Because you would seem like the most obvious person... since you were, I believe, the first person Meru told she was the sniper to... so you told Meru and Meru was all "YOU HAVE TO KILL BUZZ FOR ME" and you did. But of course this is just my theory... I COULD be wrong... but I doubt it.

xD As much as I let Meru infulence me, I kill who I want to kill.

So if I happened to be involved in illegal activities and I had taken the life of a certain individual it would have been my choice. 3nodding
