underwater was unheard of, leaving fire benders to use only steam; Jonah was in a prime position, a good distance away from the tank of water.

Tsuzuki shook her head when the rumblings started and thought, 'Fool.'
She had lived by the ocean her entire life and had learned to hold her breath a long time. She also had learned how to stay calm when she was pushed and pulled under the water to the point of her not knowing which way was up and which way was down. Tsuzuki was at the very bottom of the pool which made her a little light headed but was still good. First, the breathing for a long time issue.
She closed her eyes, only feeling the motion of the earth instead of becoming disoriented with her vision. She then began to firebend. The water around her turned to steam, evaporating to the top. She increased the jets of fire above her head. The water evaporated faster and faster until her head was just above only seconds later.
Tsuzuki may not have been a water bender but she was very comfortable with it. As she sat in the hole, she opened her eyes. The earthquake was still going on. She closed them quickly and stood up carefully, using the sides to help her. She then breathed out as she noticed her legs felt better after being in the water.
She bended her arms in complete circles, making her fire go into a circular motion. She then forced it through the earth, creating an impressive drill that didn't make much sound and wasn't audible through the earthquakes. She felt where the earth bending was orriginating from and forced the drill quickly up from under Jonah's feet, giving him no time to react to the drill.

((Just my opinion, but someone would have to be a skilled bender to know how to seperate earth with jets of fire, perhaps even lava bending.))
In the midst of his own earthquake, Jonah was unaware of the technique his opponent had sent to him. The next thing he knew was that he was sent up with a blast of fire, just high enough to avoid being burned by the fire itself. With quick thinking, Jonah brought together several mounds of rock and formed another one of his earth discs, suspended in midair on a disc of stone. He shook off the effects of being thrown into midair with a quick shake, finding his adrenaline flowing through his system as well as getting a blast of hot air on his skin.
"Clever, but not enough..." Jonah was getting tired of all the fire trickery, deciding to put a stop to it. With one hand controlling his earth disc, he used his other hand to bend the earth below him into a series of stone spikes that rose out of the earth in a ring around his opponent, all of them heading for her at the same time as well as some coming up from underneath her feet.
