Krista eyes widen in equal shock as the scene unfolds in front of her. Looking towards Mel then to Mavis she only happen to catch Lenore bolting towards the bathroom. Frowning she quickly gets up running after her friend.
Peeking into the bathroom she bites her bottom "Lenore are you alright?" stepping into the bathroom she leans against the door just to make sure no one else would be able to get in.
Mel blushes looking down for a moment before looking back up at him "Sorry Laer, but I've been wanting to do that for awhile." pulling her hand away from his hair she rest it carefully on his arm.
Catching a glimpse of her twin dahing from the table she glance back arching a brow wondering what she missed. Biting her lip she turns back to Laer "I didn't do anything wrong by kissing you did I?"

Lenore practically wobbles out of the stall, looking pale and clammy. Pink, blood tears streak her face, and she looks at Krista with bloodshot eyes. "I'm so stupid, Kris. I am the dumbest person in all of Gaia," she says, in a voice hoarse from throwing up. "Did you see that out there?" she says, vaguely waving a scaled hand toward the door, her talons making a tapping noise as they hit each other. "I let her go. For what? Eirnae is never around anymore. . . . I am always alone. Damien doesn't even know his own mum. . . . s**t," she pauses, covering her face with her hands.
Mavis saw Lenore's reaction, as well, and frowns, looking over at Laer and Mel. She might've guessed. And, if Lenore is the same as when they knew each other, then she knows that she never told Mel what she is feeling. She remains silent, toying with the ends of the ribbons on her mask of choice for the day.
Laer shakes his head, and manages a smile. "No, you didn't, Mel. It was just . . . unexpected," he gives the small of her back a feather-light tickle, as he winks at her.

Krista pushes away from the door wrapping her arms around Lenore giving her a hug. Rubbing at her back she shakes her head "Why don't you tell her how you feel? You know she loves you, so why not just tell her you want her back?" pulling back she pushes at Lenore's hand hoping she would let her see her face.
Mel glances toward Mavis wondering what made her fall silently. She was about to answer until she felt the tickle at her back. Squirming in his lap from the tickle then laughs alittle as she wraps her arms around his neck "Well then you won't be in shock again this time.." leaning forward she brushes her lips over his in a gentle kiss. Her fingers dances across his skin on his neck.

"Did you see her out there?" Lenore asks, her voice muffled behind her hands. She finally lets them drop down, and her cheeks are stained with her blood tears. "I can't take that from her. . . . She couldn't possibly believe me. I chose Eirnae over her, how could she trust me after that?" She runs a hand over the leather covering the tattoo of Eirnae on her left arm.
Mavis stays quiet, looking away from Laer and Mel, thinking as she runs a finger over her mask now.
Laer has time to return the kiss this time, and smiles into it before he pulls away. "Still breathless, here. . . ." he teases.

Krista shakes her head then sighs "And if I know Mel like I do she just trying to find a way to fill the void. She loves you Lenore, did you knwo she got your name tattooed on her arm? She hides it with magic. It under the flame heart. Yes she likes Laer, but she loves you. Remember I was willing to give up Rinion just because I wanted to see you happy. Its the same way with her, she knew you love Eirnae so she gave you up. But she regrets it everyday of her life." she brushes at the stained cheeks "You got to tell her Lenore, even if its not now. You have to tell her or you could lose her."
Mel smiles running her finger along his rm "I'll be good then. Don't want you passing out on me. After all I was hoping we could chat at my place tonight." with a wink she looks towards Mavis "Are you alright Mavis? You went really quiet on us."

Mavis wants to ask if the both of them are blind, but she holds her tongue. She merely shrugs, tries her hand at a charming smile once more, and says, "I am peachy, Mel. Just trying to give the both of you some . . . privacy, such as it can be in the outdoor seating area of a cafe. . . ."
Lenore hugs Krista, and blinks. "No, I didn't know that. . . ." she says, blinking back more tears at the revelation. She shivers, rubbing her hands over her arms now. "If I don't do this now, I might loose my nerve. . . ." She nods to her friend, and gives her a quick kiss on the cheek. She strides out of the bathroom, after a quick wash of her face, and inspection in the mirror.
Lear's eyebrows wing up, and he grins. "Really, now? What sort of. . . ." he trails off when he sees Lenore walking over to them.
"I'm sorry, but might I steal Mel away for a moment?" she asks.
Laer blinks, once more, and nods. "I mean, if Mel wants to. . . ." he says, smiling.

