Tamba smiled broadly as his daughter giggled and played about in his mane. This was what it was all about. Of everything that brought him joy in his life, nothing brought more than his children. They were still all wobbly on their feet, but Tamba was a gentle playmate. He always used the utmost of care when leaping, pouncing and tickling.
"Oh no you don't," he smirked, getting up to block her path once more. Her little mumblings and blank expressions were somewhat un-noticed by Tamba for the moment, thinking them to be just a pecularity of her childhood.
Now was time for play.

Siyasura giggled as the big male appeared out of no where! Where the heck did he come from? She could hardly NOT notice a huge lion like taht yet he seemed to have appeared form the sandy with a sploosh.
Grinning as she recognised the big male as the fluff that slept with them she wobbled over to him and tumbled in to his chest laying on her back, her but buried in his mane.
Then, he vanished again, a cloud had caught her dark eyed attention and watching it was far more facinating than the young dark maned king. "wehh!" she mumbled her mouth opening in a rather wide gawmless manner.

Tamba rolled onto his back, letting his daughter swim in his mane and tumble about on his tummy. His smile was wide and his chuckle was hearty. This was more of a challenge when he had five cubs scrambling all over him, so it was a nice change having just the one. When she stopped and gurgled at the sky, Tamba followed her line of sight.
"Those are clouds. Can you say clouds? C-L-O-U-D-S," he tried to say slowly, stressing the sounds the word made.

"Cuh" Siyasura shouted, batting at the fluffy white cotton things which were far out of her reach. She could hear this voice directing her as to what they were. "Cuh, Cuh!" she said in proud succession, she did't even realsie her father was telling her the word,s he could just hear this friendly voice informing her.
She liked the 'Cuh's' they were purty, she could almost see shapes in them. her blue eyes follwoed the formations for a long while until her tiny head dropped and she found herself curled up in her fathers name "Duh!" she mumbled snuggling down sleepily. It had been a very big adventure today that was for sure! She would definately try again for the shiney things after sleep. Maybe, if she remembered.

Tamba chuckled as he watched this most fragile of offspring bat and paw at the unreachable clouds. At that moment in time, he wished he was akin to a God, with great wings so he could take his daughter upto the clouds. Let her swim about in them.
But that was a dream to rival his daughter's.
As Siya began to nestle down into his thick mane, he smiled broadly and gently grasped her into his mouth, carrying her back to the safety of the cave. By now, he guessed the rest of his brood might be awake.
