I am atheist (sp?), but the rest of my family is Caholic. Therefore, I think that we should debate The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Pesonaly, I loved it. Ever since I started going to church with my mom (I was about 4 or so, and we don't anmore), I thought that there was something wrong with the theory of Jesus, the Bible, and so forth. I have never beleived it, but my parents still think I pray every night (I've only prayed once or twice in my life b/c my mom wanted me to do it with her). The Da Vinci Code brought up a good point in the questionability and validity of the Bible. I mean someone had to write it right?...

all I know is that I love the left behind books. they were great, and brought me that much closer to my faith. i never really got into the whole dan brown author or his books, but whatever floats your boat.

KindredDreamer all I know is that I love the left behind books. they were great, and brought me that much closer to my faith. i never really got into the whole dan brown author or his books, but whatever floats your boat. Have you been reading the new series out? The Countdown to Rapture? Second book is out in November. Did you feel sorry for Nicolae at the end? He seemed so pitiable there awaiting his judgment.

I don't know how many people are reading this ( I was reading it but lost it soon after and just found it a week ago so I have continued reading it ) But would anyone one like to debate about the book Memiors of a Geisha?