Krista nods stepping out of the bathroom after Lenore, she stood by the door biting her bottom lip. She knew she shouldn't have told Lenore about the name but she hated seeing her sister and best friend sad. Pushing her hand through her hair she steps towards the table taking her seat once more.
Mel looks up at Lenore then back at Laer. With a nod she kisses Lear's lip lightly then pulls away "I'll be back in a moment." turning she holds her hand out towards Lenore "You want to talk here or somewhere else?"

Laer gives Mel a light kiss in return. "Alright," he says, smiling up at her.
Lenore takes Mel's hand, wincing a little as she watches her kiss Laer. She is about to try and steal Mel from one of her oldest friends, and that makes her feel like a bad person. . . . But, what she has to say has to be said.
When she pulls Mel to somewhere more private, she doesn't even wait. She pulls her close and gives her a deep kiss, pouring herself into it as she holds Mel close to her.
When she pulls away, she is breathless. "I know I have no right to say this, because you are trying to start fresh with someone else. And, I wouldn't blame you if you told me to stop being a selfish b***h. . . . But. . . . s**t," she stops, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. "I want you back. I made a huge mistake when I just went back to Eirnae. I had fallen for you, and I was trying to stay with her because of our past, the ghost of something we used to have. And, you walked away from me, I really thought that, despite what you said, you didn't want me anymore. . . . But, even if that is the case, I needed to tell you this. . . ."
"Welcome back, Krista," Mavis says, beaming over at the other woman.

Krista smiles giving a small nod to Mavis " Thanks.." she runs her finger along her ring before she catches a glimpse of a familar blue hair cat walk by. Glancing up she smiles " Hey Drac you can't say hi?" she calls towards her granddaugther before she looks to Laer and Mavis " Hope you don't mind if she joins us?" Drac ears twitch before she turns, her dark blue eyes scanning the room before she gives a bright smile seeing her grandmother. Giving the counter guy her order. Turning she strolls over towards the table they were at. She leans forward giving her grandmother a hug " Hi grandmum, sorry I didn't know you were here. I was just dropping by to get a coffee before heading home." Krista shakes her head then smiles " Its alright Drac I would like you to meet Mavis and Lear. They are friends of Lenore's." Drac turns giving them both nods " Its a pleasure to meet you both." pulling at her jacket she looks to her grandmother " Um is it alright if I join you guy while I wait for my order?" she looks to Laer then Mavis hoping it was alright. ~~~~~ Mel was at shock at first when she felt Lenore's lips on hers once again. But that qickly vanish as she wrapped her arms around Lenore's waist pulling her closer. When she pulls back a small whimper of protest escapes her lips. She falls quiet though once Lenore starts talking her eyes closing as she looks down. It was mostly to hide the tears. Laughing alittle she shakes her head " Your not being selfish. I thought I was by wanting you back. Its why I was trying to move on. I didn't want to ruin anything you have with Eirnae." she looks up as the tears start to fall " By the goddess Lenore I miss you, and love you. I can't stand it that I'm near you and can't be with you." she looks back down falling quiet.

Mavis beams at Drac. "Charmed, darling," she says.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Drac," Laer says, giving her a welcoming smile. "Of course you can join us. The more the merrier, eh Mavis?"
"But, of course!" She says, cheerfully. She moves over to allow another chair to be added to their table. "You can stay as long as you want."
Lenore takes Mel's hand in hers, and smiles slightly. "I love you, too," she says, leaning forward to rest her forehead on Mel's. She lifts a scaled hand to Mel's cheeks, and brushes the tears away, gently, her own eyes watering once more. "And, I have missed you so much. . . . I don't want to lose you again. . . ."

