seamither my dreams normaly are about my firends, and the future. or s**t that i need top watch out for. i watch my dreams a lot... since normaly they are true in a sense. meditateing works well but not for my past lives, honestly i have spent a long time trying to gain info, but i blocked it from myself. with the whole quija bords thing, i perfer not to try and contact s**t, because enough s**t comes to me. if u fear so much for things of this sort, then i recomend that once u have enough confidence in urself, u should contact ur spirit guide or such. I know that dreamerspirit has some very interesting guiges, and mines is like a brother-teacher to me. His guidence has never let me down.

Ummm....I would love to know mine, but I have no earthly clue. I have a strict policy about not using a ouija board by myself, and my only friend that would do it with me moved to Florida. I have to wait till Christmas to see her again. Till then, I guess I'll try meditating? If anyone has any suggestions, they would be most welcome.

Oops, didn't mean to post twice. Hehe, anyways, I was meditating the other day. I think that I was once a native american. I was riding a horse with those paint markings on them. I had long black hair and it was flying in my face, pretty sure I was a girl. I'm gonna talk to the ouija board when my friend comes over on friday.

Jupiterkitsune I think I was a fox in a past life and I drowned trying to catch a fish. sweatdrop Very interesting. 3nodding I know I've had my fair share of interesting past lives. I believe that in my most recent past life I was a rat of all things, and was killed by a snake. Also, with past lives, be forewarned that by looking into your past lives you may encounter many traumatic memories from these lives. I myself have encountered many such memories, including being beaten, tourtoured, and raped. However, by uncovering these past events you may actually be able to overcome certain fears and paranorias in this life. 3nodding

DreamerSpirit If you meditate for a while you may be able to recall some information. Or, if you notice you have a lot of dreams taking place in a certain place/time other than this era, then those may hold some connection to a past life. Ouija boards can also be used to gather information on such matters, however I DO NOT reccomend using a ouija board unless you know how to protect yourself from bad entities. Heck, even after 3+ years of studying mediumship my first time using a ouija board was rather scary. You need to be careful when using ouija boards. O.o Thanks DreamerSpirit, that's actually been one of my problems too. I don't really dream that much (and don't like the ones I have when I do)and meditation is something I have to work at. Oddly enough my dreams... are strange when I do have them. And I wouldn't even dream of touching a ouija board, they are dangerous and its just not worth the risk for me.

As far as that goes, do you listen to music when you're falling asleep? I've found that some people (myself included) tend to have less vivid dreams and have more difficulty recalling thier dreams when the fall asleep to music as opposed to sleeeping in scilence. I'm not sue if that will help at all though... sweatdrop

Also, as far as the whole music thing goes, if you absolutely needsome background noise to go to sleep, then I'd suggust getting some sort of nature sounds CD, without any music on it. When I listen to a recording of the ocean as I try to fall asleep, I get much the same results in terms of dreaming as if I were listening to nothing at all. Alongside that, keep the volume of whatever you're listening to very low... to the point where the sound is still clear, but rather faint at the same time.

How do you know what your past lives are? I believe in past lives, but I don't know if I have had any or if I did, what they were and who I was. Can someone tell me how to figure it out?

xxchibi_overlordessxx How do you know what your past lives are? I believe in past lives, but I don't know if I have had any or if I did, what they were and who I was. Can someone tell me how to figure it out? There are many different methods which can be empolyed for helping to gain information on your past lives. One method which I love is to think about somthing you enjoy or are interested in in this life. Somthing you have loved since childhood and there is seemingly no explanation for why you liked it. Or think of a 'natural talent' you have, like if you sing really well but never had any sort of education in that area. Meditate for a bit, and whilst meditating think as far back as you can aboutwhatever your talent/interest is, and see if you can delve even further back into this. Your mind may become foggy for a bit, and then you may be able to see into a different life where you were deeply involved with your interest/talent. Another method would be to track your dreams and see if there are any patterns with you being a different person in a different region/era. Try to see what infor you can derive from that. There are many more methods as well, but I don't have the time to type them out right now, but I will get back to you in that topic later. 3nodding

Cool, thanks. I'll try to meditate. I think I might have been a writer/poet, because I've always had a talent for that. Or so I'm told.
