Ala grinned down at Orpheus' compliment, then turned to look for another sphere. It took a moment before she spotted the higher orb, then, with a sigh, she grabbed a branch and started upwards again. She eventually reached the branch with the sphere and nabbed the orb, placing it with the four others she'd caught already.

"Your doing really good Ala! Half way there!" He called up to her, wanting to cheer her on since she was doing really well, maybe he should have tried to make the class a little more complicated? It seemed as if she had were already pretty good at the climbing thing. None the less he wasn't going to say anything about that until she was done. He would tell her how good she did over all once she was back on the ground and on her feet saftely.
The farther up the girl got the more spheres she would see, spaced apart yes but there were more of them. As if someone else maybe had picked the spheres clean from the lower ones for the most part at another point maybe?

Alaqua grinned, happy at the compliments from the teacher. She spotted two more orbs not too far from where she was and made her way over towards them. Her movements were slowed a bit from earlier, for the branches this high up were starting to get smaller and not as sturdy as the thicker branches below. She grabbed the first one, but the second fell as she stepped on to the branch. Frowning, Ala decided to let it be and looked for another.

Orpheus watched then gave a little smile, glad that she didn't follow after the sphere that fell down among the branches. He reached out to catch it as it came down from the branches and tucked it away into his pocket. He then moved about again to see if he could see what she was doing, with as high up as she was the branches were starting to make it a little harder to see her.
The branches towards the top though were sparser, more light coming through to light up more of the spheres sending rainbow light in all directions. Something that would either help her to find them or hinder her by confusing her with as many lights as there were now.

Ala grinned as she spotted a rainbow, then another. As the light shifted a touch, lots of orbs lit up, dancing colors on the leaves. The girl frowned, raising one arm up to shield her eyes. Carefully, Alaqua moved, trying to pinpoint a few of the orbs' locations. She found the general area of one and moved towards it. As she got closer, the bright spot pointed out to her where it was. Tucking it away, Ala frowned as the amount of sparkles didn't seem to diminish any.

"Almost there!" He called up, watching her as she paused to look around, trying to see through the deceiving rainbows that were given off by the many orbs that were around her.
Above her, up in the sky a thick, puffy cloud moved along lazily and into the path between the sunlight and the tree that Ala was in. The moment it got into the way the rainbow light was extinguished. Whether it would help though was up to Ala herself and if the shade would be easier to spot them in as opposed to the many rainbows instead.
(( if you want to post the sort of item that she would like for reward for passing the class I will get it done quickly before the class ends ))

As the cloud blocked the light, Ala gave a sigh of relief when the brightness dropped to where she could see without having to squint so much. She moved through the branches as quickly as she dared before the light returned, searching for any sign of the spheres. She spotted one and grabbed it. That made eight of the orbs. So... Ala paused for a moment, that meant she needed... two more! Right.
She turned her head about to search for those last two spheres. Ah, there. Was that one? She headed towards it. It was! So just one more...

Her climbing up through the smaller branches caused the spheres that were remaining hidden among them to chime, a soft and melodious sound made from them tapping against the branches. This would give away their positions though some would starte to fall if she got to close due to the branches being slightly weaker towards the top of the tree. There were still plenty of them to be had though even with the few that rained down on the teacher.
(( her item is all ready, I think its cute too. ^_^ ))

Ala heard the noise and started towards a source of several chimes. One sphere fell as she grew closer and the girl decided to drop down to the branches below. She came up under one of the orbs and reached up, nabbing it. Giggling happily, she placed it with the others and started on down, shaking more spheres out as she bounced down from branch to branch, then flipping upside down on the lowest branch to grin at Orpheus.
"I gots ten of thems!"

Along with the ten a rain more of the spheres came down along with her, landing on the ground around her. Orpheus gave a little laugh as he nodded his head, "All ten? Good job. You are pretty good at the climbing aren't you? I'm very impressed." He said as he walked over to where he'd left his clipboard, sitting with it was a small, black bag that contained various pretties that he gave out to those that passed his classes. "Alright, for passing the class and with flying colors I have for you a gift." He said, digging into the bag and took out a necklace with blue colored gems in it.

Ala grinned, nodding, then clapped her hands together happily at the necklace. It was so pretty and shiny! She took it, then, remembering her manners, "Thank you!"
Niki looked up from her book, marking the page with the cover fold. She stood, stretching a bit as she got up. "Well, then, Ala, are you ready to go?"
"Go sees Ter?" She asked Orpheus.
