After bidding farewell to Dr. Albert, I walked outside into the fresh-air and looked down at the chip, the adorably small tan chip, with black markings.
"So you are little William I have heard so much about," I said as I began talking to the chip. Just as I was about to continue talking to the little chip, something moved in my side bag causing me to jump. At that precise moment a little ferret crawled out of the bag and up my side, and then ran down my arm. Then it stopped at my wrist and looked at the tiny chip resting in the palm of my hand.

"Rukia, this is Will," I said to Rukia as she moved closer to the tiny chip, and started sniffing at it. When Rukia finished sniffing at the chip, she let out an excited chirp and scuttled back into the side bag, and began poking her head out playfully.

"Well, it looks like Rukia like you, too." I said to Will. "Well, we have a few errands to run, and I got to get to work. So you need to find a permit place to ride," I said as I tried to think of some possible place I could put the chip so he wouldn't be injured, during the day. Out of all the possibilities the one that sounded the best was, putting him in the pocket on my work blouse. This way I knew where he was at all times and I could still talk to him.

The first thing on my to do list for today was to get to Café Gambino [the local coffee house on the island], before I was late. My watch was telling me 6:00, so I had 30 minutes to get to work, but my instincts were telling me you only have 20. So I picked up my walk to a light jog, and I continued my conversation with Will telling him all about the landscape, and how this place was surrounded by water. At 6:29 I was finally entering the café for work. “Thank goodness, you’re here,” squealed one of the other employees as I entered the café.

“That’s Kana. She manages to do something that always leads to chaos,” I said to Will as I made my way over to the counter. “Morning to you to Kana,” I said. “What did kind a chaos have you brought upon us today,” I continued in a sarcastic tone.

“No, chaos yet. But on the other hand have you picked up the chip you were saying something about last week,” Kana replied.

“Yes, I did. This is Will,” I said as I pulled him out of my pocket and gently rested the little chip in the palm of my hand.

"Wow, it's small," said Kana as she looked at while it rested in my hand.

"Well, I guess it's time to work," I said as I set Will back into my pocket as the first costumer for the day walked in.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When 5:00 finally rolled around I was finally able to leave work, and head out to do some other errands. The first thing was to run by the library and drop my books off, and once that was finished I headed straight to the marketplace to grab some fruits, vegetables, meats, pet food, and other items needed for meals the next few days.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Upon getting home I was bombarded by two hungry felines, children, and one dog. So I quickly got through my hellos, feed the animals and got dinner on the stove. And when that was done I was finally able to sit down at the kitchen table for a breather. “Okay you two,” I said addressing Kailey and Jordan and motioning them to sit. As they sat down I pulled Will from my pocket. “This is Will,” I said as their eyes lit up across the table. “By nice kind to him, and love him like a sibling. Also don’t let Lena get within a hundred meters of him, if a tool is present in her hand and/or on her person.” I said giving them the lecture of Will. “Anyway you two can take him and talk to him tonight, I have dinner to get finished,” I said as I shoed the three out of the kitchen.

Lena had finally come home from her trip, and was completely ecstatic in meeting Will. But, before I let her even hold Will, I had her surrender over every pocket knife, mini screwdriver, mini wrenched, any other mini tools, which she may have had on her presence. I even took another protective step and forced Lena to remain at the kitchen table until I was able to see that she wasn’t planning on dissecting him within the next 10 minutes. “Wow! Such technology, that ev..” exclaimed Lena as she gently picked Will and began to slowly turn him over in her hand so she could see every little bit of the chip.

At the same time though her speech became nothing but mumbling inaudible words, I knew it had something to do with the make-up and technology of the chip itself. After sometime though Lena started to just talk to Will, and carried on a one-sided conversation for sometime. Thankfully it seemed that she was warning Will about her fascinating with all things technological. Finally, she had reached the end of her conversation and was now bringing Will back over to me. “He’s amazing the technology in…” started Lena, but I quickly hushed her.

“Yes, I know. Now, go play with and say hi to Kailey and Jordan,” I replied thankful to quiet the rambling before it started.

So after Lena left the kitchen, I decided it was time to go put Will to “sleep” and headed upstairs, to set him in his makeshift bed. It was a small mahogany box that sat on my nightstand, and it served its purpose well.

It has been a few days know since Lena has come home and met Will, and thank goodness she hasn’t tried to dissect him…yet. Well, Lena can’t exactly dissect him, due to the fact he can’t even be found. After I laid him down for his “nap” and then went to retrieve him, he was gone. The culprit we knew had to be Fai, because he’s the only pet in the house that could leave white fur lying around. So began the game of hiding go seek, and Fai wasn’t going to help either, he had been the “hider.”

