Well, my dad got me into metallica actually. He was a real headbanger back in the day. mrgreen You know how you see those shirts "I listen to 80's metal with my dad" well thats me. lol. The first CD I heard was the Black album and then I back tracked and I am so glad I was introduced to them. I mean life with out Metallica would be the pits, no?

My Sis got me into them when I was a little kid. I just liked So What because it had so many cuss words. I was like seven. I thought I was so cool.

I had heard St. Anger somewhere, I looked up the video on the internet and had to buy the album. That was years ago. They saved me to because before that i was listening hip-hop crap...i was young and stupid.

i was thrown into metallica madness when my cousin took up guitar. he and i are real close, and when he said metallica melts faces i pretty much accepted it to be true. then he played enter sandman for me on the cd player and it was pretty much pure majesty...so i went out and bought the black album and worshipped it on my own private alters. a little while later he said "hey listen to this, noob!" and played ride the lightning. that song still gives me goosebumps, it's one of the most brutal songs i've ever heard. so there's my metallica life story...sorry for the length!
