it might be a way to use some big natural force (aka: the sun) to fuel a spell
my reasoning: Eragon asks Oromis but doesnt press the subject....he justs want to know if its strong enough to kill galabatorix...and Oromis says " if that were possible we could wipe out Galabatorix with a single word (or something of that fashion)

Hmm, Oromis did teach Eragon to siphon energy from the life around him. And the sun has a limitless source of energy. For him to finish Galbatorix off with a Super Sun Powered Brisingr Kamehameha, I think that would seem fitting.

lol. That would be good xd
Or maybe it's some sort of powerful magic that Brom discovered as a Rider, but nobody else knows, and he's been waiting for the right moment to use it? Dunno.

I think it may be both a link to Eragon's past AND an incantation/something immsensely powerful and spiritual that will give him power to defeat Galbatorix...

Mabey its the direction to the Vault of Souls!:
"Left, Right, Right again, Left, U turn!"
Or mabey we should just get to that whence we read it! OMG! I'm with Baulder on this one... Let's drop it. You're all saying the same things.
"It's an incantation!" OMG... "It's an incantation!" wowz... "It's an incantation!" I have this strange feeling of de ja vu... "It's an incantation!" Okay, that's a bit annoying now... "It's an incantation!" Okay, shut up now... "It's an incantation!" Shut it!... "IT'S AN INCANTATION!" F@#K UP!!!

LOL. but if it was "Eragon! I am your father!" in the ancient language, Eragon would've yelled, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!!!"

"Oh crap! This really, really, really hurts" said Brom to Eragon as he gave his dying breath.

......well what ever the seven words are it won't revealed until the last book.........we can guess as much as we want but it probably won't be even close as to what they are...... neutral

My vote goes for the true names of seven of the dragons whose stones Galbi is hanging onto. Yeah, just in case someone hasn't read all the books all the way through yet. The names would be enough to give Eragon a fighting chance, but wouldn't in and of themselves harm Galbatorix at all.

It could have been something irrelevant like a long seven word string of curses. Or i could have been like... "Be careful.. Shruikan is gay, like Galbatorix." xD

I think it was seven words of a personal message from Brom in the ancient language. Because an incantation would be to easy.

Hey guys, been ageeeees since I even logged on to Gaia now. Thought I'd check back in here while I was online. Anyways, my suggestion here would be some way to strengthen his bond to Saphira, or to shield her from attacks too powerful for the "simple" incantation. Either way, it'll help him towards the end, but not in the fight again Galbatorix himself. That'll be him alone VS Galbatorix. In my opinion anyways razz
