Tequila and Myoa-Becoming Friends
Done in ORP "New Faces" Sept. 4th 06

Tequila slurped up some water from the stream one last time before trotting off a bit. Her eye's danced back and forth as she looked at all the trees around her. Before she knew it, she found herself in the clearing of a large cliff. She walked a few steps closer to see a beautiful view of the valley in front of her. She took in a deep breath of astonishment, and also took in all of the beauty around her. She was so high up, and could see a whole valley below her. She took a few steps back to be a safe distance away, and awed at everything around her.

Konalou
Myoa swooped in from the sky. She flew low, close to the valley ground before her, before climbing up into the high sky. She grinned, reminded of the saying "The sky's the limit!" Well, for her, it was the begining.

She flew around a large cliff. It was high up, with a beautiful view. Almost as high as her normal flight height!

Tequila quickly looked up to see Myoa flying like an angel in the clouds. "Myoa!!" Tequila said, smiling and jumping up so she would notice her. Myoa look so awesome, dashing back and forth in the air. Tequila was thankful to watch such a beautiful scene.

Konalou
Myoa nearly stopped in mid-flight, surprised. "Oh! Hey Tequila!" She smiled, diving down and landing next to her friend. "How are you?"

Tequila smiled as Myoa landed. "Hey Myoa! It is great to see you again!" She once again found herself staring at Myoa's elegance and beauty. "So did you have fun up in the clouds? It was amazing to watch!" She said, as she giggled to Myoa happily.

Konalou
Myoa smiled. "It's great to see you too!" She laughed freely with Tequila. The mare was looking radiant. The sun reflected off on her bright red strands of mane. "Thank you!" Myoa blushed at the compliment. She had never thought somebody would enjoy watching her flight, but clearly, she was wrong. "Yes, nothing beats flying through the clouds, and dancing in their moisture!"

Tequila smiled at Myoa. She was so relieved to have met someone so nice and fun. She then noticed that Myoa was even more glittery than usual, and she noticed it was from the moisture of the clouds. "Ooh I bet the moisture is a nice way to cool down!" The sun was indeed strong that day, and she felt it on her dark coat. "Do you ever fly when it is raining?" Tequila asked, feeling stupid, but curious at the same time. "I myself enjoy prancing in the cool rain." She said, blushing.

Konalou
Myoa smiled, happy to have her new friend by her side. They obviously got along beautifully, and she was happy for that. "Yes, you'll be surprised at how much moisture is up there. It feels like you're swimming!" Myoa grinned. "I enjoy flying in rain very much, although I must be careful of any lightning."

"Swimming in the clouds..." Tequila said, excitedly, "I bet that feels amazing!" Tequila loved swimming in the beach by where she lived, and usually jumped in any water that she could. "Ooh yes please do not fly around when it is lightning!" Tequila said, with a scared tone in her voice. "I would be sad if you ever hurt yourself. I'm sure the cracks from the thunder would be much scarier and louder as well.." Tequila shivered from the thought, but then looked back at Myoa.

Konalou
Myoa nodded. "They say the the noise is loud enough to deafen." She shivered slightly, definitly not wanting to get caught in a storm. Myoa brightened up again. "Hey, how would you like to go swimming? I know of a river nearby."

Tequila felt bad from bringing that up, but then was happy to hear that Myoa wanted to go swimming. "Of course!!" She said, smiling and bouncing a bit. "Lead the way!" She said, excitedly.

Konalou
Myoa smiled. "Trust me on this." She ran and jumped off the side of the cliff. After about a minute of falling, Myoa fell into a pool of water with a spash. The pool was behind some huge rocks, hidden from view. Myoa had stumbled on it one morning on a flight. The only way to reach this pool was to fly into it, or to hop off the side of the cliff.

Tequila loved to be daring, and was excited to see Myoa jump off of the cliff. She decided to listen to her, and as she swept her feet a few times, she got into a nice trot and hopped right off the side of the cliff. She felt the wind carry her down and with a big splash she found herself in a cool pool of water, which felt amazing on her hot skin. "HA!" She laughed excitedly, "That was amazing!"

Konalou
Myoa laughed, splashing water on Tequila. "I found it on a flight, it's beautiful, isn't it?" The natural spring truly was beautiful. There was a small waterfall no more than a yard long pouring into the spring. The water was crystal clear, crisp and refreshing. The was the perfect place to spend a hot day.

"This was better than I could have imagined." Tequila said, taking in a gulp of water. She then looked at the waterfall and swam a bit closer to it. "Wow, this waterfall is huge!" She said, afraid to go any closer. It truly was a beautiful sight to see.

Konalou
Myoa grinned, happy that her friend was so pleased. "It's actually a small waterfall, but don't you prefer them this way?" She took a drink of the spring water, relishing the crisp and pure taste.

Tequila blushed at her comment. "Hee well it is large to me. I have never seen a waterfall before, so I am very impressed!" She said, giggling. "This water is much better than the water by me!" Indeed it was, it was crystal clear, while the seawater around her was full of who knows what.

Konalou
"I've never seen a larger waterfall either. I've only heard rumors about them from my two-legger friend." Myoa agreed. "This is a natural moutain spring, I believe. That's why it's so clear."

"Ooh I see." Tequila nodded. She was very interested in learning everything about this land she was in. She put her head underwater for a second, letting her long hair cool off as well. "I am just amazed that I can see my own legs in the water!" She said, as she laughed to herself.

Konalou
Myoa laughed with her. "I know!" The land of the Soquili was beautiful, and with many mysteries. Perhaps this was one of them? Myoa looked down at the spring bottom. It was fairly flat, although a little rough in a few places. There wasn't a speck of sand; it was perfectly clean.

Tequila noticed Myoa looking down into the water, and she did so herself. She looked as far down as she could, and saw a few fish swimming together on the bottom. "Wow, pretty fish!" Once the fish came too close to her and Myoa, they quickly scattered away in an instant. "How cute." Tequila said, smiling.

Kimi and Tequila- A First Encounter
PRP Sept. 6th 06

Tequila hopped back and forth on the grass, feeling the sun on her dark fur. There was a nice cool breeze following her as she bounced up and down, and it gave her a burst of energy. She then broke off into a quick gallop, until she finally slowed down to relax in the shade. She loved days like this.

Silent Spy
Kimi walked throught the grass and spotted a Soquili mare in the shade. Kimi rushed over to her.
"Hello there," said Kimi, circling around the Soquili quickly. Kimi, for some reason, was not feeling her usual self today, but rather, much more enthusiastic and childish. "I am Kimi."

Tequila quickly stopped spacing out as she was approached by an adorable soquili. Her eyes grey bigger, as she smiled and said "Hello there! My name is Tequila. It is nice to meet you Kimi." She observed the little soquili's beautiful stripes and colors. As she was watching, she noticed Kimi circling around her, and she smiled saying "My you are full of energy, aren't you?"

Silent Spy
Kimi nodded and smiled at Tequili and rose onto her back legs.
"I guess so," she said, lowering down and rushed around Tequila, circling her faster and faster.

Tequila giggled as she watched little Kimi go faster and faster. "Be careful little one, you are going to make yourself dizzy!" She moved her head back and forth and started to feel herself get dizzy.

Silent Spy
"I am not!" said Kimi, stopping. She felt wobbly and tried walking, but walked into a tree and fell to the ground.
"Ow," said Kimi. She felt as if everything around her was spinning.

"Oh no!" Tequila gasped as she sped over to Kimi. "Are you ok?!" She was going to help Kimi up, but decided to let the spinning in her head stop first. "There there.." She said, as she watched to make sure Kimi wouldn't run into anything again.

Kyaishi
Bright golden orbs surveyed the beautiful scene before him with something akin to awe and bewilderment, the oranges, reds, yellows and purples of the setting sun gradually fading to a dull glow beyond the horizon. It was some time before he moved again, however, staring longingly at the rapidly dimming sky before stretching his forelegs idly.

The young stallion had never been much of a social person, preferring to retain his solitude, but there were times when he regretted it. The longing for companionship brought him into daydreams and visions that he would've rather avoided, but he couldn't deny that he was beginning to get lonely. 'That's irrelevant,' he shook his head with a disgusted sigh of frustration. He pawed at the ground in his aggravation, moving off towards a small stream in the distance to cool down.

