Dark Nyte Brother_Ein Hmmm, yeah. That, and a lot of people are complaining "Why should the least important character of FF7 get his own game?" and about the 2 second cameos of other characters. I think it's a good idea. You only get bits and pieces of Vincent's story in FF7, and he is a really mysterious character. I'd rather have this than "Yuffie: Materia Thief"... <_< He's not the least important by far. I mean, an ex-Turk that was used as an experiment for the Jenova testing that created Sephiroth. (Which he actually had a chance to stop before it happened) He's more directly connected to what's going on than Barret, Tifa, Cid, Yuffie, and Cait Sith. He may be optional, but that doesn't mean he's not important. Plus, he's a fan favorite, of course there going to use him to make money. XD Yes. Exactly. 3nodding

8.... it's a record...
Eight posts before the discussion turned to Final Fantasy.. whee
Basically, diehard Square fans don't believe that Square's really ********' up alot lately...
...besides, there should be more games like DMC... that's what I say...
...also, everyone knows that the movie and the other fiftythousand games/tv shows about FF7 still didn't quite cover the entirety of the story... and by presenting the most unique and mysterious aspect of said story, they're sure to uncover a good portion of the unknown...
...well, unless they do a really crappy job... which they shouldn't because they're Square... and they can't afford any more crappy jobs...

lol Shawny. Well, you do know that Nobuo Uematsu and a couple of other big names in the FF franchise are no longer with them, right? He decided he was done, and I believe it was because he is disagreeing with them on many things. (Uematsu = composer of FF main theme, and like, the music for I thru XI)
But anyway, I think they really do need to get their act together. It just seems like the games are declining in quality... maybe becaused they're focused more on the online play??
But why is it that I've been dying to play Dragon Quest VIII lately...? domokun

Brother_Ein lol Shawny. Well, you do know that Nobuo Uematsu and a couple of other big names in the FF franchise are no longer with them, right? He decided he was done, and I believe it was because he is disagreeing with them on many things. (Uematsu = composer of FF main theme, and like, the music for I thru XI) But anyway, I think they really do need to get their act together. It just seems like the games are declining in quality... maybe becaused they're focused more on the online play?? But why is it that I've been dying to play Dragon Quest VIII lately...? domokun Hell, I know who Uemtasu is... he's my idol... ...him and Sakaguchi left... and HE is going to be creating games of his franchise (FF adventures) for microsoft XBOX... and that's the main reason I'm pissed with Square... ...but Uematsu's a genius... and hopefully he'll find another franchise to do music for... because... that'd just be awesome
