*With a deep purr Akamu moved into nuzzle his cub. He was glad to see that she was in a good mood! With a deep smile he pulled his gaze upward and spoke.*
“Aleu.”
*As if to remember the name he nodded kindly at the lioness and added.*
“Thank you for keeping my little one company.”
*Again… Akamu didn’t really understand her reactions… she seemed stiff, kind of like the pale male lion he had met before. Why did others look at him so oddly…? Shrugging off the odd feeling that he felt Akamu beamed down at Sevy and added.*
“Your mother is getting better!”

A soft giggle escaped Sevati as she licked her father's cheek affectionately. Though, his latter words made her look up at him quickly. "Mommy's getting better?!" That was hard to fathom, as she has always seen her mother sick, but this was good news! Oblivious to the tension from Aleu, she bounced over to the lioness and rubbed her head against her leg, "Aleu! My Mommy's getting better...she's been sick since I've been born. Maybe I can have you and Tumai meet her too!" The idea made her happy, and especially the one where Tumai promised to take her to see his family sometime.
Lime green eyes gazed back at her father with a large smile, "You'll have to meet Tumai and Kimaji sometime. I've made friends!"

*Aleu was slightly taken back by the affectionate display between the Firekin and her new friend. Could a Firekin really love like this mane did to his cub? Aleu had never known this side to the red pelts… she was… confused. Shifting weight she stood still and eyed him softly. He didn’t look too aggressive… but she wouldn’t jump to conclusions just yet.*
“That is good to hear..”
*Aleu smiled at Sevy as the young lioness nuzzled against her softly. Aleu did enjoy being around her, she loved cubs dearly.*
”It’s quite alright… I was just on a walk and I ran into her, she is a doll.”
*She gave the male a smile and looked down at the white and red coated cub.*