Tequila woke up from a nap, and let out a big yawn as she lazily got up. She had thought she heard something, and decided to explore a bit. She then noticed that the sun was setting, and she sighed at its beautiful colors. As she was walking, she tried to follow whatever sound she heard. As she approached a stream, she saw a figure in front of her. As she approached and looked a bit closer, she noticed a beautifully spotted soquili. She was amazed at how interesting the male's spots were.

She didn't want to startle him, so she walked a bit closer hoping he had noticed her. "Hello there," She said, cheerfully, "My name is Tequila. What is your name?"

Kyaishi
He was nearing the water's edge when an unfamiliar scent caught his rapt attention, and the sound of approaching footsteps drew his eyes to meet the gaze of the newcomer. One ear twitched as his head tilted to one side in a rather comical display of curiosity, offering a warm smile and a dip of his head in a curt greeting towards the new mare. It had been a long time since he'd spoken to anyone, much less a mare, and it unnerved him slightly, but that didn't deter him from attempting to make a new companion.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Tequila," he dropped onto one knee long enough to give her a dramatic bow of greeting, looking up with a lopsided grin as he straightened again. "I am Shadow."

Tequila's eyes widened as she watched Shadow raise his head back up from his bow. He was so pollite, and she felt herself blush a bit. She then giggled, happy that Shadow didn't mind her company. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well. So how has your day been, Shadow?" She was still a bit sleepy from her nap, but she was gradually shaking it off.

Kyaishi
He didn't overlook the gesture of endearment, a warm smile adorning his dark features instead of the goofy grin that had graced it moments ago. He took note of the tiredness of her eyes, deducing that she was either exhausted, or had just woken up. Judging by the fact that she was looking more awake and alert by the minute, he guessed it was the latter.

He blinked at her question, chuckling softly as a sheepish grin overtook his muzzle once more. "Rather uneventful... I wish I could say I was an adventurer, but my life has taken a turn down an incredibly boring road. I spent most of my day talking to my friends up there," he jerked his head skyward.

Tequila's head tilted to the side, and she wondered what Shadow meant. "Your friends.. up there?" She asked, shyly. She was curious, and was worried she was asking too much. "Heh, but its ok, my day was uneventful as well. I guess I napped for most of up." She said, laughing as she spoke.

Kyaishi
He offered another sheepish grin, golden hues meeting hers as he answered, "I mean the clouds. I don't really have any real friends," he admitted with a nervous chuckle. "It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to talk to anyone... -er, well, anyone that can talk back, at least," he said with a laugh. He looked at her curiously as she made her own comment. "You move about during the night, then? Or is it just a one-time thing to sleep all day?" His voice had a teasing lilt to it.

Tequila smiled wide, and was happy that he was talking to her. Even though Shadow may have been content with not being very social, she was happy that she could at least talk to him for the time being, and allow him to open up a bit. "Well, I hope we can be friends Shadow. I may not know you very well, but I think you are very kind. I do not know very many soquili yet because I am new here, but I am happy I ran into you" She said, a bit nervous at his reaction. It was true though, for she felt he was..different. She wasn't entirely sure why, but something about him put him apart from some of the other soquili she had spoken to.

She then answered at his question "I enjoy being in the night more, for during the day the sun gets hot on my dark fur. I usually find myself resting under shade, and then I guess I just fall asleep." She said, playfully. "Which do you prefer?"

Kyaishi
Although some parts of him were nervous at the attempt to be social, there was a genuine happiness lurking behind the shining golden irises that hadn't been there before, most likely waiting until now to surface. The comment about being his friend took him by complete surprise, but it was a pleasant surprise, as one might have been able to tell when his whole face lit up like a switch had been flipped. "I would love to be your friend, Miss Tequila. I am also grateful that we met."

He laughed softly, jokingly eyeing her with a mock-suspicious expression. "Are you part cat? I've never heard of another soquili being nocturnal." He grinned back at her, taking a moment to stretch languidly. "I suppose I don't have a definite schedule, really... I just sleep when I'm tired. Sometimes it's night, sometimes it's day," he admitted as he bent his head to take a short drink from the river.

Tequila was extremely happy by Shadow's response, and widened her smile even more. She felt that she was more comfortable than before, and loosened up a bit by slouching her back and standing in a more relaxed fashion.

"Haha a cat?" She said, shaking her head. "I am no cat, nor am I nocturnal.. I'm just.. silly I guess." She said, as she watched him take some water from the stream.

Kyaishi
"Hm, well I suppose that applies to everyone at some point," he grinned, bending down as the smile turned into something more mischievious. "I wonder if you hate water as much as cats do..?" he pondered out moud, taking a mockingly casual step towards the water as he purposely splashed some her way.

Tequila laughed and felt the cool water drip off her. "Actually, I looove water. I love swimming in it and playing in it, and..splashing people back!" She said, giggling as she flicked some up at Shadow.

Kyaishi
He laughed as he jerked his head out of the way to avoid getting a mouthful of water, watching her splash into the river with a playful grin. Crouching slightly on all four legs, he leapt into the water, creating a gigantic splash that soaked both of them to the bone. This, of course, was what he intended, but he still offered his warm smile to placate any anger she might have.

Tequila tried to avoid the hoard of water rushing towards her, but decided to just let it hit her, and it splashed all over her. She looked up and continued to laugh, and was happier than ever, especially because she was having such a good time. Just then, she decided to take a big jump herself, and she landed in the water, hoping some of the splashes would go towards him back.

Kyaishi
Unprepared for the second splash, he was bowled over by the small tidal wave that her jump had created, his head disappearing beneath the surface. He came back up laughing harder than before, although he was coughing a bit at the same time.

She swam over to him very worried as she heard him coughing. "Are you ok?!" She asked, hoping he wasn't upset. Her splash was bigger than she expected, and even she was taken by suprise as she saw Shadow bob under the water.

Kyaishi
"I'm fine, I'm fine," he managed to say once his laughter began to subside, golden irises twinkling in mirth as he tossed his head to get his sopping wet forelocks out of his eyes. "I haven't had this much fun since I was a yearling," he admitted.

As he spoke, she looked at him and felt better than ever. She was happy that she could contribute to helping him have a good time, and have him laugh a bit. "I agree, this is so much fun! I am glad you are having fun." She said, nodding her head.

Kyaishi
He gave her a mock-pouting expression, lower lip jutting out in a comical way as he tried to pull off appearing upset. "You say that as if I'm the only one having fun. Do I bore you?" he teased lightly, grinning to let her know he was joking.

She pouted at his remark, and then changed it to a smile. "Trust me, I am having just as much, if not more fun. I haven't laughed this much in so long.. its nice."

She shook her head to get some of her hair out of her face so she could see better. As she did, she lost her balance and felt her head fall into the water. A few seconds later she bounced her head up again, laughing at her clumsy balance.

Kyaishi
His mirth quickly faded into concern as he watched her lose her balance, diving to catch her, but slipping and ending up in the water again as well. He chuckled as he surfaced again, eyeing her carefully. "I guess we're both pretty clumsy, hmm? Are you all right?" He nosed at her as they both stood, verifying that she wasn't injured.

"Hehe yes, I am fine, thank you" She said, blushing.

Shadow and Tequila- To Catch the Wind
PRP *Continued* Sept. 22 06

Kyaishi
A wide grin adorning his ebony features, the stallion motioned towards the shoreline with a jerk of his head, stepping out and shaking himself off before collapsing on the grass with a contented sigh.

Tequila noticed that Shadow and fallen to the ground, so she quickly approached to see him resting. She burrowed her feet into the ground, moving some rocks out of the way, and felt herself fall as well. "Aah, this is nice." She said, lazily.

Kyaishi
"Mmm, that it most certainly is," he said with a lazy grin, stretching his forelegs out before him with a wide yawn. "So, miss Tequila... care to tell me a bit about yourself?"

She turned to him, "Hmm about me? Let's see.. I don't have any family that I can remember at least. At the moment I am sort of a loner, spending my days lazily." She stopped and thought for a moment, wondering how personal he meant. "Heh, I guess I am pretty boring." She said, as she blew air at a bug on the ground. "I am, just me I guess." She said, smiling back at him. "How about you?"

Kyaishi
He chuckled lightly, shifting to lay on his back and resting his head back in the tall grass. "I suppose that's answer enough. My life isn't much more exciting, really... I know a couple other mares that are good friends of mine, but other than that, I'm pretty much a loner as well. No family, no herd, and I'll bet you anything that I'm more lazy than you."

Tequila felt her mouth smile at his last comment. "Hmm I wonder if there is such a thing as a laziness contest.." She giggled. Then she looked up, and thought seriously for a moment. "Well, either way its good that you are here now, because I have enjoyed your company." It was true, she was always happy to run into him.

