That's the Japanese translation of the book. It's a novel, but because it was a Japanese edition, they drew an anime cover.
But man, if it was a manga, I'd buy ten copies xd

It's the Japanese version. It's separated into three different parts, which I forget the names to [I'll look them up later and post them here.]
It's not a manga, but I believe it has a few bits of illustration in it.

If the girl in the cover is Bella...why is her black? Is it not red...? Or have i gotten her hair colour all this time?!

Bella's hair is dark brown.
Her eyes are brown.