As we looked the only thing Fai had managed to do was clean himself, eat, and sleep. All at the same time purring like he had accomplished something. That little sly cat.

After a few hours we had managed to find Will, thanks to Rukia, he had been dropped between the wall and couch. So instead of pulling the couch out, Rukia happily went down and retrieved him. Hopefully, Will didn’t get any damage. Just to be on the same side I gave him a look over and nothing was out of place, dented, or chipped. What a relief. Looks like we will have to keep a close eye on him for the next few days. We don't need something like this happening agian.

I can’t seem to keep Lena, Jordan, and Kailey quiet today, which is pretty odd because they usually do their own things anyway. Meaning Jordan is playing videogames, Lena dissecting another electrical thing or tinkering, and Kailey is reading a book or fencing somewhere. But, today they were continuously talking about a boy they met yesterday at the beach, “Captain Jack.” On the other hand at least it’s keeping the three of them busy, out of my hair, and sociable with Will. I really wish though I could meet this “Captain Jack,” he seems quite the adventurer.

From what I can gather though they went beach combing for dropped gold, and then buried it somewhere; their own stash of buried treasure. It almost like they were preparing to be pirates themselves. How Cute? Well, I want to finish listening to the three and their story.

September 19
I received a phone caller earlier today about William’s growth; it seems that I’ve qualified to have him be put into his child body. Tomorrow I am going to bring Will and have him upgraded, so hopefully everything goes according to plan and no technical difficulties.

I wonder what his new body will look like, either way I think it’ll be as adorable as it can.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
September 20
I brought Will to Doc this morning, and we had Will put into his child body. When his eyes opened I was utterly speechless, but with a little motivation from Doc, Will came over and I immediately grabbed him up into a hug. He was just so adorable; I guess my prediction was right about being adorable.
After being ushered out of the lab, I immediately headed home to let Lena, Kailey, and Jordan meet Will. That went marvelously well, just because I think I confiscated all of Lena’s tools.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Kailey, Jordan, Lena. I'm home," lightly hollered Akuma as she walked into the house, holding Will's hand.

Kailey walked into the living room to greet her mother like she always did, but stopped in her tracks when she saw Will. "Oh my god, he so adorable," squealed Kailey as she ran over and grabbed Will up in a hug.

When Kailey let him go, she backed away and made eye contact, “Hey I’m Kailey,” she said hoping that Will may have remembered her mentioning something of the sort in his chip form.

“Oh no mom brought home another animal,” thought Jordan as he walked into the living room, but was shocked to see Will, instead of a four-legged creature.

“So, you’re Will. I’m Jordan,” he said as he approached Will and stuck his hand out.

“Why, did you stick your hand out,” asked Will as he looked questioningly at Jordan.

“You’re supposed to shake it. It’s the way guys say hello, and also hugging isn’t my thing,” replied Jordan as his hand remained in the air.

Will graciously took Jordan’s hand and shook it. But, as soon as Will let go of Jordan’s hand another, person grabbed Will into a hug. Scaring him and causing him to go into a fit trying to get away from the stranger that now held him in a hug. “He’s so cute,” said Lena as she let Will go and backed up to look at him, as Will looked at her and tried to hide behind Akuma.

“By the way I’m Lena,” she said as she walked around him looking at the cyborg like body.

“What’s wrong is there something on me,” asked Will. “Mom, is she trying to hurt me.”

“No, she won’t hurt,” said Akuma as she watched Lena just in case her assumption was wrong.

“Oh. Sorry no nothings own you, but there will be something in a second,” said Lena as she watched Rukia slowly and quietly walk across the top of the bookcase and get into a jumping position.

“Huh,” said Will right as Rukia jumped onto him scaring the living day lights out of him. “Ahhh. There’s something on me.”

“Calm down Will. Its just Rukia,” said Akuma as she grabbed the little ferret off of him and held on to the little furry creature.

Will turned around and looked at the creature that was looking at him. “So you’re the little critter that found me after the mewing thing dropped me, behind the sofa,” said Will looking at Rukia.

Will reached out and took Rukia from Akuma’s grasp and began to stroke her back, and scratch her behind the ears.

After sometime the other creature that was sitting in the living room wanted some attention too and well it let everyone know. “Woof, Woof,” came the barking of Snowcap who had been quietly sitting on the floor.

“This is Snowcap,” said Kailey as she called him over.
Snowcap politely sat down in front of Will and started thumping his tail against the ground.