Kyaishi
He laughed lightly at her last comment, golden hues closing a moment before he glanced back at her with his trademark lopsided grin adorning his features. "I imagine the whole point of being lazy would be defeated by holding a contest for it, don't you think?" The grin turned into a warm smile as he met her gaze, nodding his own agreement to the statement. "And I enjoy your company as well, miss Tequila."

Tequila blushed a bit and had to turn away. She wasn't sure why she was so nervous all of the sudden, but she gulped to herself and had to keep it together. Shadow had a charm that Tequila felt herself falling for in certain moments, and she giggled, trying to then shake it off. "Yes yes, how could I confuse laziness like that." She said, smiling back. "Hm its funny, because you don't seem like you would be the lazy type" She said, nodding. "Though maybe I am like that too?" She giggled to herself.

Kyaishi
He laughed openly this time, shifting to stretch a bit as he leaned into the gentle breeze. "Well, I descend from a type of cat, so I suppose I have somewhat of an excuse for it. Being nocturnal is more of a pain than anything else, though. I get bored a lot."

"Ahh that is true" She said, nodding. "Boo, I don't have an excuse like that to be lazy," She said, giggling to him. "But I do understand what you mean, I'm sure that would get boring. What do you usually do? Stargazing is always relaxing for me, I usually stay up late to do just that." She said, nodding.

Tequila and Johar- A First Acquaintance
PRP Sept. 26 06

Tequila grazed at the grass lazily, feeling the cool breeze slide on her back. She then looked up to see a flock of birds flying over, and she playfully chased them, wanting to get a bit of energy out. She tried her best to keep up, but then found herself far behind them. She felt herself stop as she approached some trees, and let the cool shade cover her. If felt much better there than in the hot sun.

samus x
Johar so far had not met anyone else but one dark stallion whom she wanted to be close to. givign a flick of her long white tail, the pure white mare walked out of the trees and out into the cool breeze. wondering if there might be anyoneabout, she looked around and caught sight of another mare who seemed to be enjoyign the shade of the trees. giving a nicker, she waited for a responce beforewalking over.

Tequila thought she had heard a sound, and quickly woke up from spacing out. She flicked her ears up and turned her head back and forth. She then noticed a beautiful white mare in the distance. She smiled, and walked forward to approach her.

"Hello there," she said, as she got closer. "My name is Tequila. What is yours?" She asked, pollitely. She noticed how the mare gleamed in the sun, and she kept her smile big, for she was happy to be talking to someone new.

samus x
Johar gave a soft smile as the mare seemed freindly and wanting to talk. " i'am Johar, it's a pleaser to meet you Tequila." she noticed that Tequila had a beautiful red color that accenticed her dark coat. " its niceto actualy meet someone as i am fairly new aroudn the area." closing her eyes a moment, she enjoyed the feel of the warm sun and cool breeze that washed over them both and blew her long mane.

Tequila smiled at Johars comment, for she felt the same way. "I am fairly new as well," She said, shyly, "so I am glad you saw me!" She smiled at Johar and really was pleased. "So, how has this day been for you Johar?" She said, happily. She watched the mares long hair glide in the wind, and then felt hers fall all over her face. She brushed her head back and forth, revealing her face back to sight while laughing.

samus x
Johar opened her eyes and get a light toss if her mane, and again her soft smile came to her face. " well it seems we where both lucky to run into each other this fine day." she gave a little laugh as Tequila got her own hair out of her face. " the days been fairly nice for me,and you?"

"Aye, today is a great day." She said, nodding her head back and forth. "So, are you enjoying this land overall?" She said, trying not to break out any questions that were too forceful or personal. "There are many different Soquili to meet, it can be very exciting." She said, giggling.

samus x
Johar gave a nodd and still had a smile on her face. " actualy i am. and your right there are many different soquili to meet around here." she was really a mare of few words and never minded answering queston as she had nothign to hide. "so are you enjoying this land also?"

"I am, there is much exploring to be done though." She said, giggling to herself. "I actually know of a stream a bit away, would you like to go get a drink?" She said, shyly. "Its very pretty, with lots of flowers." She looked back at Johar, trying to stay confident.

samus x
Johar gave a chuckle. " that actualy sounds lovely. do you mind taking me there?" she asked Tequila in that soft calming voice of hers. giving a small toss of her head to get her mane away from her face, she wa glad to have found someone so nice to have company with.

Tequila's smile widened as she excitedly said "Sure!" She was also glad for the company of someone who was so kind and pleasant. She turned her head to face the other direction, and nodded her head that it was that way. Then, at a steady but good pace, she escorted Johar through the trees towards the stream. "Mm yay this way." She said, with energy.

samus x
Johar ofcourse followed her towards the stream. she too was glad that she had found someone so pleasent and nice to have as company. as she followed through the trees to the stream, her mind couldn't help but wander to Shetan. the one stallion who had been in her dreams but now was a reality. giving a soft chuckle, she tryed to keep herself from day dreaming.

Tequila noticed they were getting closer, for there were certain trees that started to look familiar. She turned her head to the side and noticed that Johar looked like she was thinking about something. "Everything ok?" She said worriedly, hoping nothing was bothering her. "We are almost there, no worries." She said, hoping to reassure her.

samus x
Johar almost went intoa giggle fit as Tequila snapped her back to reality. " oh im fine, just started day dreaming about someone is all." she then gave a nod as she said they where geting close. gving a flick of her tail, she contiuned to follow, now not spacing off day dreaming.

"Aww good good." Tequila said, reassured. She looked forward and noticed a clearing starting to appear. "Ahh we are here!" She said happily. She trotted up ahead and gleamed at the pretty stream. "I love this area," she said, looking at all the butterflies on the flower. "Its so quiet and peaceful" She said, closing her eyes and breathing in.

samus x
Johar almsot gasped at how nice, quiet and peaceful it was. " a lovely area indeed!" she took a deep breath with her eyes closed and smiled wide. " knowing a place like this is truely wonderful. im glad you took me here and showed me this." finaly realizing how much she need a drink, she took a moment to take a drink but not before testing the water with her light pink muzzle.

"Yay, I am pleased!" She said, widening in smile. "I am glad you like it." She was happy to introduce such a place to her. She then felt a thirst inside her mouth and decided to take a large gulp herself. As she lifted her head, she said "I figured you would appreciate a place like this. It is very calming." She said, pleased

samus x
Johar finished taking her drink and smiled at Tequila. " yes this is a very calming place indeed, and somewher enice to get away to." she swished her tail back and forth as she looked about the area. " so how did you come upon shuch a beautiful place?"

"Well I love to just, wander a lot" she said, chuckling to herself, "and I came upon this spot and I have come to love it a lot. I guess I got lucky." She said, laughing. "I love finding new areas, I am glad I got to share it with someone. Now you can bring people here too" She said, smiling. She then turned and sipped some more water from the stream.

samus x
" i tend to wander too myself but i have yet to come upon such a place like this." Johar gave a chuckle as she looked up at at the sky a moment. " and im glad you showed me this place." she then gave a small giggle. " maybe i will bring a certain someone here when i see him next."

Tequila raised her eyebrows, and made a twisted smile. "Oooh, a crush I presume?" She said, wispering to Johar. "Aww, that is so cute!" She squeeed a bit and turned back to Johar. "I am jealous, I hope to do that someday too!" She blushed. She then looked at Johar, wondering if she should ask more.

samus x
Johar blushed bright red which was very noticable on her white coat. " yes you can say he is a crush." she almsot giggled again as Tequila was so friendly. " im sure you will find one someday." smiling brightly she was happy to have meet Tequila and on such a nice day at that.

Tequila noticed how flustered Johar's expression had gotten. "A crush, that is so aweome!" Then she said, playfully, "Heh.. ooh I hope he treats you well! Or else.." She pretended to act all fierce and tough, and then felt herself start to laugh at her utter failure. "..I will kick his butt!" She giggled again. "But I truly am excited for you, that's great." She said, trying to be more serious. "Yes yes, sometimes it feels long waiting but you are right, everyone finds someone." She said nodding.

samus x
Johar giggled and went even redder. " yes that is true. and dont worry i know he will treat me well." she smiled more and tossed her long white mane. " so there isn't a fine stallion that has taken your breath away?"

