I don't believe that any of my friends use good grammer online. They find it a lot easier and funnier to shorten their words.

Very few of my friends type literately. Thankfully the ones that I talk to frequently do. Actually, that is probably why I don't talk to the other ones much on the internet. I prefer to not have to waste my time trying to figure out what they are saying when they choose to speak in text talk.

I feel stupid... As far as I can tell now, I think only one of my friends is literate. Ouch.

Almost all of my friends are literate online, but I'm 21. That probably has something to do with it, seeing as how most of them are proficient in the english language. I force all of my younger friends to type literately because I refuse to talk to them otherwise. ^^

I don't take notice, because I don't care.

Most I would imagine, I only add or except them if I have a liking towards them.
So, illiteracy will just throw me off instantly.
But, when I'm on MSN, about 2 people... =/ It's catching on though.
From me. =D

Far too few, although whether this is down to a lack of friends or a lack of good grammar is not to be commented on... stare crying

I've had people shouting at me for not using text talk before....*sigh*...
I once had a huge argument (over the internet, of cause) about using it. Personally I think that my argument was better really.
Oh, and only about two people, to answer your question.

Sadly, only one of my friends types with proper grammar. Everyone else uses "txt tlk". IMing has ruined our language.
