*drily* Look around and take a guess. How many people do you see posting? My guess would be roughly three, including you and I. I screen the best I can, but I'm not perfect.

When was this Guild in its prime? Did it just fizzle out?

I was just curious if citizens could rank as well. And if so, what would they rank to?

citizens don't really rank because they don't hold an office or job. They're just people (foxes) living in the den. They can help defend the place and themselves, or go round and do whatever normal things you can think of, but they don't have any job-related powers, though most kitsune have a minute amount of elemental magic. Kitsune who show any aptitude for immense power tend to be repeatedly offered jobs which fit their powers and personalities. So if a citizen shows strong fire-type magic and a feisty nature, they might be asked if they'd like to be a guard, in order to widen their magical repertoire and strengthen their fire spells. They are more likely to be able to move quickly up the ranks to become mages, since their magic is fairly strong already.
So while citizens don't go up in rank as citizens, they may be asked to join a job tree and they may rank up within that structure. Does that make sense?

Red Fox 104 When was this Guild in its prime? Did it just fizzle out? It had been fizzling ever since the very first guild master left. It got passed to two other masters before me, and it was already mostly dead when I got it. Then I had a summer or two where I moved, and thus had no internet access for months at a time, which really took a chunk out of user activity, and I've been trying to resurrect it ever since.

Well then, I will do my best in being active. It seems at times that I'm more active then you or that other guy wink (Sever)
Anyway, what does 'Ifa in a kitsune's body,' mean?

*chuckle* I'm sure you ARE often more active in here than either of us... College is keeping me pretty busy, and my other accounts are fairly active in other things.
To answer your question, "Ifa" is the nickname given to one of my other gaia accounts. Her name is pretty long, so people usually shorten it to the first three letters. This account is actually a mule. wink Though it used to be my main. I believe BardoftheAges also has something in HER signature mentioning Ifa. It's just to make it easier on people in my other guild, The Suites, to recognize me when I'm on my mules.

Well, it's not MY guild, but it IS one I participate in. I have quite a few friends there, and we have a bit of fun. *smile* No one is limited to one guild, after all.

No, I haven't. I tend to make more use of my botanical magics, and swords, when I do go fighting. If strictly necessary, I'll use darts, throwing knives, or a bow, but most often I shift forms and fly to just above them and dive-bomb, transforming just in time to hit the ground and sink a blade into my enemy, if I need to get to someone far away.