"Aww," Tequila said, "That is great then." She thought for a moment, turning her head to the side. "Well, there was one soquili, and I had a good time playing with him and getting to know him but, hmm, I guess we are just friends?" She looked down for a moment, and then raised her head saying "I feel so boring!" She blushed.

samus x
Johar chuckled a bit. " wel i guess eventualy you will find that certain someone, just will take time. but its also nice to have good friends that are close to you." she smiled and lifted her head up to taken in the new breeze of cool air that sweep by. her blush was now gone so her coat was completely white as her mane wirlled around her in the breeze.

Tequila widened her smile even more, and felt overly happy. "I am glad you saw me in the fields today, until now I have not had such a fun conversation." She really was excited to have finally made a close friend to chat with. "I promise I will tell you as soon as I am wisped away by love." She said, giggly but truthfully.

samus x

Tequila and Myoa- We Meet Again!
PRP Sept. 28 06

As Tequila watched the sunset on a small overpass, she couldn't help but sigh at how beautiful it had gotten. Finally she was able to stand up and have more energy, for the sun had been very hot during the day. She walked a bit closer to the cliff and plopped down, enjoying the rich reds and oranges that were in front of her.

Konalou
Myoa watched the sunset from a bird's eye view. The floated gently in midair, tasting the delicious scene. It was amazing how quickly the day can chance, she mused. No less than a hour ago it was buring hot. Well, burning hot on the ground. It was considerbly cooler in the winds. She smiled to herself, then flew through a cloud. Cloud-dancing, as she called it, was even better than jumping right into a pool of crystal-clear water. The sun's final rays made the whilte clouds a beautiful irridesscent rainbow of pinks, reds, and oranges. Cloud-dancing was beautiful for the eyes, as well.

Tequila sat relaxing, when she suddenly noticed a green figure gliding across the sunset. She thought for a moment, and looked as closely as she could. "Myoa?" She though, and decided to take the chance. "Hey Myoa!!! Ovver Heree!!" She said, nice and loud.

Konalou
Myoa turned around. Who called her? She saw a familar red and grey dot on the ground. "Heeey! Tequila!!" She shouted, happy to see her friend again. With a single flap of her wings, and a green blur, she was next to the mare. She nuzzled Tequila. "Long time no see, how've you been?"

"Yay it was you!" Tequila said, stomping her feet happily. "I am doing well, trying to survive this hot day!" She said, giggling. "Nothing very new to report from me, hah I am so boring! How have you been?" She felt so relieved to see her friend again.

Konalou
Myoa laughed merrily. Good old Tequila, it really was wonderful to see her again. "Eh, nothing new about me either." She laughed more. "You? Boring? As if!" Welllll, maybe there was something new. Myoa now had a lifemate!! However, they hadn't annouced it yet. They were planning a celebration, and then that little secret would be set free. Until then, she wasn't going to ruin the surprise.

She laughed with Myoa. "Well I am thankful that you don't find me boring." She said, smiling. "So how was gliding in the sunset? It is especially beautiful tonight." She then turned and looked at it again. "Raawr, I would grow wings if I could!" She said, giggling.

Konalou
She laughed more. "It was amazing, the clouds reflected the sun's rays, ohhh, it was just beautiful!" Myoa grinned. "So, want to head up a mountain again?"

Tequila grinned. "Sure, I would love to!" She was in the mood for a little adventure, especially if it involved Myoa's company. "Lead the way!" She said, smiling.

Konalou
Myoa had expected no less. Grinning, she cantered off towards the sunset. "It's just a little away, due east." She explained. They were heading towards a narrow outcropping, and a comforting high one. It wasn't that different from the mountain Myoa had last seen Tequila.

Tequila saw Myoa start to go, and she followed right behind. "Sounds good to me" She said, as she watched the moving sunset fade behind them. "I always love any kind of adventure." She said, grinning. Then she giggled, and jokingly said "Mind if I borrow your wings while I fly up there?" She then moved her body side to side, as if she was in the air. "I have been praticing!" She said, laughing harder.

Konalou
Myoa burst out laughing, "Oh, I won't be using my wings, but maybe you will need the extra help." She teased. As they ran towards the setting sun, a cliff seemed to appear out of nowhere and loomed above them. "Ready for a climb?"

Tequila laughed at her remark, and was glad that she was playing with the idea as well. "Heh, well I am a bit clumsy so wings would have been a life savor!" Tequila continued on, following Myoa, when suddenly a cliff indeed did appear. "Oh boy, of course I am ready" She said with a big smile. "I can't wait!"

Konalou
She smiled, and bounded up the first ledge. She stood there gently, waiting for her friend. "Be careful," she called down, "The rocks crumble pretty easily." AS she said it, the edge of the ledge she was on was breaking off. Quickly, Myoa lept onto a bigger, sturdier one.

Tequila watched her, and tried to follow her a much as she could. She felt herself stumble, slip, and even tilt over a few times, and she tried her best to make her way up to Myoa on the studier ledge. "Goodness," She said, taking a breath in, "This is a good workout!" She said, with a silly face. It felt good for her to do something adventurous once in a while.

Konalou
Myoa grinned despite herself. "You're too tense. Loosen up a bit." She lept up to a higher ledge with ease, then turned around and waited for Tequila. "Remember, don't try to get to the next ledge. Try to get to the next ledge with ease."

Tequila looked at Myoa a bit confused, but decided to do as she said. She tried this time to just go, and not think as much. As she tried to naturally let her legs move, she did indeed feel a bit more at ease, and found that she was actually quite skilled at jumping. She hopped up and made her way up to a step below Myoa. "Mm, much better!" She said, breathing in a sigh of relief.

Konalou
Myoa laughed agreeing. "Yep much better. Nature's best!" She smiled, and lept the final leap. There! She was as the top, and the view! She was hit with a blast of cool air, and with a view to match. This was definitly as close to flying as you could get, without wings.

Tequila saw that Myoa had made it to the top, so she quickly made her way up as well. When she finally made it to where she was standing next to Myoa, she gasped at how strong the air was. She then let her eyes fly back and forth, as she exaimed the amazing view. "Is this... is this what's its like to fly?" Tequila said, staring at her surroundings. "Myoa.." She then turned to her friend. "This is amazing. Thank you so much for bringning me here." She gleamed, and knew Myoa had had it planned all along. She smiled to herself at what a good friend she had.

Konalou
Myoa beamed. "Yes, this is like flying, except, playing in the wind is so much...more. You feel the air under you, guiding you. You watch the world roll under you. It's just amazing..." She laughed gently at Tequila's reaction. "This definitly is as good as flying, though." If I can't share the skies with my friends, I can at least share this...

"I am so lucky to have a friend like you!" Tequila said, as she nuzzled her. "No one has ever shown me something this cool, I am very grateful." She blushed, but beamed as well by knowing how kind Myoa was. "This is just so cool." She continued to take in her surroundings while she was up there, so she would never forget a moment of it.

Konalou
Myoa grinned, and returned the nuzzle. "Thank you, I'm glad you like it." She watched as the sun's rays danced across the rocky floor. "You know, sometimes I come and spend a night up here. I can't sleep in the air, but this it perfect."

"Wow really? That must be really nice when the stars are out." Tequila said, nodding her head. "I'm sure it is wonderful up here at night." She said, imagining it.

Konalou
She smiled and let her thoughts own thoughts wander. They went from the beautiful sunset, to Saika at the teepee, and finally to Degewi. Degewi...her mate. It hadn't actually clicked until now.

(( xD We annouced them as mates now. ))

Tequila watched Myoa at first, and then turned to the beautiful sunset as well. She let her mind carry a bit, for she had things on her mind now that had never appeared before. Someone had come into her life, and it worried her if he was as serious as she was feeling.

((Congrats!!! ^w^!!! Yayayay!!))

Konalou
(( Thanks! ^^ We can't do a party, but we'll eventually do an ORP 83

Ooo, good luck to you! 8P ))

Myoa wondered if Tequila had someone special in her life. She was just such an awesome friend, it would've been terrible if she was alone. Of course, Myoa wasn't about to bust into Tequila's private life, so she'd wait and see.

Among the Moon- Tequila and Kai Liu
PRP Sept. 29 06

Tequila watched the stars quietly on the plains, feeling the wind carry her hair back and forth. It was a beautiful night for star gazing, and the moon was almost full and stood brightly. She sighed, wondering if anyone was around to share the pretty atmosphere with her. She decided to trot off a bit, to see if she what she could find. Her red eyes felt the area, back and forth, looking for any sign of movement. She would find that each time, her eyes crept back to the structure of the moon, fascinated, and wishing she could fly and be closer.

