Our show this year is called "Reelin' in the Years" and it features, Reallin' in the Years (of course), Who Are You by the Who, Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen, Imagine by John Lennon, Carry On Our Wayward Son by Kansas, and Get Away by Chicago. All in all I think it's pretty amazing. Brookwood Broncos Marching Band - 2006This isn't a really great performance since it's from about three or four weeks ago and we have added a lot more. This is also a really bad performance considering it starts pouring down rain near the end of our show. Just keep in mind that this is not a complete performance.

Bits and pieces of our show are now on the Herald-Times neighbors page! 1. We march out onto the field and that weird announcer guy does his thing. 2. Beginning of the opener. 3. End of the closer. 4. "And...if you happen to see Jasper coming up through your town..." ...We didn't need to hear the rest. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STATE FINALS!!! Everyone went crazy. I think that guy in a tux off to the left is Mr. Wilson. XD

My Show Last year was "Pit and the Pendulum" by Key Poulan. I don't have a recording of the show but I can give you the site so you can listen to it. http://www.keypoulan.com/comp_pit.htmlIt was so Much Fun! I was in Front Ensemble on Vibe's 1 and we got to wear make up and everything! Here's a picture of me in my make up last year Isn't it awsome!? Lol. but yeah. My college doesnt have a marching band, so I desided to teach the Front Ensemble at a high school this year. I taught the Fountain Fort Carson Trojan Marching Band's Front Ensemble this year. They were 8th in state (they would have been 6th, but our electronics blew up on finals night... sweatdrop ). Thier show was "Cirque Du Soliel: Quidam." I don't have a video of this show either, but I can give you the site address so you can hear it. These are actually Mp3's unlike Pit and the Pendulum. http://www.msconcepts.com/shows/show-detail.asp?showid=485

We're doing music from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I loooove it. It's my favourite.
Anyway, there are no videos of us up. I should get around to asking my band director to put a couple of them on our department's site.

Zomg. We're doing Nightmare Before Christmas too.
And I have a video...but I won't show it, because since we were playing in the hail, rain, and wind, we sound kinda off.

We have a drum break in the middle of the third part of our show, and all the other sections kneel. It's pretty darn awesome.

This year's show was about the arbor cycle. It sounds gay, but it's really cool. I wish I could put it up here, but I can't. Jedi Master hasn't put one up there (only for ipod). We did really good though. mrgreen

Here's a video of our performance. Let me know what you think of it. Our show is called "X!" I'm not sure, but this video might show us playing a song for the dance team. If it does, then our performance is right after. Also, I think this video was taken at a football game so people won't shut up. But our show still kicks a**! http://slhs.lafourche.k12.la.us/Band Videos_files/X101306.htm
