As soon as Kasumi was sure that the Mizukage had flickered off somewhere, she broke into a run, heading for a more secluded spot near the water, which is perpetually shrouded in fog: a perfect place to train in her opinion, especially without sight. But this was not the time to test her senses; it was time to perfect a technique. Her hands slid into the seal of the ram, slowly, and she concentrated on the mixing of her chakra...Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu echoed in her mind as she faded into mist and reappeared thirty feet away. She repeated the technique, this time more quickly, reappearing where she had originally started. Then, for her final test, she made it to the place where she had been writing and back. A nearly-invisible smile formed on her face and was gone again in an instant. Mist Version: Body Flicker Technique... accomplished.

The Mizukage was now sitting in a tree, watching the snow fall. His village was constantly being covered in snow and there was nothing he could do about it. He sighed and jumped out of the tree and started walking into the center of the village.

The Mizukage appeared behind the hooded man, staring at him. "And who might you be?" He asked coldly, knowing he wasn't part of the village. If he is a spy for the Fire Alliance the Mizukage will kill him on sight.

The Mizukage watched as the man ran towards the gate, smirking some. He then ran after him, his speed was amazing.

Kasumi flickered away from her chosen training spot; it was too obscured by fog for her to practice her next jutsu. She reappeared as far from the water as she could get. Mind, that was not partcularly far, seeing as all of the country was made of islands. But it was far enough inland that the air was clear. She sat on the ground and focused inwards, but also outwards, taking chakra from within and threading it through the air without, the senses ingrained in her blood testing the air, gathering what was needed.
Kirigakure no Jutsu!
A spherical configuration of mist burst from the air around her, completely concealing her from view.
A bit too thick... can't breathe in much air without a good deal of water was well...
Her hand formed the familiar half-ram, and the mist dissapated.
Again! Kirigakure no Jutsu!
And the globe reformed, though with less water content. Kasumi breathed in deeply and settled down to meditate.

Haku Needles The Mizukage appeared behind the boy, looking down at him. "You need something?" "Ahh, the Mizukage, what a lucky find. He will be my next target. If this goes as planned the thunder alliance will crumple." *Hurata jumped from the tree branch he was standing on, right infront of the Mizukage, and without any notice at all he created three shadow clones, using ninjutsu, they all disappeared. Then Hurta threw 6 exploding kunais at him the kage, the explosions of the Kunais where deadly. As the kunais where in the air Hurata called his shadow clones to his command, and without any time to waste they all threw their own set of punches at the kage.* "Let's see how you handle this, Mizukage."