TWizTed_SoUl
Kai Liu trotted through the knee-high grass, tail flagged. It certianly was a lovely night. Some company would make it lovlier. Purple eyes would glance up at the black blanket, almost envious. "Such beauties..."

Tequila stopped for a second, ears alert, and thought that she had heard something near by. She moved her eyes back and forth, and then finally caught sight of a figure in the distance. She gleamed, hoping someone was there. She trotted up to them slowly, so that they could sense her without being alarmed.

Chain of Friends ~new and old~
ORP Oct. 4 06

Tequila found herself galloping as fast as she could. She had too much energy, and she needed to let it out. From the corner of her eye she thought she saw some soquili in the distance. She made her legs slow down a bit, until she was walking at a pleasant pace. She kept walking and approached the soquili she had not seen before, hoping that they would notice her so she wouldn't startle them.

Lorako
Aeris looked at the mare who approched them, and said a Hello, the others hearing her voice turn the head and saw the mare too.
Hedwig : Hello miss
Kyô nods and turn his head, looking at Momiji and Reno who arrives next to them

"Hello there!" Tequila said, happily. "My name is Tequila, it is a pleasure to meet you all." She bowed to them, and giggled happily. The soquili in front of her were all so different, and it made her excited to talk to them.

Lorako
I'm Aeris, the winged girl is Hedwig and the antisocial stallion is Kyô. Nice to meet you too.
*Hedwig smiles gently* nice to meet you
Hi *he looked bored*

Momiji and Reno looked at Aeris with eyes meaning she forget them.
Oh yes and here is Momiji, Kyô's familiar, and Reno, mine
*the two familiar bow* Nice to meet you miss *they said*

"So many names to remember!" She said, giggling. She continued to look at each soquili, noticing the differences between them. "So what have you all been up to today?"

Lorako
Aeris : *she is the more sociable between them* Just walked, taking a breath and looking for new friends. Except maybe for Kyô who is too shy *she smiles and winks*
*Kyô blushing a little* I'm not shy
Hedwig : No you're not *she winks and laugh* And you miss what did you do ?

Lorako
Kyô : don't joke about me scream *he lefts and start walking in the direction of the forest. Momiji follows him*
Aeris : Oh my he is angry now.
Hedwig : I'm sorry, i will give you my appologies later

Lorako
*Hedwig looked at the mare waiting for the answer*

*Kyô walked in the direction of the river where he just sit under a tree and looked at the sky*

Tequila turned to Hedwig, and said "Pretty much the same. Just relaxing a bit as well." She nodded. She watched Kyo walk away, and then turned back to Hedwig saying "Is he going to be ok?"

Lorako
Hedwig : Yeh he will don't worry, he always became angry easily but always come back when he calm down.
*Aeris looked at the green mare who come from the sky*

*Kyô though about what happen and said to him* I'm an idiot, i became angry for nothing. But i don't want to give Hedwig right so i will wait a little. *He wake up and look what he can found arround him for playing*
*Momiji looked at Kyô and was happy when he saw Kyô was calm now* We can search fruits for Chandrika maybe ? ((it's my indian name)).
Kyô : Mouais, *and he started walking in the direction of the forest, Momiji follow him*

Tequila watched the late afternoon slowly transition into a newborn sunset. It still was bright out, but she walked out from the shade of the trees to the open field, letting the wind glide with her hair. She looked around, to see if anyone else was around, and decided to start walking a bit, hoping she could find someone.

Tuari
Burberry peered from behind some bushes, secretly watching the mare walk into the open field. Suppressing a snicker he tried to slide out of the foliage without making a noise, carefully placing each thin leg in front of the other and weaving between the twigs and branches.

The field was glossy and golden in the late afternoon light. It turned his tan coat golden and his soft red mane and tail to flames. His vanity assured him that he looked quite good in the afternoon light and so he was foolishly unaware that it also turned him into a beacon.

Head low he inched forward slowly, trying to sneak up on the mare. If he could manage to be quiet maybe he could get close enough to yank on her long pretty tail!

Tequila kept walking peacefully, letting the wind hit her ears, allowing her to lose focus and space out in her surroundings. She kept looking forward, letting her eyes bounce back and forth. She stopped for a second, and decided to bend down and graze for a bit, out of boredom. She was unaware of what was creeping behind her.

Tuari
She didn't see! Burberry could hardly contain his glee.

He cleared the last few feet with a kick of his heels and a leap, taking a wave of glossy tail in his blunt teeth and YANKING. The young colt knew better than to stay behind a just-teased horse so he bounded away laughing out loud, his thin neck twisted around and watching what his mischief had wrought.

Tequila felt a huge yank behind her and she almost lost her footing she was so suprised! She turned as quickly as she could to see a foal laughing hysterically a bit behind her. It didn't phase Tequila at all what had happened, and she was excited to meet the little one. Tequila approached him, smiling, and saying "When I was little, I would do that all day too!" She said, moving her suprised tail back and forth. "My name is Tequila little one, what is yours?" She studied the foal, and gleamed at how adorable he was. "I am glad you found me as a target, I was looking for someone to play with!" She said, laughing. It was true, Tequila was a child at heart, and sometimes it was like she never grew up.

Tuari
Burberry kicked his heels up and kept a bit of distance between him and the mare (just in case she wanted to give him a n** for misbehaving) but he didn't stop laughing.

"Wow, you mean you're not mad?! Most mares bite me when I pull their tails!" He wickered at the thought but had the decency to look sheepish too. His short bushy tail flicked back and forth with excitment. "I'm Burberry, do you really want to play with me?"

He was quite surprised at her admission, he was so used to goading others into 'playing' with him and very few of them seemed so happy about it.

"Of course I am not mad!" Tequila said, as she walked closer. "Don't worry, and I would love to play! I am actually excited I ran into you, most adults don't like to goof around like I do." She said, grinning. She was excited, she could finally let loose a bit and let her childish nature out. "So Burberry, what would you like to do?"

Tuari
With a horsey sneeze he stomped his small cloven feet in anticipation. Head cocking in thought, he gazed at her long legs...he knew she'd beat him in any kind of race. Suddenly his face brightened and tossed his head. "I know! Lets go swimming, I know a great place. And there are rocks we can jump off from REAAALLY high up! It's like flying!"

He hardly waited for her okay and was already dashing in a direction. "Come on come on! Lets race there!" In his excitement he didn't even think about the fact she may not know where this 'great place' was.

Tequila saw Burberry dash away, and she quickly moved her feet as fast as she could, eventually catching up to him. "You are fast!! Oh no, you might beat me!" She played, but stayed close next to him. "I love swimming, I can't wait Burberry!" She said, kicking her legs up playfully. She watched Burberry run, so innocently, and she couldn't help but smile, wishing she could always think that way.

She started to move her feet more, slowly increasing her speed more. "Come on and catch up!" She said, giggling.

Tuari
He took several extra high bounds and ran until he panted for air. She was teasing him! Laughing he kicked his heels extra high and dashed to catch up as she pulled away. "Fast?" He could barely talk from trying to catch his breath as he ran, "You crazy mare, you're faster n' me!"

Between breaths he called out directions. "Past the edge of the field!......through the trail and into....the clearing! .....It's....a waterfall!"

Sure enough as they broke into the trees and traversed the trail they could see rocks and a clearing not too far away. The footing was trickier here and more cautious soquili would slow their speed. Burberry ignored common sense and raced like a blur to the rocks. He had no intention of stopping, when he got to those rocks he was jumping off!

The sound of the waterfall was so near it was almost all they could hear. Breaking into the clearing one could see that the edge of the rocks marked the beginning of the waterfall. And it was a long way down...

Tequila slowed her footing a bit and turned her head to see Burberry dashing close behind. She had noticed the clearing, and kept looking at him to see what he would do. Would he keep going?

Tequila gulped a bit, and wasn't sure what to do. A huge waterfall? Of course it sounded exhilarating..but how big exactly was this waterfall? She shook her head and realized she was thinking too much. "So are you jumping off, Burberry?" She yelled to him. "I think I'm gonna go for it!" She kept a steady pace, but wasn't dashing as fast. The clearing came quicker than she expected, and before she knew it, with no time to think anymore, she was in the air. "YeaAAAAHHHH" She yelled, as she glided down, feeling water rush around her.

Teh_Sil
Inali was acting considerably more tame than the energetic and playful Tequili and Burberry. She had wandered away a bit, not wishing for solitude, but not really wanting for outright companionship either. She browsed slowly, silver mane falling in front of her eyes in a way that was quite annoying.

