last year people at school called me goth because of the music i listen to and i told them its emo not goth and now they call me that i have gotten sick of it they always say to me "go slit your wrists" they dont even know what emo is me an my friends are getting sick of it but i have just ignored them and shrugged it off when ever they talk to me i just pretend there not there, their not even worth my time

The easiest thing to do is just let them be the ignorant stereotypical jerks that they are.

XxeverythingyouhatedxX WTF?!? there are some people that i know and they are called "the goths" (even though they don't look goth at all but...) ok i was going by them and they have there own little click at the local park by me and one dude were like "hey you little emo f**,go slit your wrists somewhere else!" i didn't do anything to them or say anything to them but they go out and say that?one of my friends was like "do you want me to go kick his a**?" but i said no but i really wanted him to.arrgggg!!!!!!it just makes me really mad you know? emo evil dramallama Yeah. I was constanlty told that last year.... but no one has said anything to me at all since I've moved... YAY.

I hate when people stereotype and think
ALL EMOS ARE CUTTERS.
Random people come up to me and they are like,
" DO YOU CUT??" && I reply "No..."
&& They say of course, " WELL THAN YOUR NOT EMO! YOU POSER!"
It pisses me off. It is like ********! Figure out what emo is first.
I mean at least someone had the guts to ask me what emo was.
If yu jsut stereotype, than yo ave no ******** clue. No ******** clue.
