Syd sneered at the mare. "Oh is that a threat mare? you think I'm scared? Oh look, you think you;re so big and bad to threaten a foal." Syd glared at the mare before she continued, " Oh look at me I'm shaking in my hooves!" she pranced back and forth mocking fake fear at the mare for a moment before turning back to snarl at her. "Go ahead mare. Try it. I dare you to. Will it make you feel all big and mighty and tough? Come on mare. Whats the matter? scared?" Syd kept egging the dark mare on, truly unafraid of her.

Firefly's smirk grew wider. "It's not a threat, it's a promise. And to my knowledge it was you who threatened me first. Look at you, a poor pathetic little filly who makes up for her insecurities in the world by trying to take on other's that could easily crush her." She placed her hoof back onto the ground, she wouldn't in actuality harm the filly. But she'd put her in her place if need be.

Syd snarled at the mare some more. "oh but you are so wrong. I attack to punish those for their sins and transgressions against me!" She paced back and forth in front of the mare, fully annoyed with her. "Come on mare, stop hiding behind words and empty threats." Then an idea sparked in her head. She turned away from themare so her back end was facing her. She turned her head around to speak as she lifted her tail, "Better yet, kiss my black, jewel encrusted butt!" She lifted her nose high into the air and snorted at the dark mare.

Firefly rolled her eyes as the filly went on her little power trip. She had no sins against this filly, infact she should be the one who was doing the punishing. She raised an eyebrow as the filly told her to kiss her a** and snorted a bit. Lifting her foot, she aimed for the filly's rump. Putting as much force into it so that the filly would fall flat on her face.

Naturally with her head high in the air, Syd didn't catch sight of the hoof until it was nearly too late. She managed to bolt forward, but not in time and still caught a graze in the back end from the kick. Syd stumbled and fell to her knees but not on her face. She sprang back to her feet, now angrier then before. She checked her back end to see a slight grazing would with a slight trickle of blood. "You'll pay for that you b***h mare!" Syd charged at the mare full force head on and this time she intended to get in a fe good shots.

Firefly grinned widely as she noticed atleast she had come in contact slightly. The rage of this filly made her smirk widely. She watched as she charged at her and planted her long front legs into the ground, though they were ready to give out another a** kicking it need be. "b***h mare? Oh my. Do you kiss your mama with that mouth? Oh wait....you don't have one do you? No wonder. Who would ever want a brat like you."

"Who would want an old nagging mare like you?" She managed to scream before reaching the mare as she continued to charge at her. Syd lunged at the mare as she got near, teeth seeking a grip on her flesh. Small hooves flew in a flurry at the mare. She would make the mare feel pain, for not only annoying her greatly, but for her remarks Syd saw as sins and wrong-doing against her. "You'll regret ever starting this with your comments and for laying a hoof on me!"

"Plenty of Soquili would want me. Unlike a homeless little filly. Such a burdon you are. I doubt anyone would have the patience to try and take care of you. Why don't you crawl back into the hole you sprung from you little troll." She moved in a way so that the filly couldn't grab ahold of her with her teeth, but let the small hooves hit her chest, though she supported herself enough so that the blows didn't matter. Lifting her leg, she moved in a way to try to knock the tempermental filly away from her with her knee.

Syd bit at the leg that tried to knock her away, continuing to let hooves fly at the mare, trying to pierce the flesh to draw blood. "Who would want a troublesome nag like you mare! At least I have a home with my sister. I don't want anyone looking after me. I can take care of myself." She snapped at the leg some more, trying to clamp her small, sharp teeth onto it. Even in battle this mare was still rather boring. She grew irritated and just about had enough dealing with this bothersome nag.

Firefly moved her leg away as Syd's teeth grazed her dark coat. She looked down slightly to make sure it was ok, noticeing no blood comeing from it, she quickly turned her attention back to the litlte filly. "I am troublesome, yes. But atleast I know when to pick my fights, which obviously you don't." She leaned back slightly and jumped over the filly, landing gracefully and giveing her tail a few annoyed flicks. Decideing to put a bit of space between her and the little ankle biter. "Well, I hope you enjoy your life with your sister. Because that's the only family I'm sure you'll ever have."

Syd watched as the mare jumped over her and distanced herself. She snorted, "Well thats all the family I need or want!!" She stomped a hoof, more annoyed with the mare then ever. "And if you knew when to pick your fights, you would not have made such comments or actions towards a foal, you stupid old mare. One day when I am grown, you will fear the name Obsydian!!" Syd gave as cold and hard a glare as she could muster at this dark mare.

Firefly snorted and glared at the little foal, her eyes growing darker as they turned into little slits. "I fear no Soquili. If you go through your life fearing things what kind of life do you have? And I doubt I'll hear about you again, you'll probably drop off the face of the earth and I'll never see you again. But that's fine by me..." Her tail snapped irritatly back and forth as she watched the filly. What a temper, what an ego. Gods, she was really re-thinking about haveing foals of her own, especially if they turned out to be like this one.

Syd only grinned at her maliciously. "And so then you shall find out. When I am bigger and stronger I shall return and seek you out to have my wrath upon you mare!" And with that she disappeared into the darkness, heading back to where her sister slept. She would tell Luna nothing of this though. Luna only interfered with ehr fun and begged for her to be peaceful.
new thread we can make since Syd is all grown up now ^^