Snorting, the red mare lifted her head. She had heard something... something that was close by... Suddenly, the two dashed by, right in front of her, nearly knocking her over. There was a foal of some sort, and another mare that were nearly a blur.

"Watch where you're going!" the mare cried out somewhat peevishly. "One of you will go over the waterfall if you're not careful." Not that Inali herself didn't enjoy play- she did very much. But someone had to be the responsible adult here... didn't they?

Tuari
When his small cloven hooves hit the rock he lept into the air. For a brief moment, it felt like he was flying. That brilliant feeling where he was suspended in air held up but very air itself.

In a blink that moment is gone. The wind shifts and suddenly it's whipping against his furred skin, tearing through his mane as he rushed to the water below. He entered the water fall with a heavy splash and slid the rest of the way into the pool.

Burberry had played here many times before and he knew this cove and waterfall was safe from sharp protruding rocks. Submerged into the water he kicks off the bottom rocks and finally floats to the surface, coughing and laughing at the same time.

"That was GREAT! Tequila, that was AMAZING! Wasn't that cool??" Echoing in the wind from beyond the waterfall Inali may hear, "Come oooon~ Don't be a scardy-crow!"

Tequila saw what he was doing by echoing his voice, so she decided to play as well so Inali would come in. "That was AWESOME Burberry!!" She said, as loudly as she could, and her ears listened to the echo creeping away. She splashed around a bit at the cool water, not noticing at first how nice it was. "Wow, this is a really cool area, good idea Burberry!"

Teh_Sil
Inali snorted and rolled her eyes at the antic of the other two soquili. She didn't even know who they were, and they wanted to play? Well they had another thing coming.

With a mighty neigh, Inali launched herself into the air, hitting the water with a rather magnificant splash that would surely coat the other two. That would show them. Turning to her likely now sodden companions, Inali inclined her head, a strangely graceful movement considering she looked somewhat like a disshelved filly. "I am Inali. And you two would be?"

Tuari
Burberry tossed his head, prideful at Tequila's compliments. He knew he was quite wonderful of course! It was always nice to hear, though.... He grinned broadly and kicked his heels to try and splash her, "You're not so bad yourself! ....FOR A MARE!" He was still deeply immersed in his 'girls are dumb' stage. But Tequila's 'coolness' had gone up some in his estimation...

At the last he laughed and tried to climb out, scrambling some on the slippery rocks. He managed to shake the water from his coat just in time to get a huge splash in his face.

Stunned for only a moment he dissolved into laughter again, "I'm Burberry! That’s Tequila. She's pretty cool." With a mighty leap, he plunged in after their new playmate, trying to splash her back.

"TWO GIRLS, I'm almost outnumbered!"

Tequila chuckled at Burberry's remark. "Better watch out or we'll eat you!" She remember he was still young, so being an adult female must have been intemidating for him.

Burberry thinks I am cool? She chuckled at herself, but the was happy at the remark of her new friend. She watched him jump very close Inali, and closed her eyes in the fear of being splashed.

"I am glad you could join us, Miss Inali" She said kindly, nodding her head.

Teh_Sil
Inali felt an instant liking to Tequili and Burberry, despite her earlier misconceptions. "Ack!" Water slashed over her red back, dripping off in long streams, while she laughed heartily.

"I'm Inali. I bet you I'm cooler than Tequili." Inali winked at the mare, to show her she meant nothing by it. It was just simple playing with the colt.

"Nice to meet you, by the way, both of you. And you don't have to call me Miss. I'm not one." Inali was still young herself, not long in the soquili land. Tequili had to be her age, and Burberry would not be much younger.

Bringing her hoof back to the surface of the water, she sent up another mighty spray. "Who wants to race?"

Tweekend
Tequila smiled at Inali's playfullness, and was excited to see what she would do next. She was excited to finally meet someone who wanted to just, laugh a bit.

"It is nice to meet you as well!" She then heard Inali propose a race, and she jumped in suprise. "Sure, I can race again! I still got some energy in me." She moved a bit to avoid some of the splash, and giggled at Burberry. "You better beat me this time!"

((I realized it was Tuaris turn after I posted! GOMEN. I changed it so I don't say much XDD))

Gazing into the Darkness
PRP Oct. 14th 06

Tequila saw that the sun had finished setting, and she felt the moon reflect off her back. It was a bit chilly, but it was still comfortable for her to wander around. She decided to trot to a more open area, where she could engulf the darkness and stargaze better. The moon was inviting tonight, so she decided to find a nice spot to rest. It was so quiet, so she was unsure if anyone else was around.

Baneful
Mal liked the night, it was cool and peaceful and as such eased some part of his twisted soul. In the cool caress of the night, his fur actually looked glossy in the moonlight, concealing the muck and grime that the daylight unveiled. His mane however, was his crowning glory, a fantastic cascade of oil rainbows, the dim light only made it seem eartheral.

He moved easily through the trees, towards one of the many clearings in the forest. There he could graze under the stars for a time and perhaps let himself forget a little of his troubles.

Tequila's ears perked up as she listened carefully to a sound near by. She became more alert, wondering who else had chosen to stay up so late. She enjoyed the nightime more than the daytime, even though most of her friends wandered around then. It had to be someone she didn't know, for she usually stayed up late by herself. She turned and let her eyes glide in both directions, scoping out the area, but still not finding anything. Although she was more alert now then before, she decided to try and relax, in hopes that it wasn't an enemy.

Baneful
Mal was unaware of any other creatures nearby for now, so allowed himself to relax, more than he usually would anywhere. Stepping out into the clearing, he moved gracefully into the moonlight deflected down from a glorious moon. Content that he didn't need to be on edge for now, he lowered his head and began to graze a bit, disliking the crisp fresh taste of the grass here but aware that he wasn't about to find any withered stuff to eat soon.

He had his back to Tequila's location, his oily tail swishing casually behind him.

Tequila ventured out deeper into the clearing, watching the moon become brighter as she allowed it to cover her in the darkness. Things became more clear for her to see, and she suddenly realized that there was someone in front of her, casually grazing. She looked closely and realized she had never seen this Soquili before. She made her way towards him, making sure he could hear her completely and that he would not be startled.

Tequila and Myoa- We Meet Again!
PRP Continued Oct. 14th 06

As the night sky approached, Tequila walked forward a bit to sit and rest on the ground. There was a better view now for the stars, and she looked over to Myoa and said "Mm, it is very comfortable over here if you feel like relaxing. How lucky are we, all of the stars are out!" As she said that, she looked up and saw a star wisp by. She didn't really have anything to wish for, but she just hoped that her friends were all dreaming of pleasant thoughts.

Konalou
Myoa nodded. "Yes, it's beautiful out." She sighed appreciativly at their view and the stars overhead. Is everyone at peace tonight? She wondered to herself, hoping it was true. The serenity and tranquility in the air was oh so pleasant, Myoa wanted all her friends to feel like this.

She saw Myoa gazing, and meant to congratulate her on information she had recently received. "Myoa, I heard that you found a mate." She smiled dearly. "That is so amazing, yay!!" She squeeed but meant it truly, and was happy for her friends happiness.

Konalou
She smiled, blushing. "Oh thank you so much!" She exclaimed, laughing. "Gosh, news travels so fast!" Then, she grinned teasingly at her best friend. "So, what about you?" Myoa asked gently. "Has a lucky stallion stolen your heart?"

Tequila giggeled as Myoa's complexion got redder. "Aah, me? No, not really." She shrugged. "I thought I may have found someone but I learned he was just a big flirt.." She made a funny face, and then smiled again. "My time will come, but I am so glad to see you found someone. He better be good to you!" She laughed playfully.

Konalou
Myoa laughed with Tequila, but couldn't help but notice the peculiar expression on her face before it vanished. "Oh yes, trust me, he's very good to me." Smiling again, she added, "Of course your time will come. The lucky stallion will be very lucky to have you, indeed."

Tequila smiled but inside hoped she was right, for as embarrasing as it was, her luck hadn't been so great at the moment. She turned her face to the stars in front of her and wondered who she might end up with. She then shrugged her head, and turned back to Myoa saying, "So, are you looking to have children anytime soon?" She blushed, hoping she wasn't being too nosey.

Konalou
She blushed fully, then giggled. "Well, we were thinking about it, but truthfully, I wonder if I'd be a good mother..." Due to her past, Myoa was definitly afraid of messing up her relationship with any kids. However, she did kinda wonder what it would be like to be a mother.

