I sat up and looked at her before hanging my head, "I wish that too", I whispered. "I don't even know if I'm safe to be with my friends....then theres this pain...I just don't even know anymore...I don't even know why I'm still here....Ki said I deserve to live because I faught and won....but I don't know if I did win....I'm ready to sleep Takara....one that I won't come back from", I said tracing a finger through the dirt.

I looked at her sadly, "I'm afriad you misunderstood. By sleep I meant death....What is death but a sleep you don't return from....I'm so tired... I'm physically and emotionally exhausted....I'm tired of this world and all the pain it holds....I know its impossible for there to be complete peace... but I'm ready to relax and have fun again...and laugh. I can't even remember when I last laughed", I said looking away.

I sighed, "But you would be better off.....as would everyone else", I said softly and looked at her for a moment before looking off towards the lake. "I won't die...but this pain deep in me....the lies that were spoken.... they have all gotten to me. And I can't shake them. I should be happpy that I'm free...I was with Ki....now with you....but the pain runs so deep.... the lies that were spoken crossed a line that one can't erase. The memories of what my evil side did will forever haunt me when I close my eyes. These scars will last forever...and these scars cannot be exchanged", I said sadly.

"I understand Runa, for we all have deep scars that cant be erase, but listen, I'm here for you and no matter what, I'm not going to allow you to die." she said and then saw the lake and how inviting it seemed, "Hey lets go swimming."

I smiled softly, "Swimming...."? I thought back to all the times that we had been swimming in the past. All were fun times....with laughter and fun. I nodded and stood up slowly, "Okay Takara, lets go swimming", I said walking towards the lake.

Damian landed infront of the lake they were heading towards, breathing heavily and his wings were tattered and black, but not because of any sort of his evil side. He coughed and he spat out blood, gritting his teeth and he looked around as he fell back onto his bottom and he looked around him, towards Takara and Runa. "My goodness...I have been flying the hardest I have ever flown for the past half an hour. I went back to the sjhrine, over to the lake, to the sea of tears, kamoura village or whatever it' s called, tailing you the whole time but always too late. It was evident the blackness of his wings didn't come from the flying. He breathed in deeply and he looked them over. He wanted to pass out but he had to be there for Takara. the blood was coming from the intence workout he had just gone through, he had flown to all of those locations within half an hour, trying to find her.

Ki appeared at the lake, and noticed Damian not far off. Ki looked around, and spotted and Runa not far from the lake. They seemed to be getting in, and he didn't want to interrupt them. So, he walked off, examining the surroundings.

I looked backwards towards the woods where I sensed two new presences from. "Takara...we have company", I said softly as I stopped at the waters ledge. I realized one as Ki and the other was Damain and I smiled at Takara. "The guys are here", I said with a small laugh. "So should we go say something or go swim and pretend we didn't notice them so they can come to us"?

Takara was so lost in thought that she didnt hear everything that Runa was telling her, "What was that, Runa?...I'm sorry my mind was somewhere...." she didn't finish her sentence for at that moment she looked up and saw Damian not far from the lake, "Damian?" she whispered as if she was imagining things.

I looked toward Ki and saw him smile and I felt my heart do a small flip within me. I smiled back at him and looked over to Takara. "Yes Damain is here. And so is Ki", I said and looked at the lake. "So would you like to go ask him to join us? I'll go ask ki...or i can just motion him over". With that I thought to Ki, You can come over Ki if you want to.

"Well, why don't you two go ahead and I'll go and talk with Damian, then hopefully join you two lateron?" she asked softly as she looked at Runa and saw the glimmer within her eyes, then she knew that Runa needed this time alone with Ki as much as she needed a moment with Damian.
