I really liked Zack from FF7: Last Order. He seemed liked a very cool guy, and very loyal too. Not to mention he totally kicked some enemy arse XD
I also liked Yuffie because she was so unpredictable.

Vincent's personality was my favorite. He's calm and quiet, always ready to save those in need. His love for Lucretia didn't even falter after what she did to him.
Cid gets kudos too of course. His "hospitality" will always be funny for me.
Cid: Here. Sit down and have some tea.
Cloud: Um...no, we-
Cid: Sit down and drink your $&%#@ tea!
Cloud & Aeris: (O_o)
I might have the lines slightly wrong, but you get the jist.
As for Cloud, meh, he seemed to be too...emo(?) for me. He's always blaming himself for everything that happened and never being happy about anything. Really annoying actually.

zack was always such a cool character to me, you know, taking care of cloud and being a really sweet friend, not to mention he kicks total but, woot soldier first class!

Zack was such a sweetie sad So loyal and kind and and... *sniffles*
It's a shame he died, I really wanted to know a LOT more about his personality. Last Order helped a bit, but... > sad
As for Tifa, I think she's an amazing character, very ... HUMAN if you will. She has many flaws, and many advantages. Lot's of emotions and lot's of spirit as well.

Aeris - a kind heart, but she also has spunk. She knows when to be serious when the situation calls for it, is a good salesperson (that Honeybee inn scene where she sold flowers to those perverts was too funny xd ) and after *that* incident cry she's pretty much Godlike now.

Yuna--> though she had a delicate exterior in the inside she is strong and had an unyielding will.
Tifa--> tough determined and strong she's incredibly considerate for others and would do anything for the people she cares about.
Reno--> he's just so funny and nice. He's just playful and funny thats the best part about him