"You would be a great mom!" Tequila's eyes widened, and she raised her head up and down frantically. "You are so caring and sweet, you would be great at raising children." She smiled and truly meant it. "You would have such pretty babies, too!" She felt hersef squee at the thought of little Myoas prancing around.

Konalou
She smiled, feeling so blessed to have a friend like Tequila. "Thank you, you have no idea how much those words mean to me. I'd love to believe them..." Her eyes betrayed her doubt, and her feelings inside. An image of her father flashed in her mind. Her once-loving father, tainted by a thirst for evil before her birth, abused her mother and Myoa. What if something like that happened to her? Myoa truthfully, wanted kids, but if she was going to mistreat them.

Tequila was taken aback at first, but was then thankful that Myoa was so happy. At this point, she felt very comfortable with Myoa as a friend. But as she listened to her finish her sentence, she saw Myoa's eyes shift down, and start to think about something else. By the way that Myoa was looking, Tequila realized she was thinking about something sad.

"Myoa, lets go wander around a bit to see what else we could find!" She bucked up a bit and tried to change the situation, so Myoa could find herself again and remember all of the happy things around her. She didn't know what Myoa was thinking about, but hoped that her randomness could help get her friend's mind off whatever memories were haunting her.

Konalou
Myoa smiled, then started laughing. Good old Tequila, she could always make her feel better. She was a true friend to the very end. Her eyes regained their usual gleam, and she answered happily, "Sure! Where would you like to go?" She flexed her wings, grateful and amazed that her friend knew exactly what she needed.

Tequila saw Myoa light up again, and felt better knowing that she was alright. "Hmm, well back down from the mountain, I know of a beautiful field of flowers that I love to just, relax in." She blushed at her laziness, but hoped Myoa herself liked flowers. "I love watching the bugs pounce from flower to flower." She giggled.

Konalou
She smiled. "Wow! It sounds beautiful!" Laughing, she cantered around in a circle, then looked at Tequila and asked, "Ready?" Grinning, she reared, as if announcing, 'The world's here in the present, I'm ready to face my future!!'

Tequila eyes widened as she watched Myoa rear up in her gloriousness. As Myoa feet touched the ground again, Tequila could do nothing except reply, "Then I am ready to face mine as well!" She felt truimphant at Myoa's quote, and continued on saying "In that case, let's go!" She motioned forward and headed downwards, feeling powerful at Myoa's words.

As they were making their way down, Tequila turned to her friend and said, "You really are amazing and strong Myoa. I will work hard and think the same way too!" She smiled, but this time seriously, feeling a bit more mature than usual.

Konalou
Myoa blushed pure crimson. "But you aready are!" She protested. "And I'm not like that!" Still blushing, she added, "I'm just me, and that's who I'll always be."

She giggled, then lunged onto the soft, young grass. She rolled once, frolicking like a foal. Her cheeks were still tinged red, but not from embarressment, but from wild joy. She laughed, fully now. "Say, we'll always be best friends, right, Tequila?"

Tequila smiled and giggled at the same time at Myoa's blushing. She felt happy knowing that her friend was able to hear the truth from her.

Tequila eyes widened as she watched Myoa playfully frolick. "Of course!" She said, overly excited by her friends words. She couldn't believe it, she actually had a best friend. She lifted her head up to the sky and felt a rush of happiness like never before.

Konalou
Myoa smiled. "That's good." A rush of wind rose around her streaming flower petals onto her body. She giggled as the breeze, and the petals tickled her. "So, want to go to that flower patch now?"

Tuari
(( sorry guys, I've been working on my Halloween Event, it's been eating all my time! And I don't mind that we went out of turn a little, Tweekend. biggrin ))

Burberry gave Tequila a wildly skeptical look while he laughed. "Mares don't EAT colts!"

He looked at Inali smugly and used his nose to splash her. "COOLer?" He liked that she had a little attitude, even more impressive was that both of these mares seemed to take his lofty talking in stride.

"Are we gonna race around the lake or swim?" He asked, eager to expend more of his boundless energy.

Teh_Sil
"I'm not an ordinary mare." Giving the colt a vicious grin, Inali winked at him, one silver eye shielded for a slow moment, making sure Tequili took it all in as well.

"Oh, so much cooler. Than you to, I bet." Sticking out her tongue, Inali pranced in place, splashing up small wavelets of water that lapped at her sides and at her feet.

"Hmm... I think we can swim. I've never tried it before, but should a mere colt beat me?" Ah, that old competitive spirit, tinged with true playfulness. This would be enjoyable! "Do you agree Tequila? It should be fun indeed. Shall we let the colt win, or save our pride?"

Tequila found herself splashing as well, especially because of how Inali was acting. She couldn't help but play along, espcially because Inali was so clever. "I agree! Though, I think we should put up a good fight." She winked back at Inali, and looked over at Burberry.

"What do you say to this, are you gonna beat us then? I myself love swimming, so this should be a good challenge." She splashed lightly but playfully at Burberry, hoping to raise his eagerness. "I feel like you have a lot of energy to let out, so use it all on the race." She winked to him, and nodded her head gently.

Tuari
Burberry snorted loudly, shaking his head and sending water droplets flying. "You better try hard, if I win I'll never let you forget it!" With a sassy flick of his tail he swam to the side of the pool.

It was actually a suprisingly large pool, as big as a medow. Deep and eerily dark in some places. In those spots the water churned up cool from the depths.

"...and someday I'll be even bigger and faster so watchout!" Burberry scrambled up the bank and shook himself off, his soft red mane fluffing up in puffs. "Okay lets start over here, it's good and deep and we can jump in!"

Already he's kicking his heels up, ready to take on the two mares and give it his all. When they are all lined up he will shout in a voice that breaks slightly, showing his age. "ready.....set.......GO!"

Teh_Sil
((*dies at Tuari's sig* My old kitty was named Sinclair. sad ))

Feeling that she could truly form a bond of friendship with this mare, and even this colt, Inali grinned. She was getting into the gear of truly racing, though her mind begged her to be polite and let the wild colt win. After all, if his confidence was bruised... Then again, the silly little creature probably could be knocked down a few pegs! Not that Inali herself couldn't use the same treatment.

"Whenever he gives the word." Eyeing the water with a slightly rolling silver eye, Inali snorted. It looked rather deep, and too dark for her tastes. What if there was something in it, some creature that could drag her down? Now, that was silly talk!

Looking over at Tequili and Burberry, she saw no fear in their features, only an eager willingness to engage in an afternoon of play. She was truly being silly now. "I'm ready if Tequila is, and I'm ready to beat both of you." Another broad wink, this time encompassing Burberry as well.

Tequila heard Burberry yell GO and she pounced into the water. Because they had been out of the water for a bit, the water was overwhelming and a differnt temperature. She shook off the chills and swam forward, watching the two next to her. At this point, she kept herself at the same speed as the both of them.

Tequila had no desire to neccessarily win, so she moved herself a bit in front of the colt and in betweem him and Inali. "Wooo come on come on!" She said, waiting for the colt to dart past her.

She looked forward towards Inali and said "You are doing great, keep up the awesome speed!" She progressed forward, a bit behind the colt, so he would keep moving as quickly as he could. She wanted to see who would win, and became very interested in the results. "Oh no, you two are beating me so bad!" She chuckled to herself, but enjoyed the race at the same time. She was truly having fun

((*Huggles Sil* heart ))

Tuari
The splash they created was huge, slopping over the sides of the lake and enveloping their bodies as they swum into the deeper waters. Burberry sank under briefly under the greenish water and churned his legs as fast as he could. They were thin and hardly powerful enough to carry him as far as the mare's legs would. But with his youth came boundless energy.

Burberry's thin legs churned hard and struggled to keep up with the two mares. He wasn't far behind! But as they crossed towards the other side of the lake he felt his energy flag and he struggled harder to keep up.

"Tequila....you and ....Inali...are totally...NOT going...to beat me!" The lips of his mouth were pressed tightly together as he strained to keep his head up over the water, his nostrils flaring with every pant.

(( ahh I love the name Sinclair! ;A; And btw, ladies, I'm sorry for taking so long. I brought some gifts for you this time though, I hope you like them. X) They'll hatch on halloween night! ))

Teh_Sil
((EEEEEE, thank you. biggrin <3 <3 <3 *loves on and goes to stick into sig* *dances* Hehehehe.))

