From what I can tell... I don't know for sure if they're investigating, or what... but the mod who banned him, well... she's VERY thorough. confused
So they don't know yet if it will be forever? sad

From what I can tell, it is forever. I didn't ask Princess to ask about it, because I didn't want her getting into any trouble. If they are investigating, then it probably won't be forever... if he can prove he wasn't doing it...
They wouldn't have banned him just because that guy kept harassing them to do so, or even because he told them that Taree gave him a botting program. Like I said, they have to make sure it's all there to ban someone...

Scarlet Whisper He Ve, tell everyone in the guild, someone got me banned. Remember all that fighting about the guy accusing me of botting? Well, the admins believed him, and they banned all my accounts and my mom's accounts, and my cousins account, because they were all tied to the same ip address. We're contacting Gaia, persuing legal action because of the money investments my cousin and my mom have made on Gaia. Well that's very interesting...

Well, the admins believed him, and they banned all my accounts and my mom's accounts, and my cousins account, because they were all tied to the same ip address. And you'd think that if a person was gonna bot, and knew their account might get banned... they wouldn't donate. XD

All you have to do is reload like really quick.
I hate that people assumed it was botting. Where is the proof that it actually was?

Aww, I feel so loved! whee I'm going to be making a more comfortable account to use until I can get taree back and my other mules that had all my stuff on them. Ve said on Myspace that she got banned too. Is that true? If so, we need to all get together to do something about this, because Gaia is getting out of hand with these bannings. We haven't even done anything!

[edit] I'm thinking about making a video of me bumping for 7 hours with my webcam, but I don't know if it will record for that long. I just don't know how I can prove that I wasn't botting. My mom and cousin are really mad, but my cousin is the most upset, because she has a lot of rare items, even more than me. And my mom is seriously thinking about taking Gaia Interactive to court over the matter. Unless they decide to return our accounts.

The whole sordid tale of my banning is in another thread. It was sort of my fault, but I really wish that either:
a) The rules were a little clearer about copyright infringement.
or
b) I had gotten SOME kind of warning first.
