I don't really think of Smoker as a villain, but if he is, he's the best one! biggrin He can match Luffy, which is no small feat.

Buggy! I cannot believe that no-one else voted for him! He's so funfunfun, even if he stinks as a villain in the traditional sense. The others may be cool, but Buggy is far and away my favourite.