The other two jumped into the water so suddenly that Inali almost didn't have time to react. Almost, but not quite. Springing forward, the red mare's legs quickly took her towards the other two, who already had a substantial lead aginst her. Competitive nature kicking in to its full extent, Inali unwisely used vast surges of energy to try and catch up.

"I will... totally... beat you!" Panting and laughing at the same time, Inali reached Burberry's hindquarters, but the foal's youthful exuberance had an advantage over herself- though Inali couldn't have been much older than the colt.

Either way, Inali was beat. Her energy was flagging, and the other two had more knowledge and skill in the water than she did. Inali was a land running mare- water was something strange to her, something that was best left alone, with the occasional suspicious glare to make herself feel better.

Ah well. It would do better to let Burberry win anyone, so Inali slowed down to allow herself to pace a bit more. Easy does it now, easy does it- it wouldn't do to drown!

Tequila looked behind her to see Inali falling behind a bit. She looked closely to make sure everything was ok, and saw a nod of approval from Inali. She nodded back and persued Burberry closely.

She noticed how hard to foal was working, and smiled to herself. He really wanted to win, and of course she would allow him to. Though, she did keep him going, and had him put up a good fight. When she saw the end mark approaching she pulled herself closer to the foal, watching him eye her frantically. "Ahhh so close!" She said, leaving just enough room for him to dart away and win!

Although swimming in the water was a pastime of hers, her body at this point had grown a bit weary, and it had been awhile since she had swam this hard and fast. Even though her muscles ached, her mind enjoyed every second of it.

Darkness, this was her friend it called to her made her feel drunk in it's loving embrace. Her eyes glowed with an inferno that roared within her soul tossing her mane the mare took off like greased lighting flying over the world with her wings folded tight against her back so it didn't slow her down.

Tequila let herself wander a bit, for it was her favorite atmoshpere, complete darkness. The Moon was faded tonight, and it barely reflected off her red eyes. As she made her way into a open area, she noticed a figure gleaming in the sky. It was someone she had never seen before, so she kept her guard up, but at the same time was interested to see who was approaching her.

devilnightshade
She suddenly smelled the new mare and Shade tossed her mane skidding to a stop. Her glowing eyes scanned the area around her then they landed on Tequila "greetings to you on this beautiful night, i'm NightShade," she dipped her head her four horns gleaming maliciously.

Tequila's eyes widened at the gorgeous Kalona in front of her. Not only was she unbelievable to look at, she couldn't believe that she acknowledged her existence. "He-hello there." Tequila said, squirmishly, bowing her head down to return the favor. "My name is Tequila, it is indeed a pleasure!" She was overwhelmed, but decided to take a deep breath and stay cool. This Kalona did not seem to pose a threat in anyway.. at least for the time being. She couldn't help but let her eyes widen at the site of this beautiful mare. "How was your flight on this wonderful night? It must be a much better view up there." She felt a bit more relaxed, and was trying to stay confident and get to know Nightshade.

devilnightshade
She smiled "it was a joyus flight the cold air can really do wonder's for on," she paused then noticing this mare didn't have wings. "What brings you out on this glorious night Tequila?" Shade's tail swung slowly back and forth whisking lightly over the ground beneath her before curling around one of her hind legs.

Tequila awed to the fact that Nightshade could dominate the sky. "Me? Well, nightime is my favorite part of the day so to speak so, I come to relax and star gaze." Tequila would still be around in the daytime, but she preferred the darkness overall. The sun would always get too hot against her dark fur. "Anything interesting to look at from way up there?" She tilted her head up again, and just imagined what it would feel like up in the sky.

((Tequila struggles with the fact she wasn't born with wings, and gets quite jealous. This is interesting indeed XDD <3))

devilnightshade
"Yes, the darkness is indeed the best time, there aren't nearly as many pesky bugs." She shook her head in disgust at the thought of the darndable things that bite at her flanks everyday. She listened to her next quistion and shrugged "you can see the whole world, and everybody looks like tiny little ants running around beneath you."

"Heh, I agree, bugs are the worst!" She giggled, loosening up a bit. "So I have not seen you around in the skies lately, are you new to this area?" It was true, she would often see many soquili flying above her, but she had not seen Nightshade. She knew she could not miss a soquili like her flying above, so she was curious. "Are you enjoying these parts?

"I am quiet new to these lands," she thoguht about the last question for a moment mulling it over in her mind, 'am i enjoying this place anymore?'. 'I guess i am it's much diffrent from my homeland," Shade's german voice rung strong and powerful but clear and beautiful.

Tequila was interested, but hoped she wasn't being too personal. "What was your homeland like?" She asked shyly. "I guess my homeland is a bit blurry, so that must be why it was so easy for me to adjust here." Her mind trailed off a bit, but then she snapped herself together and paid more attention again.

devilnightshade
"Germany is abit diffrent than these lands, much colder and alot more two leggers running around." She shook her mane at the thought of them and stamped a hind hoof in disgust and distaste of the creatures. "Our two leggers are very pale though not like the ones i've seen here."

Tequila listened in awe as she heard her speak of her homeland. "Hmm, that must of been weird then, with so many two leggers being everywhere. Although we have some here, they all seem so different at the same time." She thought for a second, and then looked back at Nightshade. "Have you encountered any other Kalona here yet? You are the first I have actually talked to." She cringed thinking about some of the others. "It is amazing to experience how strong you are one on one, but its also nice that I can actually have a conversation as well." She smiled dearly.

devilnightshade
Shade laughed "It is indeed weird not having so many two-leggers around." With the next question and satement her mind flew to Calamity for a breif moment "I've meet only one other Kalona, his name was Calamity."

Her eyes almost had a dreamy look then she shhook her mane and it passed just as quickly and she chuckled at the mare's finale statement, "civilty has been trained in me from birth thats why you can speak to me m'dear."

Tequila noticed Shade's eyes drift for a second when she mentioned Calamity. Calamity was a Kalona she had never encountered, but she had seen him flying in the skies before. "Heh, then I think things will get interesting once you meet some more of em'." She stopped herself though, knowing it was a world she would never know of.

At Shade's last statement, Tequila kindly responded, "I am thankful then that I have met you. Many Soquili, when I first got here, told me to just dart away if a Kalona was nearby. I am glad I decided to take the risk and stay." She nodded her head, meaning every word.

devilnightshade
She smiled slightly "i'm still a Kalona at heart m'dear i'm just far more refined then the others."

She shook hersef slightly her mane rippling against her sleek neck, the braids flopped slightly against her shoulder as she moved beside Tequila. Her glowing eyes looked around them studying the scenery.

"Being a Kalona at heart is fine with me, its better to be yourself anyways." She nodded at Shade beside her.

She turned and also scoped out the area in front of them. "Its so quiet.. sometimes I can't decided if I like it better that way or if it is just better to plain out yell." She giggled, and looked for any sign of motion in front of them. The wind was the only thing brining melodies to their ears.

devilnightshade
"nobody can be more than they are no matter how hard they try." Her tail weaved back and forth the blade at the end making the grass rustle back and forth.

The quietness seemed to sooth Shade slightly but she didn't le the concrete and barbed wire that protected her heart fall even for an instant in the company of others.

((Sorry, my internet died last night so I poofed D : ))

Tequila nodded at what she said, and continued to stand with her in the darkness. The breeze around them had become cooler, and as it slide down her back, she felt herself shudder a bit.

A minute or two went by where Tequila realized they hadn't even been talking, and the silence didn't seem to bother Shade. "I hope I am not keeping you awake" she said, shyly. "I am just naturally up at these hours." She looked over to her, wondering what was on her mind.

devilnightshade
She turned her eyes to Tequila, "no i'm up at these hours by nature myself." She stared ahead again glowing eyes seeming to look beyond the moment forward in time, or maybe it was back in time where her mind had wondered too.

Shade's eyes were truly beautiful, and every time she glanced at Tequila, Tequila felt her stomach melt. It still didn't hit her that she was standing beside one of the most amazing Soquili she had ever encountered, but because of that, she decided to just enjoy the moment and the company with Shade.

devilnightshade
She suddenly crraned her head upwors slightly "the stars are out tonight ...lovely.." she was talking to Tequila and herself at the same time. Her tail wasswishing again as she came slowly out of that dream world once more focusing on where she was.

She found herself gazing up as well, not even realizing that her head had moved on its own. "That's basically why I stay up late," she said happily, "to gaze at the stars. We are lucky, they are inviting tonight." She looked from star to star, trying to determine any shapes she could see.
