Korou snuggled into Chopi and purred as much as he possibly could. He didn't know why she'd suddenly broken down in tears, but he had a feeling it had something to do with his reaction towards being told that cubs came from something he did to her.
"Chopi... please. At least tell me what it is." Korou pleaded as his eyes welled up themselves. To think he'd made his goddess cry like this, hurt her this bad with something that he'd done without even knowing it, it ripped himup inside.
Curling his tail around hers he wrapped his legs around her chest in a gentle hug and nuzzled at her neck as he started to cry.

Chopi couldn't stop her body from shaking even as she began to purr softly. The female tried to nuzzle into him until their fur was meshed. A beautiful mixture of black and gold.
"I...didn't think you would react that way. I though you knew." Her eyes stayed closed as she spoke. "I lo..." Her voice choked in the back of her throat before she could get the word out.
"I'm sorry Korou..."

Licking her gently, Korou made a face and dropped his ears to either side of his head.
"Chopi... I... Look. I love you. A lot. But that doesn't mean I know everything... I mean really. I don't know all that much about stuff like this. But if you say that's how it works then whatever it is that you want or need from me..." the cheetah stopped after a moment and looked down at the ground to the side of them.
"And don't say you're sorry." Korou whispered at last.

Chopi nearly cried again when she heard his words. She had waited and hoped for them since she had first met him. There had always been something about the small black cheetah that drove her crazy. Her tail swung and curled against his as happy tears streamed down her golden cheeks.
"Oh Korou."
The golden cheetah licked his muzzle and chirped happily. This male ws hers...forever.
"I love you..."