Will hesitantly moved his hand toward the top of the foxes head, and slowly Will began to scratch Snowcap’s ears, just as he had done Rukia’s.

Slowly from the corner of Akuma’s eye she watched as two felines tried to get through the room without being noticed. “Fai, Lucas. Come her kitties,” said Akuma as she through the two felines cover, but the two cats quickly skedaddled out of the room so that they didn’t have to be in the midst of greeting others.

“I’m so happy everyone for the most part gets along,” said Akuma as she went upstairs to make sure Will surprise was ready.

Growing into a child was nothing what I expected, it was a lot louder then I expected and brighter. But I guess I will have to coop with it. As least I was given my own room though, and it’s so cool. The bunk bed is in the shape of a boat, the bottom bunk is a mattress, but the top is a hammock. On the shelves above my bed are toy ship, guns, and swords. On the other side of my room, my mom put some real guns and swords, but those aren’t to be played with because they are what she call “antiques,” but there still cool anyway.
For breakfast mom had made a real good fruit salad, there were fruits in it that I had never heard of: papaya, mangos… but they tasted really good anyway. After breakfast we all walked Lena, Kailey, and Jordan to what mom called school and then mom brought me to work with her.

When we got to Café Gambino, mom’s coworkers somehow knew my name and it made me fell kind of awkward. This must be the people mom introduced me to when she first picked me up, from Doc’s Lab. After some time me and mom had to leave because we had to get home, it was time for mom to cook dinner.

Today was going just fine and peachy for everyone until we found out that Lucas thought it would be fun to hide Will’s doubloon necklace. It seems that Lucas and Fai both have a knack for shiny things lately.

After some time we found the necklace in the cat bed, and out of nowhere Lucas came out of and tried to swipe the necklace once again. Will though grabbed Lucas before he could get away, with the necklace again. It was funny though watching Lucas hiss at Will, as he grabbed the necklace and take it away from him.

Will has no luck with the cats, there always taking him or one of his possessions. I wonder if this shiny item phase is just a phase, or have the cats developed a bad habit. Looks like we will have to wait and see.

While walking home from work today, with Will, we spotted a small mongrel looking mutt that was hiding on the side of the road. He looked like he had been out on the streets for a while now and of course myself who hates to see an abandon animal, had to stop. I was able to coax it out of its corner, but as soon as I did that the dog ran over to Will and just sat down looking up at him. I watched closely as Will began to scratch the dog behind the ears, and I watched as the two of them began to bond. “Oh no another animal in the house, at least Snowcap would have a buddy to play,” I thought as I continued to count down until those four little words were spoke.

“Can we keep him,” Will asked as he looked up at me, and of course I had to say, yes.

It didn’t take Will long out all to give the pooch a name though… Davey is what Will decided to name him.

Anyway, I have officially put my foot down on animals in this house, five was enough. No more, no less because the five we owned were perfect. At least most of the time they were perfect.

Today I had to bring Kailey to a fencing competition and boy were there a lot of people there. We arrived early and got Kailey signed in for her division, and then we walked around. {Every time we come to one of these fencing competitions though, it seems more like a convention, because there are tons of vendors out here with goods. Too many if you ask me, when there are 7 booths from the same vendor in one row, then you know there is too many. Well, if people have the money to do that, let them.}
On the way to our seats, to watch Kailey Will stopped at a booth that was covered in pirates’ swords and just stood there admiring them. I could see it in his eyes that he was dying to get his hands on one of them.

So when everyone was seated I snuck back out to the booth and got him one of the swords he had been looking at. To hide the sword from him I stuck it in Kailey’s equipment bag with a note explaining.

When we arrived at home, I took the sword from the equipment bag and hid it in my closet. After Will fell asleep I set it up on his shelf. Man will he be surprised in the morning.

Today we went to a fencing competition, the building it was in was huge. When we walked in, we headed toward a booth to sign Kailey in and then she disappeared. So we walked around and looked at all the booths, my favorite booths were the ones that had the antique swords. The owners of the booth said the antique swords were actually pirate swords.

At the last booth there was a really cool pirate sword, it has a gold hilt with a few precious stones imbedded on it. So I tried something, I picked it up and looked at it with longing eyes. I think it worked, because mum disappeared during the tournament.

When I woke up the following morning I guess my act worked because the sword was on my shelf. I going to go give mum a big hug and thank her.

