In the arcade version of T.M.N.T., the boss music is sweet, especially for Krang and Shredder. Also, Star Fox for SNES has some really good music to go with the bosses you fight as well.
But, nothing beats the boss music of River City Ranson when you fight against the Dragon Twins, it plays the Double Dragon 1 theme music.