Krista smiles watching Drac take a seat in a chair she pulls up. Pulling her jacket off she fixes the halter top before she rest her chin in her hand. Krista laughs then looks to the others "Drac here is my daughter's adopted girl. Well not girl, young woman as she not a child anymore." she glances toward Drac who wrinkles her nose up at her.
Drac shakes her head giggling alittle "Well if twenty-three is still a child then I guess I am. Last time I checked I thought I was an adult." pushing her blue bangs from her face she looks toward mavis at Laer "You two have such interesting names. Espesically you Laer, is it short for something?" her ears twitch again as her tongie darts out to lick her bottom lip.
Mel looks back up giving her a small smile "Is it selfish of me to ask to take me back? You'll never lose me Lenore, you know this, but I want to be yours again. I want to be your only one. You capture my heart and never gave it back to me." lifting her arm she shows the flame heart. Slowly the name Lenore appears under it just at Krista says.

"Yeah, Laer the Lady Killer," Mavis jokes, and grins when Laer's tanned cheeks turn scarlet.
"She's joking," he points out, and gives Mavis a playful glare. "It's short for Laermeluion," he explains. He then turns his stormy gray, serpentine eyes to Krista. "Ah, you don't look old enough to be a grandmother," he says, giving her one of his charming smiles.
Mavis rolls her eyes and chuckles. "You're twnty-three?" she asks Drac, looking her over. "You're still such a baby!" she exclaims, tossing her mask between her hands, now.
Lenore unzips the top of her cat-suit, and shows Mel a fairly-recent tattoo. On her left breast, in formal, flowing script, is Mel's full name, with a white panther curled under it, it's claws digging into her skin, some blood dripping from the puncture wounds. "You're mine, then," she says, in a soft voice. She reaches up, and runs her hands through Mel's hair, letting them rest on either side of her neck.

Krista smiles then winks "That the elven blood in me, I keep my natural beauty from when I am young. Also Drac like many pople withing our family, grow pretty quick it seems." she looks up when the waiter brings the coffee to Drac.
Smiling Drac nods to the waiter before taking a sip. Purring she licks her lips then giggles "I'm no baby, trust me on that one Mavis." with a wink she looks to Laer "Laermeluion is a very exotic name for a very interesting man." looking back down she mews softly to herself.
Mel looks over the new tattoo as she lifts her hand running it carefully over the paw. She chokes back the tears as she looks up at Lenore. Closing her eyes the tears fell once more as she pulls Lenore closer to her "I love you."

Mavis smiles, almost dreamily. "This place is so odd, isn't it? I mean, you go out into the real world, and all that is there is . . . well . . . dull! But, you come here, and everything you can imagine is reality! It is like stepping into my wildest fantasies," she says, sighing wistfully.
Laer quirks a brow at Drac's words, and smiles at the mewing. "Why, thank you, Drac," he says. "I have never, really, been a fan of my name, it is so hard for humans to pronounce, so I just shorten it. There is no need for you to be formal with me, and say the whole thing. Laer will do," he says, firmly, in a friendly tone. "Your name is rather interesting, too. I don't think I have ever heard it, even with the wonderfully different names from all of the different races I have come across." Absently, his long, graceful fingers run over the upturned collar of his long leather, sleeveless, coat.
Mavis' eyes become more dreamy, until her head slides off of the hand that she was using to prop herself up with, and slams into the table. She jerks awake, and then glares over at Laer. "You shouldn't speak whilst I am in my own world," she says, rather crossly.
Laer only smiles, and says, "Darling Mavis, then I would never be able to speak around you. . . ."
Lenore holds Mel close, and rests her head on her shoulder. "I love you, too. . . ." she says, softly.

Krista smirks as she nudges Mavis "So Laer the one who has the voice of an angel? I was wondering what my twin meant when she said he caught her under his spell." winking she falls quiet taking a sip of her drink. Her ears move slightly as she tries to pick up the sound of her sisters.
Drac blushes looking up then nods "Alright Laer it is then. My full name is actually Draconayzia. But I just use my nickname Drac. Its the name of the person who brought me to my mother. I met her once I believe, when I was young." running her finger over the rim of her drink she tilts her head slightly "Your like a siren? A person who voice is enchanting?" she leans slightly foward her eyes filled with curiousity.
Mel pulls back then lightly runs her finger along Lenore's bottom lip "Let leave right now to a church. I don't want to lose you Lenore and the only way I know you will actually be mine is if my wife." shaking her head she blushes "I didn't really just say that."