Today I was off from work, so that meant I could sleep in a bit. Of course there is always that one question that the kids ask on these kinds of days, “What can we do, were bored.”
So we decided to hit the arcade, and I have to say I am very happy now that I got my paycheck last Friday.
So $100 later and 400 tokens (200 in reserve and 75 for each kind) the fun began.
~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**
“Mom, come see this,” said Lena as she pulled Akuma toward a fighting game that Jordan and Will were playing.
“What,” Akuma said.
“Watch Will kick Jordan’s butt,” replied Kailey as she drug her mother toward Will and Jordan.
Akuma watched as Will, and Jordan went all out. Jordan had barely any time to react to Will’s attacks. The two of them went back and forth like that for a while. “Looks like Jordan finally get the challenge he always wanted,” thought Akuma as she watched.

Sometime later the battle finally ended with Jordan’s defeat, and Kailey and Lena congratulating Will on his win. “Is that the kind of competition you want,” asked Akuma ruffling Jordan’s hair.
“Yep. He’s is going to be the hardest opponent to beat,” said Jordan smiling ear from ear.
“Want to go at it again, Jordan,” Will asked.
“You bet,” said Jordan as the two of them went at it for the rest of the day.

“Kailey since their doing that, do you want to play DDR until we drop,” asked Lena.
“You bet,” said Kailey as her and Lena ran off toward the DDR machine.

“Awesome, that leaves me with the happy claw machines,” thought Akuma as she headed toward the claw machine.

The five up them when on like that until no more tokens were left, and everyone was wiped out. “They will sleep well tonight,” thought Akuma as they headed, and she watched the kids yawn.

Wow today was a really busy day at mom’s work tons of people came in and ordered. A problem came up though in the kitchen and one of the busy boys was summonsed to take the place of the injured baker. Supposedly the guy baking had burnt his hand pretty bad, and had to go to the hospital. So I tried to make myself useful.
I asked Mom when she had a moment to spare if I could help in anyway. She handed me and apron and told me to help with cleaning tables.
As we left the café she smiled and ruffled my hair and told me she was proud of what I did.

Later that night I heard really loud noises outside, and then suddenly the power went out. I didn’t know what was going on, so I headed down to moms room. On my way to her room I saw a bright light flash through the hallway window. I didn’t have to go all the way to mom’s room because she was standing in the hallway checking on everyone. So I asked her what was going on and she told me it was just a thunderstorm.

Well, I thought that we needed a wind down day so we had a movie night; movie and endless popcorn.

With no objections I threw Pirates of the Caribbean into the DVD player and grabbed a large bag of popcorn. For the next few hours everyone was enjoying themselves. Kailey, Lena and Jordan mouthed just about all the movie. While Will seemed to block everything out and paid as much attention as possible. I wonder though if he has figured out that he is based off of the actually William Turner.

Will was having a wonderful day of being himself until, Lena brought him into her workshop. I being a worry wart of course followed them in and sat in the back of the workshop. Everything was going fine and dandy until and I was about to leave when, suddenly. Will accidentally bumped one of her inventions and got a nasty burn, at first I thought it was something to with heat. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The invention was actually dealing with electricity.
So I took care of the burn, suddenly though his arm started to badly twitch. So I did the first thing that popped in my head, I asked Lena to take a look.
She flipped up a plate on his arm and did a few tweaks, closed it and said it should be fine. I was going to ask her how she did it but I decided not because I was just happy to know that he was okay.

Halloween

“Okay guys all of you know the rules right,” said Akuma as she grabbed the bowl of candy of the counter and walked outside to sit on her lawn chair.
“Yes mama,” came the unison reply of the kids as they followed her out.
Akuam watched as the four of them took off, dressed up ready to get candy. Will had decide to dress up as Will. Jordan went as Jack. Kailey went as Elizabeth and Lena went as Barbossa.

“Trick or Treat.”
“Aww honey look at the kids,” said a women as she saw the four kids standing on her front steps.
“Wonderful costumes kids,” said her husband.
“Thank You,” said the four in unison.

“Trick or Treat,” said some dressed up kids.
“Aww, cute costumes,” said Akuma as put candy into the opened bags.

This went on until Will, Jordan, Kailey, and Lena returned with a good amount of candy and Akuma went in because she ran out.

“So how was it,” asked Akuma as the kids sat down at the table and began to sort through the candy.
“It was awesome,” said Kailey as she popped a snickers miniature into her mouth,
“Yeah we got more candy then last year,” said Jordan.
“Glad to hear,” replied Akuma. “So Will do you like Halloween.”
“Yeah, how many times a year does this happen,” asked Will,
“Once a year. Sorry sweatie,” Akuma said as she went around and grabbed a piece of candy from each bag.
